Marvarax let’s go (it wasn’t really that tight of a grip) then he chuckles, before his face turns serious “is that what you think the problem is, my problem is that you’re to scared to actually start a fight, so instead you throw darts and lie. Then, right now there’s this sense of entitlement you have, that you’re suddenly so important compared to are other Patreon that you attack. So you better leave, or I’ll make you leave, and your arena record makes the victor of this fight crystal clear”

Girania is right. The victim's last name is Whitmore, same as my character. 10 years isn't that big a gap for an older brother and a younger sister if there's a middle child or two between them. And 2 noble families with the same last name doesn't tend to happen historically. 

"Let's face it" Nykkan says as he sits at the bar, ignoring Maravax's insistence on making him leave "the majority of us are, or were contenders of the arena. Violence outside of the arena was bound to happen sooner or later, and quite frankly...if you don't like violence, then you probably shouldn't be here at all"

"violence isn't something I have a problem with" Marvarax says as he grabs Nykkan's head and slammed it against the counter "it's the cowards I hate" Marvarax stepped back and clearly looked ready for a fight 

"Oh I'm a coward am I?" Nykkan says as he grabs at his quarterstaff and swings it at Maravax "who's the one who decided to bow out of fighting to be a barkeep?" He then attempts to kick at Maravax's knees to knock him prone

"I, on the other hand, do have a problem with violence. Stand down, good sirs, or I shall force you to." Scarab steps up to Maravax, chest puffed out, but his hands are far from his rapier.

(For the record Miriam is definately Lawrence's sister. I did know she was related to Lawrence. I just didn't know she was his sister. I don't know if Liam knew. That's just a surprise that he may or may not have seen coming.)

Marvarax dodged the first blow and at the last second raised his leg to counter, it stung a bit but at least he was still up, then the small halfling approached ”so when I attack someone it’s wrong but when attacks a drow it’s alright” Marvarax looked between the two of them, he was confident he could best both of them if he wanted to, but Marvarax took a step back ”fine, but I refuse to serve someone like you, so just take it up with Harmond”

I feel like if she was his cousin or niece, some extended family, he wouldn't be as angry as if she was his sister. I just made up the sister thing the first time Lawrence tried to tackle Liam. 

"Uh...hold that thought..." Nara hands Marmaduke the bottle and rushes down to the first floor of the glory, greatsword drawn, to see what all the commotion is about

Adaire stands to interfere when, Basil walks into the Glory and starts rolling up his puffy sleeves, revealing forearms big around than you might have realised. Adaire sits back at her desk intent to not be involved in any way. "I've only got two hands, and there's four of you to drag out of here... Who's first? You fellas should all know well enough to take your grievances outside.

”sir, this man here Nykkan attacked another customer, I attempted to remove him without force until he refused” Marvarax said with both of his hands behind his back 

"Make that 6. Even better"

Marvarax goes behind the counter “take him away then”

I will say it again, I was playing darts and mistook the man's robes as the dart board,  but if it will make you feel better then I will go up to the man and apologize, even though I don't think I should have to Nykkan then places 6 gold on the bar  to indicate that he is still waiting on the mini keg that he ordered

"I uh..I had no idea what was happening down here. I heard some sort of scuffle so I came down..."

“Your first deception was a failure and now that you’re evidently sobber it’s even less effect” Marvarax picked up the 6 gold “but I’m sure a mini keg should be enough of an apology”

"These men were clearly fighting. This is not a place for fighting. That is in the coliseum." Scarab nods sagely.
