( Can I use the ready action on #1271 and it's attack roll? If not, I will roll another longbow attack.)
Initiative order: Sila 21, Bree 21, Gruenic 19, Garavant 16, Lucy 15, Lizard 13, Artemis 12, Tog Chief 10
Silaprepares her javelin and scans the room, lining up the weapon to attack if she senses any aggression.
Breetries to appease the giant lizard with a nonthreatening word, but the creature seems unmoved. It hisses loudly in reply.
Gruenicstrides into the room and, seeing no sign of peaceful intent from the giant lizard, brings his hammer down hard on its head. The creature hisses in pain and coils to attack.
Lucylooses her arrow, striking the lizard in the head with a wet thunk – it looks badly hurt.
As the creatureleaps to retaliate against Gruenic, Silahurls her readied javelin. The long shaft enters the creature’s mouth and buries deep into its belly, killing it outright.
For a brief moment it seems like the room is cleared, Artemissensing nothing untoward.
But suddenly a trio of flaming jets streak across the room at Gruenicand a large troglodyte appears, his invisibility spell broken by the attack.
Attack 1 on Gruenic Attack: 12 Damage: 8 fire damage
Attack 2 on Gruenic Attack: 9 Damage: 6 fire damage
Attack 3 on Gruenic Attack: 22 Damage: 10 fire damage
The flames splash against Gruenic's armor and the cleric is shielded from the worst of it, but some heat seeps through to scorch and blister his skin underneath.
The magic fire didn't only scorch Gruenic's skin, it also ignited fire inside Lucy." You! Piece of Goblin Shit! I'll gouge your eyes and burn your face!" For a moment, all reasoning and tactics are burned away from her brain and replaced by the anger hotter than the ember in the hearth. A jet black energy answers the roar of the elf and takes the form of huge darts. Lucy runs past Gravant, jumps into the room and throws the shadow blade toward the boss troglodyte with all her might.
Action: Run10ft to the huge troglodyte (just in front of the door) and attack with Shadow Blade.
Shadow Blade ( With advantage because we are in the underground ) Attack: 14 Damage: 11
Elven Accuracy: Attack: 7 ( pick up the largest value )
Artemis: The owl will join the battle and give Garavant advantage on the next turn.

Gruenic grunts as the sizzling flame heats up his plate armor, he takes a step to the west and engages the new threat. He starts breathing deeper, catching his breath, then hefts his Warhammer against the Troglodyte leader.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
OOC: I believe this action will happen before those above from Gruenic and Lucy, right?
Garavant hasn't done much of anything, a bit slower on the uptake than usual, but he bursts into action when Gruenic's attack reveals the magically hidden troglodyte. Drawing his rapier, he darts forward, leaping between Gruenic and the troglodyte leader. As he spins through the air, he drives his blade toward the troglodyte. His momentum carries him forward. He lands like a cat, out of the immediate reach of the scaly foe.
Move to reach square just west of Gruenic Rapier Attack: 8 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. Sneak Attack 9 Bonus: Disengage to reach square three north of the previous one, avoiding any OA
Hoping the Invisibility and the flames are both generated by the Troglodyte itself and not by other magic means, Sila remembers her training and focuses her Ki to Silence an area centered on the Fireplace behind him, potentially hindering verbal requirement of further incantations.
Maintaining concentration and focus on her target, she uses her movement to press herself against the cavern wall to allow maximum space for those behind her.
@DM I believe 5' per square so may affect Gruenic but 20' sphere so maybe not? Her target range is 120'. Targeted behind him to have least effect on party.

Bree suddenly no longer hears any sound coming from the Trog Leader. A bit taken aback at first she then notices Sila focussing her Ki. Bree excitedly nods to Sila: "You keep amazing me with your tricks, tell me more when we have time!" She then adds to the experience of extreme silence for the trog by reaching into their mind.
(Wis save 12 or 18 psychic damage, half on success)
Garavantsprings into the fight and sinks his rapier into the troglodyte before dashing back to a point just south of Gruenic and leaving a trail of blood splatters in his wake. The chief clutches his belly and looks at the retreating half elf with a sneer.
Silacasts her silence spell (yellow area on the map, hope I positioned it OK) and the trog's heavy breathing is suddenly silent.
Breefollows up with her mind spike, reaching into the chief's brain...
WIS save 9
The creature looks like it is in agony, yet no sound of pain escapes the silent zone cast by Sila. Bree suddenly feels a connection to the chief and able to track him with her mind.
Recovering slightly from his wounds, Gruenic gets onto his front foot and swings his hammer at the trog chief, experiencing a strange sensation as he enters the zone of silence and all noise turns off in an instant. His hammer makes no noise as it lands in the creature's face, but the blood and teeth that scatter from the attack give a clear indication that it was a good hit.
Garavant dances across the fallen lizard, grinning as he goes. Just as he nears the enemy, his lips moving, releasing a humiliating taunt and insult. Sadly, no one is able to hear his barbed witticism as he attacks with his rapier yet again. He darts back to where he started, trying to keep the heavily armored Gruenic between him and their quarry.
Move 1 NE Rapier Attack: 12 Damage: 12 Sneak Attack (Gruenic w/in 5 of target) 11 Bonus: Disengage back to original spot, use Gruenic as shield!
Garavant leaps into range of the chieftain and stabs out before rushing back behind Gruenic. His attack seems slightly rushed though, the point of his rapier glancing across the creature's thick hide.
Lucyruns forward, experiencing a faint sense of disorientation as the scene of battle before her fails to elicit a single sound. Adjusting to the unusual scene, Lucy hurls her shadow blade towards the troglodyte and it sears through his shoulder. He seems to roar, but nobody hears the bellow that results.
Artemis swoops into the silent zone to assist Garavant with his next attack.
The troglodyte, badly wounded, seems desperate. He moves around Gruenicuntil he finds himself outside the zone f silence and then strikes. He spreads his fingers out, thumbs touching, and fires a deadly cone of flame out before him.

@DM does he happen to earn a OA from Gruenic by trying to escape the silence
Sila decided to keep the silence up in case they can force him back into it to prevent his spell attacks and nocks an arrow firing that the badly injured troglodyte before he can cause more damage once she is able to get a clear shot.
Sila has to move forward to get a line of sight to the chief, and even then he has some cover from the cave wall. It serves him no good though, as the monk's arrow catches his head and puts him down.
(Combat is over, 100xp each. Still need Garavant's DEX save please)
Gruenic searches the room, looks toward the back for any other entrances, looks through the leader’s things. “Wasn’t expecting that fire jumping out of him. He hurt me pretty good. Can we rest here for a bit again?”
