(OOC: I thought Sarith was out front helping Vethna with which paths to take to get to the Darklake. Fine if not, but wanted to point that out.) Vethna continues to hide. Let me know if you need a new stealth roll. She would ready an action to attack a hostile drow if it comes within melee reach.
[I may have that wrong. I know Sarith was helping direct which passages to take, but I was thinking someone had said to keep him and Buppido back with the larger group so they could keep an eye on them. I pictured it like when you got to a crossroads, the scouts would pause and consult with him once the party caught up. We can change that if we need to.]
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With Vethna holding her action, Buppido comes charging out from the middle of the pack screaming "Die! Die! Die Drow scum!" He runs past all of you, loading a hand crossbow as he runs. As soon as he is able to spot a Drow, he pauses and fires a shot.
Kisiki opens his palm, bathing the tunnels in light again, then hurries toward the commotion. When he rounds the corner and sees Drow guards, he recites a phrase of holy words, causing magical mangrove roots to burst out of the cave floor and wrap themselves around the guards' feet. (casts entangle). He aims in such a way as to entangle both scouts if possible, or if not then far back in the cave to entangle one and cut off retreat down the tunnel.
Draconic:
"...but the sun was hot and dried up all the water, so She created grass and bushes and plants to give shade..."
Well, we had a chance there for stealth before Buppido. That derro is going to kill some of us, one way or another.
Tanis uses his 35' of movement to head as quietly as possible towards the drow. If he can see them with his 60' darkvision or with Kisiki'slight, Tanis will then do the following:
Tanis focuses on one of the drow he can see that is restrained. If neither or both are restrained, he just focuses on the furthest one he can see, attacking to prevent them from getting away.
Bonus action: Tanis softly speaks a word of Elvish, "Thraen." (He casts Hunter's Mark on the drow target).
Action: in one motion, Tanis draws and fires his longbow at the drow target. (Rolling attack as if target drow is restrained and Tanis has advantage. With the Elven accuracy feat, this means he rolls 3 d20s for his attack. If no advantage, take only the first of 3 d20 rolls below).

The drow split up on opposite sides of the cavern and hid behind large boulders. Kisiki can make a good guess as to where one of them is based on Buppido's actions and other information.
Drow strength roll to see if he avoids being entangled. 3
He's definitely tangled, so Tanis gets the advantage. A 23 hits for the 6 points of damage. The arrow sinks deep into his shoulder and the drow cries out in pain.
Eldeth pulls out her warhammer and shield and charges toward where she thinks the other drow is hidden.
Her warhammer strikes true and you hear an "oof" as the breath goes out of the other drow (the one that is not entangled - both have taken damage at this point).
Shoowaa is up next, followed by the 1st Drow, then Vrah, the 2nd Drow, Petmailer, Phodoxia, then back to the top with Vethna (since the party members are taking the fight to the enemy, I'm not considering that a drow has come within your melee range so far)
If you turned into a regular spider, they only have 20 ft. of movement. The guards were about 60 feet ahead of the party when they heard the drow and stopped. The drow are around 30 feet past where the scouts were. The party has caught up some, but walking as a spider you're still probably about 50 feet away from the drow.
Unfortunally he did it right before a certian deep gnome messed stuff up. I was hoping to do some sneaky damage, but that’s put.
Shoowaa will turn back to an odd goblin (bonus action) moves 30’ and casts chill touch on the nearest drow. Attack: 11 Damage: 1 and it can't regain hit points until the start of your next turn if hit
Vrah also misses. The two drow were supposed to be mixed in here, one before and one after Vrah. I'll have them both go now. They each draw their short swords and swing. One towards Eldeth and the other towards Vrah.

The bolt skims off the Drow's chain shirt, doing no damage. Buppido curses and begins re-loading. He just stands there in the open.
Kisiki is up next. Followed by Tanis, Eldeth, Shoowaa, Drow, Vrah, 2nd Drow, Petmailer, Phodoxia, then back to the top.

(Works for me. Vethna is just staying hidden for now... Likely attack when it is her turn again.)
how close is spider shoowaa to the drow?
If you turned into a regular spider, they only have 20 ft. of movement. The guards were about 60 feet ahead of the party when they heard the drow and stopped. An 11 does not hit, unfortunately.
(Better that than having Shoowaa take two turns to do 1d4 damage)
Vrah follows up behind Eldeth and brings out his battleaxe to come slashing down onto the drow, aiming for the base of his neck at the shoulder.
Battleaxe: Attack: 7 Damage: 7
Vrah also misses. The two drow were supposed to be mixed in here, one before and one after Vrah. I'll have them both go now. They each draw their short swords and swing. One towards Eldeth and the other towards Vrah.
Drow 1 attack: Attack: 8 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Drow 2 (entangled) Attack: 9 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Both miss.
[We're around to Petmailer, then Phodoxia, then back to the top with Vethna]
Petmailer stands and pulls out his long bow, taking a shot at Drow 1.
Attack: 26 Damage: 6
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
