Overwatch (Action) - You prepare a single ranged weapon. When a creature moves into or within the standard range of the prepared weapon, you may make a single weapon attack with that weapon as a Reaction. This reaction is considered an Opportunity Attack, any features or feats that affect Opportunity Attacks also affect this reaction.
Called Attack (Action) - You make a single weapon attack, taking disadvantage with your attack roll to target a specific part of your target. If you hit, you deal damage as normal, and another effect occurs based on the location targeted. The DM decides the details of this additional effect is. For instance, a successful attack against the target's head may be a critical hit regardless of the number rolled on the d20, or a successful attack against the target's leg may reduce their movement by 10 feet until they take a short or long rest.
Passive Initiative (Optional Rule) - Instead of rolling Initiative, you may determine the order of combat through Passive Initiative. A creature's Passive Initiative is equal to their Initiative bonus or penalty + 10. If a creature would have Advantage with Initiative, then they always go before creatures that don't. Likewise, if a creature would have Disadvantage with Initiative, then they always go after creatures that don't. If any creatures have a matching Passive Initiative, then give preference to players over non-players, then preference to the creature with the higher Dexterity Score, and finally a simple dice roll to break any further ties.
