"Gaah!" Eldin drops Grianne on the floor out of sheer surprise. His face green face turns bright red as he apologizes vehemently. He stutters for a while before saying, "Igottagodosomething."
Eldin realizes that the embarrassing situation made him forget to start walking (I forgot to post that Eldin will move). As soon as he remembers, he runs off into town. He takes shelter in an alley and sighs. "Hades damn you, Eldin. Why did you have to do that!?" Eldin looks at his hand and realizes he's still carrying a fish. He tosses it to the side for stray cats to eat and shakes his head. "Alright Eldin, Time to get back on track."
@BDaddly, Putting this in a spoiler to prevent multiple posts.
Eldin plans to buy a large chest, a shovel and some hay and cotton. Can he get these for 1-2 Gold?
After Eldin buys his things (please let me know how much it costs), he goes to the tinkerer's shop and buys another pint of Alchemist's fire divided into 15 smaller vials, a roll of cloth and oil for 102 gold. He returns to his room and puts all his things down. He then makes 15 more torch arrows using the newly acquired materials. He also opens the chest and puts the leftover glass arrows (8) and 1 torch arrow (left over from first experiment) in it along with the cotton and the hay so that the arrows don't break easily. He locks the chest and heads back to the Glory. He thanks Harmond for cleaning up the place for him by giving him 3 silver. He then walks up to the message board and posts a parchment with the following message:
"Help Wanted! The Glory in now hiring a bartender who can serve the rich as well as the poor. They must work for most of the day with short brakes. Special brakes will be given to arena combatants who apply so that they may still take part in battle. They will be paid 10 gold per day plus their share of tips. All interested may talk to Josias, Adair or Eldin. Some experience with handling alcoholic beverages recommended. We look forward to seeing you."
Eldin then gets back to working as a substitute bartender as best as he can.

The bard gets ready to tell his story as children and adults alike gather around to listen. Shimitty too, finds a seat among the crowd. The bard clears his throat and begins.
This is the story of a human archer named Baryk Graycastle. A fierce combatant of the arena he was. His eyes were as sharp as those of an eagle. His arrows would strike down even his most heavily armored foes. Nimbleness and shadows do very little against his deadly accuracy and the magically charged bolts of death that fly from his bow.
In the early days of the Glory, old bug face needed a bartender. And then came Baryk. He boasted experience in alcohol and a vile of special vodka; a family recipe. He got the job and worked hard he did. He was a rising star both in the bar and on the arena. Full of potential! But then something happened. He lost a fight not because he was downed but because he was put to sleep. In the end, the one to beat him was not a deadly fighter or a zealous soldier of god, but a poor sorcerer. A man who entered the battlefield not for the glory to be had but for money to feed himself and his young daughter.
Overcome with grief and shame, Baryk left the Glory. He sought further glory and so he took to the underworld. However, a new face cannot always find work in the land of crime so he sulked around in the shadows for a while. Then he heard something. The man who had hired him had landed himself the duty to deliver something of extreme importance. When the drow inevitably attacked his boss, Baryk came out of hiding and opened fire on bug-face. He wasn't able to down the tiefling but he saw a look of hatred and dismay in those yellow eyes. He hid again but before he could make his next move, the object of his desire was gone and so were the ones guarding it.
Baryk disappeared since then. Nobody knows what happened to him but one thing is for certain: he will be back.
Done! Sorry I made it so over-dramatic. I wanted to try something different. )
(Got it. Much appreciated. Also Shmitty didnt take a seat. He sat in front with the kids with wide eyes. When the story was done he snorts and goes back to the swamp)

Grianne walks back into the Glory rather embarrassed and find a dark corner to hid in. I guess trying to take a Catnap wasn't the best idea.
