once out of earshot of the merchant. “Note: I believe I am worth far more than that rust bucket and I still think we got majorly ripped off. Reply: I would like to aquire assult armour for now and upgrade later. “
(Jan would be very dissapointed if you try to sell him lower than a million creds :p)
"Though I would have loved to have outfitted the ship, I think we all came close to biting it on Nar Shadda. I think armor and weapons are vital for whatever comes next, but the ship is too. Maybe we should each take 1000, then put the remainder in a ship fund? From there we can decide which upgrades take precedent. If we do them one at a time, as we can, then we'll probably eventually find a reputable parts merchant as well. Eventually."
“Sounds good to me- I’ve got this other money from Almea as well to contribute- but is 1000 credits enough for you all to gear up? What about 1500?” Fayva says
"Oh shopping time for sure," Zolo says as he and Astro move about the Wanderer, measuring it. "I personally would like to focus on the ship, but I also wouldn't mind some new armor and weapons."
BEEP BEEP, Astro says as he finishes his scans.
"Excellent!" Zolo exclaims, "just as I thought, we have just enough room in the main part of the ship to add a new suite." (I imagine given the size the ship is basically the cockpit the reactor room and then a bare room in the center where a suite can go. aka we've probably been sleeping on the floor)
"Now I would love to get a mech shop, armory, droid shop, living quarters, and many others. But we only have room for one addition. While I feel a nice bed would be amazing, I don't think living quarters would be a good use of space."
He looks at Fyva, "I think that idea you had about the medbay, it would definitely help in case of emergencies. And if we could find a bacta tank instead of a biobed we will be able to deal with most injuries so my vote is for that one. They cost around 5,000 credz with a biobed, and I would estimate about 6,800 with a bacta tank. If not that then I would say a mechanic shop or maybe some escape pods would come in handy."
Astro beeps as he finishes some calculation, Zolo nods, "Right, thanks Ro, looks like with the money we got we could do about 2 mods, 3 if we all pitch in, but it would be a stretch. That's including the new suite. So if we do get a new room then we would have enough money for one other modification. What did you all have in mid?"
"Well, the main gun is on a turret hardpoint, so that one has a dedicated firing station. But with these weapons' they can fired from any station, though you have to rely on the ships computer for aiming instead of your own skill," Zolo says pointing out the guns.
(assuming I'm reading the rules correctly you can shoot the weapons from any station on the ship? But if you don't use a dedicated firing station you have to use the ship's wisdom score to shoot. But if you do have a dedicated shooting station you can use your dex to shoot? If so we have a dedicated firing station on the main gun [heavy blasters] via the turret hardpoint, and 1 more on the missile launcher or the particle beam?)
Zolo will take some notes after speaking with the group, taking into account the measurements he and Astro had just recorded. Then he will take a moment to create a sketch of the medbay with the necessary components.
He strokes his chin as he finishes, "Alright well me and Astro are gonna go look for these parts. With me and Astro working at it we should be done in about 4-5 days. The ship will need to be stationary so let's make sure we are were we want to be before we get started on the modifications."
Shopping done, and the crew anxious to put more distance between themselves and Tatooine, he ship takes off for orbit, and then jumps into hyperspace with the coordinates for Naboo put in. Fayva shares the information she has on Naboo, practices simulations on the ship to improve her flight skills, and finishes her study of her Holocrons.
Zolo and Astro will continue the upgrade as best they can before and during the journey to Naboo. Zolo will also take some time to integrate the fiber armor onto Astro.
When not helping to teach Fayva piloting, Korvo uses the Holonets to do research on his new traveling companions. He isn't trying to slice any databases, just the surface stuff that he would know how to find. News articles, career sites, the basics. Eventually confident none of them are notoriously wanted serial killers, he catches up on the news, and correspondence with old soldier buddies and family. Though the ship isn't very large, he would find a section of hall, or really anywhere with a bit of clearance, and do a workout routine several times a day. He would run corridors, practice pressure leak or system failure drills (and would invite anyone willing to join). Most importantly, he would work on rebuilding his spent explosive charges, and maintaining his equipment.
“Well we are here!” Fayva says. She pulls up a holographic video on the planet, about the history, geography and the Naboo and native Gungan people. She points out a city renowned for having ship building operations and plasma mines. “This is probably a good place to land if we need supplies, labor, or a new job”. She says
(Korvo doesn’t learn much about Fayva. She was listed as a minor diplomat, youngest daughter of a wealthy family from Mikkia a few years ago on some various missions, then there are no further records about her. )
Not much public info on the past of naboo past one hundred years ago. as that is when the largest human cities of the planet all started to go to war for control of the planet. The gungans tend to keep to themselves during these times, dubbed the "time of suffering" by the civilian population of naboo

“I don’t know much about these things. You all decide what we need. Shields or something?.” Fayva says.
“Reply: since we do not have a gunner our first step should be to be able to fire them from any station.”

(You are correct)
Zolo will take some notes after speaking with the group, taking into account the measurements he and Astro had just recorded. Then he will take a moment to create a sketch of the medbay with the necessary components.

(Beep boop yall ready to go)
Punch it Chewie!
(Ready!).

You all have a few days of downtime while you travel.
Firstly Jan will intergrate the new armour into his chassis, and then he will start working on much much better armour. (How many days do you think?)
(2-3)
Zolo and Astro will continue the upgrade as best they can before and during the journey to Naboo. Zolo will also take some time to integrate the fiber armor onto Astro.

After two days of travel you drop out of hyperspace in front of naboo
