(OOC - I'd also like to think that because of our hellish nature and fire resistance - that heat doesn't bother us as much :) )

The party goes without troubles on the River Shoshenstar, covering 20 miles on the first day of the expedition.

OOC you can see on the second slide of the doc the progression on the map. So, for this first day, nothing of particular interest happens (no encounter). You can tell me if you want to do some foraging (food and water).

 (OOC - boo :P - and I would suggest we forage when we are at the end of the day and want to set up camp (is that where we are now?)

Here is the table I came up with for the food/water/insect repellent

• Thundruck is carrying the 1 Gallon Jugs  (10 of them) But we will need to boil water and catch rain to get them filled up, I assumed we filled our wineskins before we left
• Thundruck is carrying most of the food, each of us will have 1 day worth of rations on us presumably

Rule Note: While we have 92 pounds of rations, we will likely consume 2 pounds a day per person, unless we go with Half Rations which has side effects

Question: Not sure if we are assuming Thundruck will eat from the food around him, he is a lizard, so hunting may be required?

(OOC - I would assume being native to Chult he could effectively forage for his own food)

(OOC - also OMG Kat would so love a giant pet lizard hehe)

OOC A character needs 1 pound of food per day, I quoted the PHB rule on the campaign page. Thundruck can forage/hunt on its own.

Also, Argent, yes, we can assume we are at the end (evening) of Day 1.

OOC Ok, general rule is that for foraging you need to do a Survival check, and roll 1d6+WIS for the amount of food you find. IN the case the check is successful, I will add the food to the table.
