"Brilliant! Not to be particular, but can you make it not so slick on top?" Sila asks thinking quickly about alternatives if she's unable to do so and feeling like she's already asking too much of the Bladesinger. She looks about for sand or gravel to use on its surface. Otherwise the rope should help with stability.
Garavant listens to the plans, nodding apprecitavely at the idea of an ice bridge. He is fairly certian he can negotiate the slippery surface if need be.
"Almost seems unsporting to riddle a chained beast with bolts and arrows, but I am curious what's in those chests,"he says, as he checks his hand crossbow, obviously perfectly wiling to be unsporting in this case.
Artemis is able to find a couple of good strategic points from which to get a good look at the lizard’s position. It seems that the lizard is secured on quite short chains of sturdy design, although something about the way that it moves... it looks like the creature’s long tail, if swung around at full extension, could still reach the entrance to the room it occupies.
Lucy moves to a position where she can see the river and shapes, then freezes, a section of sufficient size to carry a medium-sized humanoid. It looks fragile though, and unlikely to withstand repeated or continuous use. Kind of like a crazy trust exercise...
Gruenic says to Lucy, "Sounds like a good plan. Let's use our rope as a backup and cross. Any other last minute thoughts?" Gruenic readies himself and his gear.

"I'd rather set it free so it doesn't botter us and can continue to live on... But I don't see how we can do that without putting ourselves in danger. Let's do this." She will follow behind the others and once the lizard is in view cast Mind Sliver (Int save 12 or 6 damage and -1d4 on next save)
" You are worrying about slipping on the ice, right? That's why I added a pair of handrail. But putting sand is a good idea. It will give my bridge good skidproof. "
Lucy investigates her ice bridge and taps it with her toe. She looks not impressed. " Not as strong and elegant as expected. Should have read more about architecture. The lizard is restrained by a short chain. But it's tail is long enough to reach the entrance. It could be a little troublesome. If I didn't learn a new trick" Lucy makes elven signs of air and fingers. A transparent, floating hand which is similar to the elf girl's own appears in midair. " … and buy new clothes." She takes off her cloak and throws it to the ghostly hand.
Action:
1, After all party members get on the north bank. Lucy will make another ice bridge to connect the north and west bank.
2, Lucy uses Mage Handto swing her cloak like a matador and distracts the giant lizard.
Garavant quickly offers an additional bit of planning that perhaps unsurprisingly involves Garavant himself. "This is a brilliant plan, fair Lucy! And perhaps I shall cross the bridge first, shoot the beast from hiding, then step back as the distracting cloak occupies its attention?"he suggests.
Assuming there are no objections, Garavant will move slowly and stealthily across the bridge, hide near the entrance, and take a quick and sneaky shot at the beast.

Sila sprinkles a small amount of any sand that she's found to 'help' hopefully anyone having trouble across but not add weight and is appreciative of the handrail wrapping a bit of cloth around her hand to avoid sticking to it. (remembering an incident observed involving a child's tongue and a metal pole)
She waits a moment as Garavant nearly dances across the slippery bridge and then takes her turn across hoping to be as stealthy. She must train more. She follows his lead and attempts to hide quickly on the other side staying on the north side of the entrance.
@DC I have to follow that ^^?!
stealth7for crossing bridge and hiding if possible. If the creature notices her, she will us this as a distraction from the others moving a little more into the cave and launching both daggers at the beast.
Once the party have all squeezed over the first bridge, Lucy casts another shaping-freezing combo to bridge the river once more and give a way to reach the west bank of the river.
(I really hope I have the next bit right...)
Garavant darts across the bridge, barely touching the frozen surface, and fires his hand crossbow from around the corner of the rock. The bolt sinks into the creature’s face, causing it to howl in pain and thrash around in the confines of the small cave. Garavant ducks back and hides from his target.
Sila darts in and throws two daggers from a safe distance, but both bounce off the creature’s tough scales and clatter away in the darkness (sliding behind it).
Bree hops across the bridge next, firing her mind sliver into the brain of the lizard.
INT save 11
The sliver of mental energy slices into the lizard's brain, bringing another cry from it.
Lucy then uses her mage hand to wave a cloak in the cave, away from her colleagues, trying to distract the lizard from them. The beast flicks its tongue at the wafting garment, wounded, angry and confused.
(Everyone roll initiative, you may also declare actions)
Garavant darts in from his hiding place, drawing his rapier as he goes. “Stan back!” he cries. “This foul beast is mine!” He strikes at the lizard, exploiting its restrained and isolated condition as best he can. Then he shuffles back out of range.

Initiative: Lucy 16, Artemis 8
Lucy lets the Mage Hand and cloak keep floating in front of the lizard. The elf maiden runs past Bree as she fits an arrow to the bowstring. She stops behind Sila and shoots at the beast's neck.
Wounded and startled, the giant lizard crouches slightly and then pounces forwards, trying to break free of its chains:
Strength check 15
Gruenic throws a javelin at the lizard but it glances off the creature’s thick hide and clatters into the darkness.
Bree fires a mind sliver at the lizard in an attempt to fry its brain:
INT save 8 minus 2
The lizard rails impotently against its shackles as Bree's arcane attack slices into its brain.
Sila throws another two daggers at the creature and this time both attacks land; one dagger even remains stuck in its foreleg.
Artemis swoops down and around the monster, distracting it enough for Lucy’s next attack to have more chance of finding a weak spot in its scaly hide.
Garavant’s delicate attack lacks enough power to pierce the monster’s body, skewing off the surface and leaving a weak graze. He darts back to his starting position, easily dodging the lizard’s snapping maw.
Amongst the melee, Lucy’s arrow flies true and sinks into the top joint of a rear leg, causing the lizard to howl in pain.
The lizard tries to break free again 17
It still remains chained in place, although the metal pitons sunk into the rock seem to twitch at the end of the chains.
