Am working on doing my first campaign and am thinking of adding my own Feats and combat to the mix and want your opinion.
Feats :
1- Uncontrollable Talent - You pick 2 Martial Archetype types and You roll a d4 if you get 1 or 3 you must pick your first pick if you get 2 or 4 you pick the second Martial Archetype type. Every long rest you roll a d4 to find out what your Martial Archetype is.
2- The One who masted - Ability's that have Summon a portion of your astral self or use mage hand or that need to be active in-order to use other ability's does not need an action or bounce action or energy or spell slot or ki to use, It can all ways be active.
Combat :
1-Players and enemy's can use there movement to dodge attack, 10 cost of movement of 1 attack, till your next turn you get it back your movement amount
2- Players with 2 attacks or more is now an action to allows players to heal them self as an action and attack or heal second player or do something else but the combat part stays the same
It’s a little difficult to understand your wording, would be useful if you could clarify them a little?
From what I get it all sounds very overpowered, especially your combat features which every character and enemy will be using. Both will be completely breaking any balance during combat.
i don’t understand the goal of the first feat but seems a little under powered. Is this for a split personality character? If so I would just have them make 2 separate character sheets with the same stats and have them swap between those.
the second feat is overpowered and would have a lot of balance issues. I suggest scaling it back to individual examples rather than trying to cover so many class features at once.
combat 1 sounds like it will slow your game down significantly and exploitable by classes like monk.
combat 2 I’m not sure what you mean by “heal”. Are you suggesting replacing one of the attacks with a bonus action?
