In the Monster Manual lore, kuo-toa are said to be able to manifest gods they worship as physical entities if there are enough of them. I thought that was a great opportunity to create a mid-level boss monster for my party's upcoming Underdark delve. I created Alabolilt, Kuo-Toa God by using an Aboleth as a base and lowering its difficulty while also adding some flavorful abilities. The kuo-toa in the adventure once served an Aboleth which left them long ago, but they still remember it and worship it as a god, manifesting a sort of Aboleth-fish person hybrid. Is
Is there anything I could do to improve the creature? Different traits or abilities? What are some of your ideas for kuo-toa god monsters? I'm sure someone has to have a Blibdoolpoolp stat block by now.
