The necklace is a Necklace of Prayer Beads with 6 beads (1 Blessing, 2 Curing, 1 Favor, 1 Smiting, 1 Summons).
The second pair of boots are Boots of Levitation.
The second ring is a Ring of the Ram.

Z already has winged boots, so is not interested in either of the boots. But he would be happy with any of the three other items, with the Ring of Free action being his first preference.
Looking at the items, Randall realizes that the Necklace of Prayer beads may only be useful to him or Tempe, so he asks, "This is a powerful divine necklace, Tempe. Would you like to use it so we can spread the healing around a bit, or shall I use it?"
OOC: Wow! Beads refresh every dawn, so effectively extra spells that can be cast from an item using a bonus action! Sweet!

Once you have divided up the items ( I think Petcan is foregoing a selection so someone will probably end up with 2 items?) and taken a short/long rest? What is next?
On to the last of the 3 Purplewrath nests?
Back to the natives?
All the way back to the Colonists?
Something else entirely?

In favor of going to eliminate the last best after he has collected the seeds (if he is allowed to save them from the fire), Randall is ready to move on to the next Purplewraith nest.
OOC: Questions on the necklace—the spells that are cast from the gems say they work as a bonus action. Does it count as casting a spell or using an item? Does the spell require concentration as normal or does it not since the gem was used?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

”I would also like to set about preparing a burial for the natives and these two visitors before we depart,” says Randall. He holds one of the gems of the prayer beads thoughtfully as he says this, considering what might be the most appropriate funeral rites for the two groups.

You begin to notice that Bow is getting bored and a bit annoyed with what they are doing on this island. But for the time being he follows along with the plan they had before, which was to destroy the nests and than get back to the colonists to see how the work there is proceeding.

Petcan will help Randal with burying the people if he can. He doesn't have a shovel or anything, but maybe he could use the magic helm like a shovel/bucket to scoop dirt.
Z is happy to help, and can also use magic (Telekinesis/Mage Hand) to help
So in terms of items, I think preferences are:
Randall Necklace of Prayer beads
Bow Boots of Levitation
Tempe Ring of the Ram
Zenodor Ring of Free action
Petcan nothing
Ignis. That would leave you with Boots of Speed. Does that work?
Am I missing an item? Shouldn't there be a spare from Pencan skipping?
Well we are with 5 characters so you are counting someone twice :p
