Ash ducked out of sight, as she’d been first out of the cave and signaled for her companions to do the same. Slowly, she unfastened her whip and one of her hand axes. She assumed Little Iron and Merai wouldn’t let this sacrilege to their gods stand, and killing goblins was a public service even among her clan.
<W> “I want the big one,” she whispered, hand axe ready to chuck at the wolf rider, similar to how she’d thrown it at the bandit wizard girl.
Merai casts Bless on Ash, Pox, and herself (+1d4 on attacks& saves) She steps outside the cave.
24 pox stealth
Pox slips out of the cave and sneaks as close as he can towards the goblins, using the cover of the sound of the water, rocks and the gullies. He readies an action to sneak attack the wolf with a dart when the wolf gets within 20’. (he figures the rest of the group will take out the rider)
Attack: 24 Damage: 4 plus bless 4 to hit and plus 3 sneak attack damage.
Merai calls down to the goblins in common “You will leave this place at once!
The party exits the cave. From the mouth of the cave, you can't see the Goblins through the dense forest - only the heads of the statues peak out from above the trees.
Pox is able to get within 20 feet of the Goblin Captain without them noticing. The nimble gnome uses the statue of Oghma to hide behind and shoot from its cover.
The dart strikes true, driving into the cheek of the wolf. Its pained snarl turns into a long moanful wolf howl. The goblins all grab their weapons and look to their commander.
The Goblin Captains holds his sword aloft - it radiates a strong blue magical light which crackles like lightning. The wold sniffs at the air, but even with the advantage of his keen nose he is unable to discern the exact location of Pox, just the general direction where the dart came from.
The commander blows a silver whistle hanging by a chain around his neck.

Waiting no longer than Pox’s stealth Ash roared and it echoed through the area as she entered into a battle rage. (OOC: Bonus action to rage, activate path of the beast feature form of the beast:tail.)
Something happened then that even Ash didn’t anticipate. As her battle lust took hold, her trousers ripped in back as a long dragon’s tail grew forth just above her buttocks. It was ten feet in length and spikey bones burst forth at its tip.
As before, she would give her elven friend’s words a chance to convince the vile creatures to leave, but should any draw blades or look like they would attack, she would also attack.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC - No worries Ash - I will allow your bonus action transformation to happen before combat starts. All party members are placed outside the cave mouth on the battle map - feel free to change your starting location.
Round 1
After the sharp whistle pierces the night a monstrous roar echos back from down the path deeper into the woods. The captain retreats back and feeds a potion of healing down the wolf's throat. Healing 5
The rider commands the goblins forward from where the dart originated
Pox had used his bonus action to hide (this was messaged to me by Tessservet and I am allowing it to be applied retroactively since it was a mistake)
Pox Hide 19
VS - 5 Goblins
The Goblins move forward, but don't see the small gnome, hidden in a crevice in the statue just a few feet away.
OOC - I had to delete the dice rolls because when I edited them they messed up the post. Anyway Pox is hidden.
Pox remains hidden, letting the other goblins head up the hill, until the wolf and leader get close: then he will pop up, throw another dart at rhe wolf, and moves to behind a bush and hides again as a bonus action.
20 hide
Merai moves to where she can see the goblins and casts Sleep on the front of the group, (hoping pox is further away and less vulnerable to sleep!) she then ducks behind a tree for some cover.
sleep affects 26 hit points of goblins starting with lowest HP first..
The second dart hits the wolf - seemingly out of nowhere. The wolf drops to 0 HP and slumps to the ground. The rider falling and making a Dex Check 15
And the rider lands on his feet. His beady eyes search the forest for the attacker. He looks down at his poor wolf companion and Snarls.
"Kill them" in goblinoid.
Merai needs to take her full movement into the stream to be able to see the goblins through the forest. Her sleep spell takes affect, the arcane lullaby dropping 3 out of the 5 goblins. The other two look at their companions dumbfounded before locking eyes with the elven spell caster before she moves behind a tree for some cover.
Ash moves as quickly as she can through the brush, getting closer to the smaller goblins, (O13), the need to attack something greater than her interest in the leader at this point. She threw her axe at one of the conscious goblins. Normally, such a long distance would make the axe more difficult to hit, but her recklessly strong throw made the attack proceed with it's normal level of accuracy. She grabs her second hand axe with her now empty hand (free action) and prepares to continue her assault.
(OOC: Reckless attack gives advantage, but the axe is beyond twenty feet so would normally be thrown with disadvantage. They cancel out and she attacks normally. Hand axes can be thrown up to 60 feet so the goblins should be just within 50-60 feet of her throw)
Attack: 9 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
1 Bless D4
The total is 19 to hit. Damage didn't go through on the first roll so...
Ash storms across the difficult terrain. Her ax flies through the air and embeds itself in the face of one of the Goblins. It falls forward pushing the axe further into its skull - fully splitting its head into two - brain matter spilling forth.
Pedndergast emerges from the waterfall and falls just behind ash, casting Ensnaring Strike on himself, his javelin drawn. He lets out a mighty laugh as he looses the weapon towards the wolf the goblin leader is mounted upon. "Your pet will make a mighty fine coat."
Attack Roll: 26 (with the +2 advantage for favored enemy)
Damage: 9 (Max damage)
And the wolf needs to roll a strength save vs entanglement

Ooc - are you targeting the wolf? He is down already. Also you may be to far, check the battle map.
OOC- I apologize, I misread that the wolf was down, it would have been targeted at the leader, and a javelin has a range up to 120, so the new total would be 22 with the disadvantage from range increment. So the leader needs a strength save if it hits.

OOC - Sorry to be this Guy, but for continuity - you have to move and target the goblin that is standing - if you want to attack this round.
I am going to argue that yes you are within range of the leader, but you can't see through the forest - the description of the area is that from the cave entrance, you can only see the tops of the 30 ft statues through the trees - so you can't see what's going on ground level. The others are seeing the group because they are attacking down the corridor formed by the stream.
Let me know if you'd like to target the last goblin or you could dash (double move) to get closer to the boss.
OOC- My bad, I'm trying relearn how to play a PBP styled RPG. I clearly missed a couple key points in there. I will scrap my action and dash into the woods towards the goblin leader. Don't mean to cause any issues.
Little Iron had just nodded off to sleep and was in a lucid dream, the smell of spiced porridge and the warmth of a well tended fire in the hearth were what he was pulled away from by Merai's yell of "Goblins!"
Groaning in protest for having to leave the dream Little Iron grabbed his light crossbow and his holy symbol stumbling out of the cave behind the others. His mood did not reflect the enthusiasm of the others for combat. In fact he was was irritated at having been bothered by goblins. "Let's get this over with," he muttered to nobody in particular.
Drawing a readying breath the aasimar runs down the hill, darkvision allowing him to see clearly the way before him.
I will utilize the following if attacked from the current position:
Warding Flare
At 1st level, you can interpose divine light between yourself and an attacking enemy. When you are attacked by a creature within 30 feet of you that you can see, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll, causing light to flare before the attacker before it hits or misses. An attacker that can’t be blinded is immune to this feature.
