With the stunned guard, did he drop his sword? If so, Petmailer picks it up. If the guard is stunned and no AoO, he will plan to follow Tanis out of the cell and up the bridge. He won’t engage the Drow (yet) unless forced to, taking the dash action as well. “The attack should be focused on Drow guarding our supplies and the weapons.”
The guard was stunned last round. He has recovered and picked up his sword. He shouted out about the prisoners escaping. I considered grabbing his sword to be his reaction so I did not allow him to make an opportunity attack.
"Hurry hurry hurry to freedom!" Shoowaa's heart is racing in his ears. It's now time for escape and now is the best chance to do it. Shoowaa glares at the guard, wanting to do something more about him but deciding it would be best if he just ran. So he did, he ran towards Vethna to the armory. (using a dash action to do so)
Not quite your turn yet. It was Petmailer, then Kisiki, then Sarith (the Drow accused of murder), then Shoowaa.
So Kisiki is up now.
Vethna grabbed the keys and unlocked the gate, but she hasn't left the cell yet (I picture that she unlocked the gate and swung it open for others to leave). Her initiative comes later.
The armory is above the guard tower, accessible through a trap door in the ceiling. There are two armed guards in the room that the bridge leads into. You'll have to get past them to get to the armory.

There is some dim light coming from the guard tower, but nothing in your cell. With that perception roll, you can pick out who is the guard by the main gate.
The upper floor of the guard tower (where the armory is) does not have any windows. There are two doorway sized entrances to the floor where the guards are with some small windows next to the doorways.
Before leaving the cave, Sarith tries to free himself from his manacles. 14
Unable to get free, Sarith moves to the gate and looks outside to see what is going on. He is hesitating before going out., not wanting to get shot for trying to escape.
We are now down to Shoowaa, so if you want to stick with dashing, tell me where you're headed. Kisiki is dragging the guard who came to your cell over toward the edge of the landing. Another guard is coming up the stairs from the north. You can't see them right now, but there are two guards in the tower across the rope bridge.
You sling your manacles at the guard coming up the steps and strike him in the face just as he's reaching the platform. He looks over at you furiously.
Assuming, she was unsuccessful, Phodoxia will run out of the cell and, suspecting that the precarious bridge won't be so easy to get across quickly, looks for a place to hide on or near the landing.
The 9 was unsuccessful on the manacles. Honestly, you're two best options for hiding would be 1) jump off the side of the landing into the webs below or 2) climb around and hang underneath the rope bridge.
Other than that, you'd be better off hiding inside the slave pen than anywhere out on the landing. You've got another guard approaching up the stairs so you can't really hide anywhere over there. If you don't like either of those options for a hiding place, you can choose a different course of action. I am going to go ahead with Buppido, then Vrah can get his turn in.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Buppido comes charging out of the slave pen, laughing manically and rushes toward the guard that Kisiki has grappled. He has the piece of iron pipe that he found in his hand and swings it at the drow's kneecaps.

(may need to clarify this, let me know).
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.

Kisiki steps out of the cell and attempts to [Tooltip Not Found] the guard who is closest to the door by grabbing his hair or clothes.
I'm guessing I can't see him but could probably hear him based on him yelling?
Perception if needed: 25
Grapple roll: 21
If successful, Kisiki begins dragging the guard toward the cliffside with his remaining movement.
Does the armory have any windows?

Guard's grapple roll: 14
Kisiki, you have the guard grappled. Trying to drag him reduces your movement, but you could get him across the landing near the edge above the webs.

After Shoowaa will be Phodoxia, then Buppido (the derro), then Vrah
Hmm…If the north guard is close enough, Shoowaa will chuck manacles at his head.
if not, Shoowaa will get out of the cell and help push the guard the last bit off the edge.
Manacle chuck: Attack: 15 Damage: 2
(was not sure if to use dex or str for that so I didn’t apply either)

Phodoxia will try to wiggle free of her manacles...

Not quite trusting the spiders, she'll try climbing around and hanging underneath the bridge.

With that strike to his knee, the drow's leg buckles under him. Kisiki, if you want, you could definitely push him off the cliff into the webs.
