"This pirate treasure would be good as well--if we haven't already found it in the sea cave chest we came across"
Z: "Ah. I had not considered that the treasure in the cave could have been the pirate treasure. It was guarded by Chuuls, remnants of an ancient empire often found guarding remnants and ruins - but not human sites or pirate treasure. But perhaps the pirates simply found a way to hide their treasure near them."
You arrive back at the Colonist's landing site and find that they have the beginnings of several buildings erected. Most have a roof, some have a wall or two. In the centre of the area is a large, nearly complete building with walls and a roof, it only needs some work on the inside. This is the main trading post and is large enough to store many supplies, although it is currently being used for any who shelter from the elements such as new mothers, the elderly, and small children.
The Colonists are glad to see you return unarmed and several approach to hear the news of what caused the fire on the other side of the island. They also share that they have received a magical message from Mynash while you were away and he will be arriving by ship within a few days.

Bow will let others in the party do the talking for now before he will inquire if any ships are leaving soon; or if he should best wait for Mynash's ship to arrive?

OOC. Just to check. Mynash is the merchant who funded the rescue fleet and trade post, i.e our sponsor. Correct?
Zenodor will spend the time until Mynash's arrival assisting the colonists in setting up the trade post and town, and of course making sure they are safe. He will use Unseen Servant and Mage Hand to help with the building works, and if it helps will also cast Fly on the colonists as needed to help them work safely and rapidly on the roofs, towers, etc.
Randall will spend time seeing to the medical and nutritional needs of the colonists, as well as helping to complete as detailed map of the island focusing on the safest route for trading parties to journey to the natives…Having a representative of the natives at the settlement and a good start on leaning their language would be ideal before Mynash arrives.

Your new character can arrive on the ship with Mynash. A new agent of his that will join the group of his operatives. Bow can make his exit on the same ship.
Might be a little overlap for a few posts where you will have to answer for both characters in posts, if so you can make different posts for each or different colors for their speech, your choice. This will only happen if there's anything that involves Bow directly and only as a way to phase him out of the story instead of him just vanishing in a puff of smoke, lol.

Tempe looks at this new trading post he goes to the proprietor "I, would like to invest here. How would I do this? I wish my coin to make more, here. To work for me."
While they are waiting, Zenodor will also ask around the colonists to see if a few would like to go back to the mainland as the party's entourage to assist them in their endeavour to beat back the Goblin Horde. We will do the fighting and dangerous tasks of course, but we may need some assistance in the more mundane areas of life.
Specifically, he's looking for a good cook, a housemaid-type person (wash, clean, maintain) and a couple of people to carry/serve (set up and maintain camp/house, etc). They should also be willing to generally perform various errands (carry massages, obtain supplies, keep an eye on something, etc). Maybe 4 people total. They don't need to be extremely skilled specialists or mercenaries.
If they have anyone who sells equipment, he's also considering getting a bigger tent, campaign furniture etc (think upgrading from army tents to 18th century British officer campaign tents and equipment)
The Colonists are excited to hear the news about the Natives on the other side of the island, especially when you mention how peaceful and friendly they are.
@ Zenodor
Only one colonist, a female half-elf, is willing to leave the island and serve as your housemaid-type person. (The rest of the positions will have to filled elsewhere.)

Ok. No problem. Z will hire her. (Do we name her, or do they remain nameless?)
After receiving an answer to his question Tempe finds a quiet space in nature and ritually cast Locate Animals or Plants seeing if there are any purple wraths within five miles of him.
(You can have the agency to name her, but in the game and for story purposes that was always her name... just saves me having to come up with a name, lol.)
@Tempe
There are no more Purplewraths on the island. After we get back to the Goblin Hordes and have been there for a few months then I will tie the evil wizard into another side quest for a little break.

Zenodor will treat his staff well, so if Delzira needs basic equipment (clothes, kit, whatever) he will upfront some money to pay for this.
Any remaining time, Z will spend meditating and communing with his Patron in the hopes of obtaining some hint of its unfathomable intentions.
How much do you give to Delzira? (Most of what the Colonists have is for building the Trading Post, and it won't be considered fully stocked until after it receives a few shipments.)
On the 2nd day of reconnecting with the Colonists and assisting them with their daily chores the sails of two ships can be seen on the horizon and at best guess they will probably arrive within 5 hours. The Colonists can't help but get a little excited and begin making preparations to receive the ships.

Zenodor gives Delzira about 10gp. (Looking at PHB should be enough for clothes, bed roll, backpack, candles, cloth, soap, etc)
Z also sends Irraxan to fly ahead and meet the ships out at sea - just in case they are not who we were expecting. While Irraxan probably couldn't stop them, at least we would be forewarned.
Bow helps with some final tasks before moving to the seaside to see the ships coming in.
