" Thick hide. Good for my new boots! " Lucy licks her lips and yells. " Artemis, help Garavant! " Artemis dives to the lizard like a White arrow, threatening it's eyes with her talons. A moment after that, Lucy sends a real arrow to the soft side of the beast.
Garavant times his next move with the owl's fly-by, darting in to strike the distracted lizard with his rapier. He spins away from the massive reptile and darts back just out of reach.
Rapier Attack: 23 Damage: 7 Sneak Attack Damage 6 Cunning Action Bonus to Dash away, no OA due to Fancy Footwork
Gruenic storms over the ice bridge and barges through his companions, clanking like a dropped bag of tools and bringing his warhammer down on the giant lizard’s skull. The solid lump is tough, designed to break through the hardest of materials – and it resists the warhammer with a hiss.
A flaming ball of arcane energy flies over Gruenic’s shoulder and rolls across the lizard’s back, leaving a charred patch of scales.
Almost immediately after the fire bolt lands, Sila’s javelin lands in the beleaguered creature’s flesh. The lizard is still roaring in pain as the monk arrives to unleash her melee attacks, but both are ineffective.
Taking advantage of Artemis’s distracting flyby, Garavant executes a perfect dashing attack and is gone before the first spray of blood splashes across the stone floor.
Garavant has to duck during his withdrawal as Lucy’s arrow flies for his head. With the rakish rogue no longer in the way, the arrow continues its journey and embeds itself into the lizard’s right eye. The creature now looks badly wounded, with wooden and steel projectiles sticking from it like a scaly porcupine and blood seeping from numerous gashes and punctures.
Enraged, the giant lizard attacks Gruenic with teeth and tail.
Bite Attack: 11 Damage: 12
Tail Attack: 19 Damage: 9
The creature's teeth bounce off Gruenic's thick plate armour and its tail slams harmlessly against his thigh. Mealtime will have to wait...
Sila grins at the clank and thunk of the creature's attacks on Gruenic grateful they weren't aimed at her and plans her attacks more carefully realizing she's a much squishier target.
She moves in quickly with her shortsword slashing again at the beast than another kick trying to finish the creature off. "Com'on Lucy needs a new pair of shoes!"
Shortsword Attack: 6 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Lucy's respect towards Gruenic and his goddess is skyrocketing. " I'm really glad that I asked the gods for a big tanky cleric! And lizard! " She turns to the beast. " If you keep moving, how can I kill you!"
Artemis: Keep flying around the lizard's face and let Garavant attacks with advantage.
Bree doesn’t notice the lizardlike humanoids moving up behind the group, staying focused on the target in the darkness instead. She hurls a fire bolt which smashes into its face and leaves crackling scales in its wake.
Sila’s sword glances off the giant lizard’s tough hide – boding well for its footwear potential – before her follow-up kick smashes hard into a foreleg and leaves a deep bruise.
(Garavant’s turn, yes I’m happy for speech to be a non-action out of turn. I have Lucy/Artemis’s turn)

Garavant hesitates for a moment weighing his options, then darts past Lucy to intercept the incoming troglodyte. Relying on the element of surprise, he tries to quickly bring down the reptilian humanoid. He keeps his position, standing between Lucy and the incoming foe.
Garavant moves north and places himself between Lucy and the lead troglodyte. As he approaches he recognizes the disgusting stench that was present in the cave earlier, and with horror he realizes that it is emanating from the troglodyte itself.
With no time to dwell on the revelation, Garavant thrusts his rapier into the creature's belly, wounding it gravely.
(If Garavant starts his next turn within 5ft of a troglodyte he will need to make a CON save against the revolting smell)
Lucy fires another arrow at the giant lizard and pierces its neck. The monster lets out a muted roar, choking on its own blood, then drops its belly to the floor and dies, legs splayed out beside it.
Lucy turns around when she hears Garavant's warning and sees the hideous reptilian face looming toward her. Before she can react, the half elf rogue steps in and puts his rapier deep into the body of the lead troglodyte.
" Wash your face before sneaking to me! " Lucy's blond hair bristles like an angry cat. The stench of the creature makes her eyes watering and Lucy hates tears! The elf girl shoots at the troglodyte. She signals Bree and Caravant to take distance then moves to the chamber with the dead lizard.
Artemis: The owl keeps helping Garavant. But even she looks suffered from the bad smell. Artemis decides not to taste these creatures.
