"Damn idiot! Is it so hard to just stay alive before I murder you!" Lucy spit out at the dead orc. Then she turns her head and runs to the door. "There are some of them still breathing. Let's go! No reason to let Garavant and Ingrida have all the fun!"
Lucy utters her curse at the defeated orc, her vicious words falling on dead ears before she turns and heads out to help her colleagues. The bladesinger catches up with Garavant and just gets past him.
The two remaining orcsboth drop their bows and draw greataxes to attack Ingrida:
Orc 1 - Attack: 23 Damage: 13
Orc 2 - Attack: 6 Damage: 12
Breefollows after Lucy, sprinting as fast as she can but falling slightly behind - she nearly reaches Garavant at the corner of the northern secret corridor.
Rolling initiative: Sila 10, Garavant 8, Ingrida 18, Lucy 17, Artemis 13.13, Orcs 13.12, Bree 12,
Garavant grits his teeth as he sees Ingrida take a hard shot from an orc axe. He wants to make sure her injury is not in vain.
As she keeps their opponents occupied, he dashes down the steps and lets his momentum carry him as he slides feet first past the warrior cleric, ducking and twisting so that the orcs can't even get a swing at him. He springs to his feet behind one of the orcs and drives the already-bloody point of his rapier at the orc.
Bonus: Cunning Action to use Disengage to avoid opportunity attacks while moving. Move: Go down the stairs and through the crowd to end in square just west of Archer 4. (I believe G can get to that square but it's a little hard to tell exact lines on the map; if not he should be able to get to the one just NW of Ingrida, between the two orcs. If he ends up there, I'll attack whichever orc seems most injured.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Lucy arrives just when Ingrida gets axed. She dives into the fight without milliseconds of hesitation. "Hey dwarf! You okay!?" Standing in front of the stair, Lucy throws her psychic darts at the orc who holds the bloody axe.
Sila pulls her daggers free of the defeated Orc and with a quick grab at anything else that appears useful (not wasting time on searching), she sprints back to the rest of the group.
Sila crouches by the fallen orc and retrieves her daggers – there isn’t anything of obvious value to take right now. Pouncing from her crouched position by the body, she sets off at pace after Bree and Lucy, reaching the first bend in the northern corridor.
Garavantpulls off his daring maneuver with a panache that is starting to become customary, but no less impressive. His dash ends with a lethal strike between the shoulder blades of the already-injured orc, running him through and silencing him forever.
Ingridauses her bonus action to move her spiritual weapon up and attack the orc: Attack: 16 Damage: 7
She then brings her battleaxe swinging round at the last orc’s neck: Attack: 14 Damage: 7
Rolling initiative: Lucy 17, Artemis 13.13, Orcs 13.12, Bree 12, Sila 10, Garavant 8, Ingrida 18
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The final orc, terribly wounded from Ingrida's physical assault, tries to squirm out of the way of Lucy's mind sliver: INT save 12
(OOC: I applied the wrong modifier but he fails anyway)
The orc stumbles, wracked with pain and clutching at his ears in a futile attempt to fend off Lucy's piercing assault on his brain. Finally giving up the fight, he collapses in a gurgling pile and bleeding from his ears.
(End of combat - two kills each for Sila and Garavant, one for Bree and one for Lucy if anyone's keeping track! Please add 240xp each)
Looking around the immediate area you see that the current area expands out north (see map); what do you want to do next?
Garavant lets out a long slow exhale and looks tired for a second ro two as he feels the pain of his wounds. Then he grins with the full realization that, at least for the moment, they have won.
"Well fought all,"he says quietly. Then, with more energy, "Well fought indeed!"
He looks at the newcomer in their midst, having only previously caught a glance across the chasm. "Greetings, your arrival was certainly timely," he says with a slight bow of his head. "Garavant Llewellyn, at your service. What lies on the other side of that rope bridge?"
He suddenly recalls seeing Ingrida take a hard hit from the orc's mighty axe. "Priestess,"he says with a look to her, "you are all right?"
Sila strides forward having just caught the conclusion of the battle and responds to Garavant and the group. "Well fought, and well met!" She cleans her daggers off quickly and sheaths them carefully as she's speaking, revealing that she carries quite the assortment of daggers, darts and now javelins about her person. "I am Silaqui Oakenheel, following the Monastic Tradition of the Way of Shadow, Woodcarver and Jeweler of some skill." She states rather proudly, but somehow not boastfully glancing at Ingrida in a somewhat reverent manner. "As for the other side of that bridge, I slipped through a chimney in a kitchen of sorts a little way from those large doors." Looking again at Ingrida she reaches into her pack and presents a healer's kit. "If this is of any use?"
"YYYEEESSSS!!" Lucy raises her fist in triumph."I told you I'm gonna stub one of your stinky brain.BWAHAHAHAHA!" After laughing for a while, Lucy starts to examine the body of dead orcs. She is looking for the bow and arrows that she can use.
"We fought well, indeed. Now I don't want to be the one who ruins the mood…but I think we should move to the other side . If the rest of orcs find us here and they will definitely put an end to the miserable construction which barely comes under definition as bridge. After that we can all take a short break and treat our wound"
Ingridalooks down at the large wound in her side, seemingly oblivious to it until this point – although it is indeed a nasty gash. Answering Garavant’s question and acknowledging Sila’s offer of help, she says “Could do with some attention if I’m honest. If it’s OK with everyone else, I’ll take a moment here to tend my wounds – I can cover the doorway too, make sure no returning patrols come up behind you”
(OOC: I’m going to park our brave cleric here pending Madclergy’s return, Ingrida can grab a short rest while you continue)
Among the fallen orcs (including the two across the bridge, which you can traverse without challenge outside of combat) you find:Four longbows, 65 arrows, four javelins (in addition to the ones Sila already picked up) and six greataxes. You each gain 4sp and 5gp from their collected coin purses. the armour is not worthy of looting, and the weapons are usable but will not fetch much at market.
In the pocket of one archer you find a piece of parchment with writing scrawled on it - none of you speak the language in which it is written.

"I agree with Lusy, the far side of the bridge makes sense. I've left a rope to assist with the crossing and suggest the last one across brings it with them so the Orcs will have a harder time of it. I will start across with Ingrida while you all search. I've found these four javelins, if anyone uses them and this..." She presents the 2 gold to the group. She turns to Ingrida, " You likely have more skill with the bandages than I, but I can help, lets get you across the bridge quickly." Using the bandages to stabilize her injury as much as possible, she will assist Ingrida across the rope bridge as quickly as safe to do so.
( medicine8 and she is not in need of stabilization, but will do anything she can. Did the 5 g include the 2 that she found or is it in addition?)
Bree asks voor Garavants dagger again and starts cutting off ears of the orcs: "Sorry for my behaviour Silla, wouldn't do this normally, we are on a mission and get paid per killed orc. And apparently this is the way to communicate that. I would invite you along on our mission, and the pay." she looks to the others "Do you agree? Don't think an extra set of hands would be bad."
When she's done she will also cross the bridge and ask Silla: "Ah jeweler eh? I'm a fair weaver myself!" She starts laughing out loud at her own joke (Fairweaver is her last name). "When we are done her you can maybe make a commemorate thingy that I can weave into my skirt!"
Sila laughs in return, "Well met, and yes I'd enjoy a collaborative work. You've obviously spent a lot of time on this." Admiring her detail and color work. "Perhaps if we find any precious stones I could assist in setting them so that you may weave one or two into your skirt. As for joining, I'd appreciate it. Safer in numbers generally."
“Coming through Blasingdell I heard that Durgeddin’s work might be found here. His work on blades is well known and I’m looking to perfect my own skill with jewelry and wood-carving. Looking for that perfect design.”
She looks curiously at her skirt admiring the detail and asks some questions about how she worked out this or that within it. “If I’m not mistaken, you use it with your magic a little? Or just to enhance it?”
((OOC: Sorry, the last few days were very busy with work and family stuff.))
Following the fight, Garavant retrieves the dagger he threw. He checks in with Ingrida again and wonders too if she might be able to help him before she rests and engages in restorative prayer. ((OOC: He is at 16/24 so can certainly keep going without healing, but hey it doesn't hurt to ask, right?))
He also takes up a pair of javelins, thinking they might come in handy. He also hands Bree the dagger so she can do her nasty task of harvesting orc ears.
He stands quietly, listening to the exchange between Bree and Sila about various craft work. "Perhaps when this task is done, should we all choose to adventure together as a team, you can come up with a symbol for us, a logo, or signature of sorts,"he suggests.
When the time to cross comes, he offers to go last and take up the rope as he goes. "Ladies first, as the old saying goes,"he says with a flashing grin.

3 (Attack/Save: INT 13, subtract 2 from the next saving throw it makes before the end of Lucy's next turn)
(OOC: DM, are there enough space for Lucy to enter the melee combat?)
@Lucy: I'll process Garavant, Sila and Ingrida; this may leave room for you to join combat.
The grid is a little awkward but that's the correct alignment, sorry for any confusion.
