One drow is on the verge of being pushed off the cliff, another was running up the stairs and got hit in the face with a set of manacles. With all the confusion and the darkness, Phodoxia is definitely able to cling to the underside of the rope bridge and duck out of sight.
Vrah is up next.
After him comes the non-grappled guard, then Stool (who won't do anything), then Vethna.
Kisiki will take any opportunity to toss the guard over the edge. "A sacrifice to the spiders..." he hisses, as the Drow tumbles through the air. The Lizardman then gropes blindly for the wall to get his bearings again.
He had his crossbow out and loaded when he was coming up the stairs. Shoowaa threw the manacles at him, so he's going to fire his crossbow at the goblin before throwing it down and trying to get loose (next turn) from Vrah.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Stool the myconid is frightened by all that is happening. It stays close to Vethna, shadowing her moves and hiding behind her legs. (Speaking of Vethna's, it's her turn)
Rolling initiative order: Up next Vethna, Topsy and Turvey, Guard who has fallen into the webs, Derendil (quaggoth), Eldeth (dwarf), TOP OF THE ORDER Tanis, Jimjar, Shuushar, Petmailer, Kisiki, Sarith, Shoowaa, Phodoxia, Guards 4 & 3, Buppido, Vrah, Guard 2 (grappled by Vrah), Stool
Initiative for two guards in the watchtower. They will join the fray next turn
Vethna has Sprout wait for them in the cell; it won't be able to keep up with Vethna after all and is too big for Vethna to carry.
Vethna then uses a dash action to get as far as she can towards the armory. She has 70 feet of movement with her dash action included, so let me know where she ends up. She would aim for somewhere without line of sight to the guards in the guardhouse, as she doens't want to be shot full of poisoned darts. She also has a climb speed equal to her 35 movement speed, so would not need to go to the door to the guardhouse, but likely towards one of the windows.

Now that Kisiki has thrown one guard into the webs and Vrah has the other one grappled, you are easily able to cross the landing and cross the rope bridge (the bridge is still difficult terrain for non-drow and slows you down). Tanis is on the bridge ahead of you, directly in front of the entrance to the guard tower. When you reach the end of the bridge, you could scramble over onto the side of the tower and cling to the window ledge. Since there is no weather to deal with down here in the caverns, the windows are just openings in the stone. There is no glass or shutters. That's about the extent of your movement. I'm assuming you do not want to be up in the window where the guards inside could see you about to enter.
Topsy and Turvey stay in the cell, trying to help each other get free of the manacles

Neither of them succeed.
The first guard who Kisiki threw into the webs fell awkwardly and is tangled in them. He tries to break loose.
11
Derendil (the quaggoth) shouts out "freedom at last" and comes out of the cell, trying to break his manacles. Eldeth offers to help him
25
He snaps his manacles easily and begins making his way across the rope bridge behind Tanis.
We are back to the top with Tanis standing in the doorway near the guard tower.
Rolling initiative order: Up next TOP OF THE ORDER Tanis, Jimjar, Shuushar, Petmailer, Kisiki, Sarith, Shoowaa, Phodoxia, Guards 4 & 3, Buppido, Vrah, Guard 2 (grappled by Vrah), Stool, Vethna, Topsy and Turvey, Guard1 (in the webs), Derendil (quaggoth), Eldeth (dwarf)
Even the best battle plans do not survive first contact. Tanis can hear Sheriff Markham Southwell say it in his head, and this was hardly the best planning. Alone, restrained, facing 2 armed opponents in their tower. No hope now that the guards might be fooled into thinking we're helping them against whatever strange aberrations are attacking - they must see the battle back near the cell. Once more, Tanis can imagine the old man shaking his head in disappointment.
Tanis shouts to those behind him: "I could use some help here in the tower. Petmailer? Derendil? Eldeth?"
Then he sees Vethna behind him. Tanis' primary goal becomes to provide cover and distraction for her so she can get to the trap door (he would not realize that she is going for the windows). Well, these are probably your last moments, then.
Tanis engages the drow guards and takes the dodge action, trying to leave room for Vethna to get by up to the trapdoor without having to engage herself (not realizing she is going for the windows).
IF it is possible to pick up a weapon or shield with a free action here, whether in the room or from one of the drow guards, perhaps the formerly stunned one, Tanis would of course do it.
There are not any weapons or shields lying around. The guard who was stunned has recovered and picked his equipment back up. The two guards are trying to figure out whether to confront the escaping prisoners or take the other rope bridge out of the tower in the direction of the landing where these flying creatures are presenting a threat. As you move into the room, you make room for Derendil to be able to enter.
Jimjar (still manacled) makes his way out onto the landing to get a look at what all is going on. He calls out "We need to find the keys to these manacles!"
Shuushar is content to sit quietly in the cell, meditating.
Petmailer is up next.
Rolling initiative order: Up next: Petmailer, Kisiki, Sarith, Shoowaa, Phodoxia, Guards 4 & 3, Buppido, Vrah, Guard 2 (grappled by Vrah), Stool, Vethna, Topsy and Turvey, Guard1 (in the webs), Derendil (quaggoth), Eldeth (dwarf), TOP OF THE ORDER Tanis, Jimjar, Shuushar,
Those of you who have moved out onto the landing and who have darkvision see the large shapes swooping around each other and clashing in mid-air down toward the south-western end of the cavern. You don't have line of sight on what the drow are doing down there, but you do hear shouting and sounds of battle.
Petmailer runs up to join Tanis, he hears Jimjar’s comment and says “You’ve got it!” As he is running, he says to Derendil, “Follow me, Prince Derendil, your freedom awaits! Let us help one another!”
Petmailer runs up to the room and joins Tanis, looks on the walls, desks, quickly looks for keys. If he spots them, he will use any remaining movement / action to grab them and unlock his manacles.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack

Kisiki makes his way to the bridge and begins to cross it. He uses the dim light coming from the stalactite to guide him. At his max distance he dodges, listening carefully for any threats and preparing to skitter out of the way.
"Throw them to the spiders," he yells into the air, "it will give them much work to do, and make them docile."
Seeing the others approaching the guard tower, Sarith makes his way to the bridge and begins crossing to the tower. He is staying a few paces behind the others.
Shoowaa is up
Rolling initiative order: Up next: Shoowaa, Phodoxia, Guards 4 & 3, Buppido, Vrah, Guard 2 (grappled by Vrah), Stool, Vethna, Topsy and Turvey, Guard1 (in the webs), Derendil (quaggoth), Eldeth (dwarf), TOP OF THE ORDER Tanis, Jimjar, Shuushar, Petmailer, Kisiki, Sarith
“Ow that hurt! Don’t make them mad, the bolts smart as hell!” Shoowaa will follow the others to the guard tower and then dodges, not wanting to get more hits from bolts.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Still clinging to the ropes under the bridge, Phodoxia waits until the others are off of the bridge, and then clambers onto it herself through the ropes. Getting up, she'll dash, or scurry as it sways, across the bridge into the guard tower, ducking as low as she can, and once inside the tower, looks again for a hiding place to dive into or behind.
One drow is on the verge of being pushed off the cliff, another was running up the stairs and got hit in the face with a set of manacles. With all the confusion and the darkness, Phodoxia is definitely able to cling to the underside of the rope bridge and duck out of sight.

Vrah will charge the drow coming up the stairs hoping to get in range and then grab him around the middle and start to squeeze.

The guard sees you coming and tries to avoid you.

And he fails miserably... (but his turn is next)

That's not a natural 20, so no critical damage. 7
I'll need Shoowaa to make a constitution saving throw. (they poison their crossbow bolts)
