Not that it will help that roll, but I think Sleet actually has a +4 when it comes to CON saves - he's a fighter so that's one of his saves he's proficient in
Caine pulls his shirt up to cover his mouth and nose and then looks at the whirling blades where the door to the room used to be.
He turns from the blades to look more closely at the state of the walls and picks at the nearest interior wall.
"These walls look like they've gotten hundreds of years of rot happening all at once," Caine says. "The door to the outside should be through this corner of the room over there. Maybe we can just break through instead of trying to dodge through the blades of doom over there."

I'm assuming they've come up in room 3 - that the "T" was the trapdoor to the basement below. So, if the interior walls really are brittle, that interior wall between #3 and #1A would be the shortest route out.
Also, assuming the front door will actually be open.
Razi, tries to speak again, but the voice catches in his throat. He has a coughing fit and vomits on the floor, gasping for air. He looks to be in really bad shape. Desperate, and hearing Caine's suggestion, he turns toward the corner wall where Caine points and chokes out, "Sanction."Attack: 22 Damage: 5

"We're almost there big man," Caine says to Sleet. "But we can't rest in here with all the smoke. If Razi's little trick worked, we may be almost out."
"Razi!" Nelyna cries out as he looks ready to pass out. She can feel the poison trying to creep into her lungs, but somehow she is able to resist the worst of its effects. "Razi, just hold on a little longer."
She hurries over to the wall Razi attacked with his spell and examines it to see if they have a way out.
Caine had his rapier out earlier - I hope I remember that right. If he didn't, then he'd only be able to attack once since he can only draw one weapon per turn.
Action to attack with one weapon. Bonus Action - everyone can use two weapon fighting as long as both are light - so a rapier and a dagger are both light weapons. Maybe didn't make that clear above that the one attack was with the rapier and the other with the dagger.
If I messed up on his having the rapier drawn, then he'd only be able to do the first attack - draw the rapier and attack with it.
Or have I completely messed up two weapon fighting?

Swarm of centipedes? Stabby twigs? Rats? The suspense is killing me.
"Nelyna, watch out," Caine shouts in elvish at the wizard
Assuming there's something to stab, Caine angles around Nelyna and plunges his rapier downwards(?).
He then spins back around, drawing a dagger as he does and slashes out again.
Action: Rapier - Attack: 12 Damage: 11 plus Sneak Attack Damage of 1
Bonus Action: Dagger - Attack: 17 Damage: 7
"Foul beast!!"
Attack: 18 Damage: 14

(Confusing finesse and light in my head. Thanks)
(So now it's the swarm of centipedes turn now?)
