Buni gets frightened of the ghost. The effect is so strong on him, that he suddenly looks 20 years older, and he wasn't very young to begin with. He's annoyed and enraged now, and he runs close to the place where the ghost came out of, focusing on his defences for now.
BA: Rage. Move: To G-8. (I'm hoping the ghost will actually have to enter the room to do anything.) (Forgot Frightened means I can't move closer. Staying put then.) Action: Dodge.
gh3 comes through the North wall of the room. It also uses it's scare ability... Everyone make the same save as before. It then disappears back through that northern wall.

Aruzhal Moves to the East walla nd readies a booming blade.
T.A.N.K. Moves to the Northern wall and readies magic missiles.
gh1 Sticks its head out of the Northern wall and recieves the magical missiles plus the arrow from Olivier. T.A.N.K. please roll missile damage. it then uses its scare ability, everyone make the same save as before. It disappears back into the wall.
Keye and Gunnar are now up. (Don't worry that was the last round of them disappearing, they will be coming out to fight this round.)
Sensing his martial arts will be minimally useful, the monk makes himself ready nonetheless. He will rush toward the first specter he sees and attack...

For each successful strike, Keye channels his ki into his weapon and attempts to stun the ghost.

Starting at 5th level, you can interfere with the flow of ki in an opponent’s body. When you hit another creature with a melee weapon attack, you can spend 1 ki point to attempt a stunning strike. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of your next turn.
Keye Prepares to hit any ghost that comes close. (You cannot ready a move and attack. Plus it is a single attack, not multiple)
Gunnar Power swirls around his hand as he glares at the room, waiting for a ghost to show their transparent face...
gh2 Glides out of the Southern wall, near Keye. Keye lashes out at it once, even as two eldritch blasts are released towards the ghost. The attack from Keye hits, as does both of the eldritch blasts. Keye give me a DC 13 CHA save. Failure and you are possessed...
Buni is now up.
I have the ghost on the map below. If Keye failes the Cha save though, then the ghost is no longer on the map and has disappeared.

(Buni is frightened of GH3, right? Also, since that one is not withing LoS...) (Also, if the ghost is not in the room when his turn begins, he'll just dodge.)
Buni runs towards the only enemy he can see, the one who frightened him earlier, and swings his maul twice before trying to bite the ghost.
Move: To D-8. Action: Attack. Attack: 12 Bludgeoning Damage: 15. Attack: 14 Bludgeoning Damage: 14. BA: Longtooth Bite. Attack: 17 Piercing Damage: 11. Also, end of turn Wis save: 2.

NOTE: The monk's stunning strike could still apply for Keye's successful attack, yes? It's simply part of the attack, I think. If so, then ghost 2 would be stunned on a failed DC 14 CON save.
