With the rest of the party either keeping the goblins in check or keeping watch, Ev'alish steps to the side, his stern expression cutting the goblins like steel. He listens to the goblin's response and listens for whether it seems to be truthful, what their intentions are, etc. Insight: 14
Kan holds out his hands to the party in an apologetic manner. “I couldn’t heal him right now even if I wanted to. I need time to meditate, regain the inner focus needed for touching the weave.”
Ev'alish sternly removes Tot's hand from Pojo's mouth. To both Pojo and the guards, he asks: "Thou speaks of a dripping what? Speak, now. Guards, doth you know of any place referred to as dripping nearby?"
Kramyra steps out from the shadows, “We need to go there now, enough with searching the buildings. They could be in danger.” Turning to Ev’alish, “We can take these things as hostages or do whatever you please, but let us move now.” @Torem “Please, lead the way.”

Before leaving the village, as soon as Tot starts dictating conditions and Kan says he can't heal, Khessa agrees: "Oh, I see. You really are in need of healing" and speaks a quick incantation, gently placing her hand on the goblin's burnings in the end.
Khessa says (to Tot, if still alive, or to Pojo, if Tot is dead): "This was the healing you needed most: a cure for stupidity; you were BLATANTLY in need of that. Alas, if the subject is too stupid, the cure can be deadly... but it still usually heals all the remaining stupids around. Now, let's start again. But remember that you are in no position to demand anything. You help, you live. You don't... well, you've got the picture, I hope. Now, did you CAPTURE or did you KILL the villagers at the cave? We also would like to know where your sentinels are placed and what they are. Goblins only? Or worgs too? Or... what? Pretty please, of course"
Note: if we decide that we are already at cave entrance and that is not possible for Khessa to act before leaving the village, then she does the very same thing now, before anybody goes for the cavern. She wants probably more than anyone other to save the villagers... but she thinks the party will have more chances and get the job done more quickly if the goblin is forced to give useful informations. Better some information and plan accordingly, than simply run inside all Leeroy Jenkins style...
"Ok," she pats Pojo on the shoulder "you see? The cure worked: you've got way smarter than him! Maybe we can make you the new goblin leader... and make goblins and villagers live in peace, instead of killing each other. But now, one thing at a time: the ogres you are speaking of are the sentinels? How many are they? And where are they? There are orher sentinels?"
Kramyra gives Khessa a little smirk with her healing ways. Apparently she is isn’t as high and mighty as she says she is. This definitely makes her more interesting in Kramyra’s eyes. When they get up the cave, Kan’s urgent hand waving gives her a start, she looks down and herself and knows she is at full health - apparently not everyone is? Hmmm.. she hadn’t noticed.
She finds a little hollow off a bit into the woods from them to hide away from the cave for a short rest, comes back to the group and leads them back there, “Will this do for a short rest? For those of you that need a bit of healing?”
Khessa, who is still waiting for the last infos from Pojo, turns her head to her friends: "Oh, mistress Kramyra, I think Kan here did not refer to the need of regaining strength but of regaining magic. Apparently, he can not do it with a quick read of a spellbook as you taught me to do, but he needs some more... time. Am I right? Plus, Sorjen is badly hurt. But let's hear what our new ally has to say. Goblins and ogres are bad, granted. But if they are not all together maybe we can lure some of them in a trap and take them out a few at a time. Or maybe we can free the villagers without meeting all enemies, so we would be able to return to village and come back with us rested and the villagers safe. I have some ideas... just let's hear what the situation is and decide then the best course of action"
"Very good, Boss Pojo" Khessa congratulates the goblin "we will spare the goblins you say. Now, as far as the ogre as concerned," she speaks to all now, party and goblin"that's what I'd advise to do: we take Kan's treasure chest and we bring it here. Then we all hide behind the nearby trees. I can also place some caltrops between the position we choose and the chest. Then Boss Pojo goes inside the cave and asks one of the ogre to 'come outside to help with the big treasure chest for Boss Hark'. Should the ogre ask about the other goblins, Boss Pojo will pretend they are still looting the village, that has proven more rich than expected. Once the ogre is near the chest, we all attack him by surprise, while Boss Pojo comes behind us, in safety. An ogre might be big, but We are TEN... or even ELEVEN, for Boss Pojo could also shot the ogre with his bow once he is behind us. If we are all attacking by surprise, I hope we can take him down. If the ogre survives and charges for us, the caltrops should delay him, allowing us another round of shots. Once the first ogre is taken care off, we lure out the other... and try the same number on him. What do you think? It can work?"
Ev'alish nods, a smile on his face apparent. "'Tis a clever ruse indeed, Khessa. I shall help provide a line of defense against the ogre; it shall not be able to reach thee." He gestures to the more range-oriented members of the group. "The caltrops may prove quite invaluable; mayhaps we can shroud them with leaves so the ogres do not see them?"
Khessa conceeds: "If someone needs to rest a moment before the 'action', I have nothing against it. I'm fine already, but if someone could benefit from it, just tell. A moment of rest should not make a great difference."

A sudden shock suddenly hits Tot. Damage: 5.

Kan holds up his hands in a ‘time out’ manner. “Going into a cave full of goblins and ogres without our full strength sounds like a terrible plan!”

"Indeed!" Khessa approves "Shroud them we will. Other improvements? Or concerns? Or it's ok?"
"Um, what happened to the short rest? I thought there were those amongst us that needed it? At least that is what I was told." Kramyra looks confused.
