Raza shares Mock's excitement at the corridor as well and waits with her until the others go down. "It's like the catacombs back home at the Temple." She bounces on her feet as she heads down right before the other Tiefling.
Down the hole we go... Doc thought to himself after checking out the church. Going last, Doc entered the tunnel after the others, looking back over his shoulder towards the surface as Mock closed the hatch behind them, wondering if he would ever see the sun - or even the surface - ever again.

It's quiet here. Too quiet. An obvious trap....at least that's how I'd set it up.
Daewen waits for fellow ninjas Arora and Neph to catch up, and once they've stacked up behind the door, quietly open it and proceeds across the hallway to room 21. Before opening the door to room 21, she listens to see if she can hear anything going on in the room (Perception w/Guidance: 11).

Arora looks both ways up and down the hallway ensuring there isn't any 'surprise' coming towards them before she follows Daewen across the hallway to the doorway at 21. She also listens carefully to see if she can hear anything from the other side of the door.

If she hears nothing, she encourages Daewen to quietly open the door. "Go ahead Daewen, open it slowly and quietly.... we don't want every drow in this place to come running at us just yet." she whispers.

This room is a massive armory, and it's being used as a still. It looks like they're making some sort of Moonshine in here. There is also equipment in here, lots of it. 150 longswords, 150 suits of splint mail, and 150 light steel shields - all of which are a bit rusty. Besides the sound of water dripping, it is very quiet in here.
Kasha, hanging off of Mocks neck, peeks to look inside. She slumps back down on her shoulder and mutters, "Borrriinnggg....any invisible Duergar in here?"

"I agree, that is a bit boring... and a bit rusty too, but enough for a small army..." Seeing as there wasn't much of interest in 21, Arora moves towards the next door at 22 and will listen carefully and if she doesn't hear anything then she will quietly open it.

Inside this room, which is also quiet and empty is what appears to be storage. It holds over a dozen taxidermied animals and banners with six different coast of arms. You don't recognize the coats of arms, and they certainly don't like Drow.
Kasha gasps at one of the taxidermied animal heads, a moose, and says, "Herbert?! NOOOOO!!!!" she shakes with shock, holding on to Mocks neck like a child and a parent. She then snickers in her shoulder. "Just kidding. I don't know that moose. Khkhkhk!"
Mock barks out a laugh at Kasha's playfulness, keeping a solid grip so the smaller one doesn't fall off her back. She looks around at all the stuffed animals, then at the banners in the room. "Other room was cooler," she says with a snort. "Weapons and drinks. Not these weird animals."
"You're a weird animal."Kasha retorts, pretending to take it personal. she snuggles in tighter, using you, almost, like a steed, as she rides you. You can feel her feet playfully kicking your tail as you explore.
Raza follows the others, not as excited as before. This seems to be just some living quarters, not catacombs. The stuffed animals were just wrong. Why keep the mortal husk? Even for an animal? She shakes her head in disapproval.
Doc sighed and shook his head silently as the others joked around. He was both dumbfounded and amazed that they could still be so cavalier after almost dying the day before and everything else this mission entailed so far. He supposed their general demeanor was probably why they fit so well within the Order; he didn't because he never had a choice. Sighing again, he looked to the group and said slightly wearily, "Let's keep moving... and try not to make so much noise everyone..." before heading towards Room 26.
Originally used as a pantry, the food stored here has long since rotted away. Someone is using this chilled room, now as a place to keep the hides of hunted animals. Unfortunately the dampness doesn’t help—instead, the uncured skins have attracted vermin. You can see rats scurrying. This level, so far, appears to be very quiet and unguarded.

The smell of rotting flesh doesn't bother Daewen in the slightest. As a denizen of the Shadowfell, she's used to death (as an immortal, she actually looks forward to it...it brings some excitement into the normally drab and glum existence in the Shadowfell). However, the scurrying rats give her pause. Why the hell do those foul beasts choose to dine of the decaying flesh of once mortals?
Daewen slowly backs out of room 26, turns in the hallway, and approaches the door to room 27. Before opening the door, she'll listen intently to see if she can hear anything from room 27 before entering.
This room contains a well. It is nearly ten feet across and surrounded by four high-quality pulleys (none of them are currently connected to the single bucket and rope that descends into the water). In the corners of the room are large laundry tubs.
Daewen will ever-so-carefully peer over the edge of one of the wells, and using her Umbral Vison (she can see 90’ in darkness), look down into the depths of the well. Does it look like it leads to a super-double secret Drow lair?
"I don't know, seems like it was somewhat recently used?" I mean, those hides weren't fully rotted or dry yet. It's so quiet too"
Neph leans in and looks at the well, as well. He agrees with Raza, “Yeah, a little TOO quiet.” He picks up a little rock to throw in the well, but thinks better of it, flips it up and down in his hand.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
"I suspect they're all in the Castle Hideout," Doc ventured, "I don't think they'd be living down here if they didn't need to. Let's keep searching while we still have the advantage of surprise..." he added before leaving the room and beginning head towards the stairs nearest Room 27. "Time to go up?" (or down? Whatever way they run)

Daewen shudders in shock at the soulless animals on display in this room.
Why would someone commemorate a dead animal like this, by displaying their soulless husk of a body? These humanoids are weird.
