Bean, After drinking this odd tasting liquid. A Little like cough syrup mixed with orange juice. You find your stomach coming to rest, the sharp sting slowly fades away and you find yourself able to catch your breath.
(Unfortunately no, While some wore waterskins aboard the ship most did not because of how simple it was to proceed to a barrel of fresh water that was on the deck. The Hard shelled "Coconuts" could act as a Canteen of sorts if you were able to bore a hole and scrape out the Fruit inside.)

"You know..." Erik says slowly as he looks over Bean, "you're small enough for me to carry. If we're all going to head inland together to look for more water, that might be better than you trying to walk on your own. Give you a chance to rest."
"Rest up, friend," Torla says, patting his chest. "I think you might need this." She closes her eyes and prays a prayer of blessing over Bean. Her words are silky and meant to be calming. Before she finishes, she adds in Brythel's and Erik's names as well.
Torla used Blessing on Bean, Brythel and Erik. "Whenever a target makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the attack roll or saving throw." I would resend this as a waste because I was under the impression (from watching Critical Role) that the bless spell lasts for a while. However, it only lasts for 1 minute, which means it's pretty much a waste in this situation. Except to maybe increase morale. Oh, well. Lesson learned.
re: Waterskins - Sorry for speaking for you, Reigntail, but I was told all I had on me was my studded leather armor, my weapon, and my amulet. No waterskin. :( But I made this cool bag! :)
Torla stands after blessing the three. "OK, nobody eat any of these berries," she says, indicating the bush from which Bean had plucked his. "I'm guessing that's what Bean did. I sense poison in them and the same in Bean. Luckily, it's a low level poison, and it doesn't look like he ate too many. He should recover with a little rest. And thanks to Erik's impromptu potion. That skill will be helpful. I don't sense any poison in the coconuts, so they should be fine. I agree that we should get off the beach. While I have the ability to call forth a goodly amount of fresh water if needed, a natural source would be better."
Did Torla see Erik pluck the flowers? If so, she's going to collect some in her bag. If needed: Nature 8
Yes Torla did see Erik pick the flowers, He didnt have to go that far away from bean to find some. Torla you go to where Erik was and find 2 more of those flowers. Add "Medicinal Flower" To your inventory.
No One has a waterskin as I previously stated. This is meant to be a Survival game and thus you have to make pretty much everything yourselves. If I didnt mention it during discussion about your character, You dont have it.
Bean,Brythel and Erik are Blessed. Anytime you make a attack roll or saving throw within the next minute, Add 1d4 to it.

Erik will gladly point out any remaining flowers to Torla. If Bean is agreeable, he'll pick the gnome up and situate him on his back for traveling (since he doesn't have a pack to get in the way it seems...he'll just have to be careful with the quiver of arrows).
Then, if everyone is ready to move, he'll start heading back inland, keeping his eyes open for another source of water such as a spring or creek, preferably with a clear space for setting up camp nearby. Survival: 11 Advantage for Coastal terrain if applicable: 19
Bean looks the group over. "Aye, ya can carry me but be careful. I should start feeling in better spirits soon enough, lets get to the water and regroup."
Bean will remember berries are bad coconut thingy is good.
"When we have everyone we should head further into the bush, im sure everyone i thinking it too. So maybe we can luck out and find a cave or something to start building shelter near."
Bean holds the bridge of his nose as if being annoyed, and responds under his breath "yea, sure, we can totally make a den of sin for you, you daft creature" Sarcastic*
Bean fastens the sheath for his sword as to not poke Erik. And with a truly compassionate smile he says "onward noble steed" and giggles to himself.
(Im callin them "Coconuts" Because that is the best way to describe them as none of your characters actually know the name of them or havent bothered to check if they do. They have a very sturdy outer shell and incredibly soft innards. The innards are a green fruit with many seeds.)
With everyone in agreement, Erik picks Bean up like a Yoda backpack. Torla grabs the soft tinder and a relative amount of dry wood. Making sure to pass by the pool on the way, you all get what amounts to half a cup of water into your system before the pool runs dry. Because This is Erik's favorite terrain, he is able to move freely and able to show the rest of you were to walk. As a Note, Blessed has faded by now and so has Detect poison.
After what you can guess was 2 hours of walking Inland. The Sun is starting to go down, Purples and blues of the night sky are just on the horizon. You all come to a Small clearing, there is thigh high grass and no trees of any sort. Gnomes and dwarves are having trouble seeing above it. At one end of this clearing is a Sheer cliff face with a rather large opening in it. You all stop 15 feet away from the opening.
Anyone who is proficient in Survival, make a survival check.

(OOC: Well, "Coastal" is Erik's favored terrain, hence why I've been giving an additional roll for some of his checks. I'm not sure how far inland we can go and have the terrain still count as coastal though. I'd guess it depends on how large the island is.)
At this point you have come off the Coastal area of the Island. so No advantage for favored terrain Im afraid.
Erik you freeze in place as you see the Opening, quickly pushing everyone back into the tall grass and pulling your bow from your shoulders. Peering back threw the grass you confirm your suspicion. Even at this distance you can see the large and heavy tracks of a Panther.(Just so you all know, Panthers in the world are about the size of a horse.) The un mistakable claw marks on the rocks near the opening and the fresh smell of scat in the air. You realize you have stumbled upon a Predators den.

Torla drops the driftwood at her feet, then picks one piece up. She whispers a prayer and the wood begins to glow like a torch. She hits Erik in the stomach with it impatiently. "Throw this in."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OoC: I'm going to say Erik would have quickly lowered Bean to the ground as he drew his bow.)
"Panther," Erik says firmly but quietly as he nocks an arrow and begins scouring the area for any signs of the creature's immediate presence. He's got his eyes and ears on high alert for any sign of danger.
Perception: 7
The glowing torch will remain on the ground where it falls until Erik is reasonably sure the area outside the cave is safe.

"Blurg. Gah. Pain"
Bean writhes on the ground while being held. And knowingly tries to hold still to help drink the herbal drink/paste
"Ok, yup dumb idea. Trust friends, dont just try to be strong for others"
Bean groggily waits for the herbs to work. And maybe tries to move twards the water and rest
"Im sorry if this gives me the poops."

After picking the flowers, Torla retrieves Bean's tinder. She also picks up as much driftwood as is comfortable for her to carry in her arms.
I hope this is someone's favored terrain. With Torla's low dex and her arms full of stuff, she's likely to fall on her face.
(Are the coconut things actual coconuts, or just similar? And if only similar, was there liquid inside when they cracked One open like coconuts have?)
Erik rolls his eyes at Bean's "steed" joke.
"Alright, you pesky shrimp," he jokes back. "Just for that, you're going to be the first one I eat if I have to go cannibal!" *Sarcasm
He chuckles and, even though Bean can't see it from his back, gives a broad smile at the light-hearted humor.
