Arb exhales a curse word in a language unknown and looks up to Saein. "Enchantment, Evocation, Is this the doing of someone in your trade? a rogue mage perhaps? Yes.. I can try something to divine its origin from the realms of all that is natural but the answers may not make sense and I'll have to sacrifice the heart to do it, Yes?"

Sayax is only understanding pieces of this conversation, but promptly adds, "Well the creature isn't going to need the heart anymore."

With that notion of Approval and a nod of acknowledgement toward Sayax, Arb begins to work. 

Using the blood still dripping from her arms, she begins drawing a druidic ritual circle on the ground when she finishes the simple runes she sits down in the center and with the burning heart in one hand and a druidic focus in the other she begins chanting, Ritual cast Divination

Arb asks to the void "where can I find the original source of this corruption?"

Reciting this verse and relaying it to the group through a trance like state, Arb suddenly wakes and can't help but glance a glare toward Amthrum, before shaking off an intrusive thought.

But from what I can tell it's not from here, from another place, plane, realm, world? another seeping in and looking to grasp power like so many do" beginning to ramble the hunched horned Tiefling catches herself and looks around, "we should likely follow the compass, Yes, but be wary and untrustful of Cats and cat people, no offence Amthrum, none intended, even though... no, no.."

“This seems almost like the magic my people can do. To corrupt one who was pure. We call them driders. Drow who through the power of the spider queen became not what they were. Monsters” she looks concerned “half drow…half spider”
