The professor would see that this chamber is now mostly empty, except for a few overturned boxes, broken items, scattered coins, small gems that were dropped during the hasty evacuation; all the dropped items left in this room have a total value of only 16 gp
"Hmm, I don't recall seeing dragon eggs before we found the roper. I think that was the hatchery we just came out off. I would be glad to get far away from this place, but if you all want to descend back below, I'll continue the fight with ye." says Escobert.
"Why thank you Cale, that's much better." She says happy to be rid of the weight but not the scale entirely, flashing him an awkwardly friendly smile and follows him down the hole.
As you go down the trap door, you soon find yourself in a familiar room after moving a tapestry hanging on the ceiling that has obscured the rope ladder: This is the chamber with the shrine to the dragons you explored after defeating Cyanwrath. It does not seem to be occupied, and everything is still and quiet.
"Hmm, we seem to have come full circle." Kiari kneels down and digs into her pack drawing out her Cartography kit. She rolls out a large piece of parchment, spreading it flat on whatever surface seems even enough and sketches quickly a map of the areas she recalls. "What have we missed..."
This room does feel quite familiar. There is a doorway behind the chest Cale looted, and that is the doorway that took you upstairs, eventually to a wide overlook to the dragon hatchery with Roger the Roper. The doorway in that room took you up to Mondath's office, which looks to have had two means of escape: the hole in the floor you have just crawled through or a rope ladder to daylight above. There does not seem to be any evidence to the casual observer that Mondath used this route for their escape.
Kiari would notice on her map that 95% of the dungeon has been explored, but there was a passageway near the mouth of the cave that the heroes did not venture down. To reach it, you would have to pass through that large chamber with the bats, and stirges that feed on them. It means doubling back through the barracks then past the meat storage area if that is where you would like to head.
Thaddeus nods, “We’ve done well so far, and these old bones are still hanging on. Let’s make sure we’ve cleared out these cultists so that greenest is safe.”
As the party doubles back through the cave, they see the bodies of the monsters they have dispatched along the way. Since the traps are sprung, there is not much danger there, but approaching the cave full of bats near that unexplored passage, you would want to proceed carefully as not to disturb them.
Escobert proudly says, "Step aside; and I'll lead the way!" He proceeds to trip on a dead bat the stirges must have been feeding on and makes a loud "thud" as he hits the floor of the cave. The bats in the area begin to stir, but overall, it is still calm in the passageway.
“Ahh, time to practice some of the old sneak tricks from my days as a youth. I used to sneak out to the barracks and watch the guards train.” He slowly, and comically, lifts his arms up to his chest and high steps slowly and quietly.
The Professor's technique, while raising eyebrows from Escobert, takes him quietly through the cave. The bats settle back down. Kiari goes next, but the armor makes a "clank, clank, clank" sound as she walks, which disturbs another cluster of bats, but they are not agitated...yet.
Cale makes it through the cave undetected by the bats, and after travelling a few yards, you are near the chamber in the cave you have not explored yet (near the entrance).
As you look inside, it looks like this room was used for storage; perhaps from the raids on Greenest. This chamber is now mostly empty, except for a few overturned boxes, broken items, scattered coins, small gems that were dropped during the hasty evacuation, and one cultist who is sleeping soundly on the floor
"Looks like someone took off in a hurry and left this 'guard' for us," whispers Escobert to the party as not to wake the cultist. "Should we quietly search through the room or take our leave?"
Thaddeus nods towards the sleeping figure and then looks at Cale and makes a line across his throat with his finger, the universal signal for death. "None of these cultists deserve mercy,” he thinks to Cale. He then points his crossbow at the form and waits for Cale to respond.

"Oof yes, that's heavy but I can take it" says Cale with a wink, taking the suit of scale armour from Kiari (added to Cale's inventory)
"Good man Escky" the rogue says, slapping their guide on the shoulder before heading down the trapdoor.
"Why thank you Cale, that's much better." She says happy to be rid of the weight but not the scale entirely, flashing him an awkwardly friendly smile and follows him down the hole.

"Oh man, really? I'm all turned around, maybe we've cleared this place then?"
Cale peers over Kiari's shoulder at the map, not much use but curious nonetheless.

@DM can Kiari determine any area of the map that they might need to revisit as missed?

"What do you reckon" Cale says over Kiari's shoulder; "Check out that passage?"
He turns to the professor: "Good for you, old man?"
Thaddeus nods, “We’ve done well so far, and these old bones are still hanging on. Let’s make sure we’ve cleared out these cultists so that greenest is safe.”

(Can I get stealth checks?)
Escobert Stealth 12

Kiari smiles at the vision of the 'sneaky' professor and follows suit in her own way. "I am clumsy in this armor, but will do as I can."
stealth check w/disadvantage due to armor 1
The Professor's technique, while raising eyebrows from Escobert, takes him quietly through the cave. The bats settle back down. Kiari goes next, but the armor makes a "clank, clank, clank" sound as she walks, which disturbs another cluster of bats, but they are not agitated...yet.
(Cale is up next for a stealth check)
(I'm really sorry, back in the room now)
Cale Stealth 24 and if this fails he will add 1 from a psychic dice
