When the fairy is placed upon Travin's mobile throne he chirps and wiggles with apparent glee, after a moment he realises that ward is not going to give him any material goods and wobbles of toward the opening ignoring the crazed Kerwyn for now, "come on! Hee hee hee let's get ourselves out of the storm yeh yeh yeh? Travin got a fairy now, hold on Fireflight! Keep your eyes peeled for shinies and trinkets!"
Travin with his new rider descends the stairs and as they do, they bump into hoggle, still complaining about injuries, with surprising speed Travin leans in and suddenly starts tickling the dwarf, whilst humming a short eerie tune, the dwarf heals 9 from a casting of Cure Wounds
Johnathan stops the music once the party starts moving. He decides to keep the disguise for now, cus why not. As the secret path opens Johnathan looks to see Ward not only threaten the worm, which moments ago he hit all of us for doing the same thing, but also tries to give Kerwyn some weird elixir. He sees that Wrad is motioning some sort of sleeping position behind Kerwyn’s back. I don’t think that’s the best idea Ward, we need to all stay focus. Kerwyn will recover in time, but I don’t think drugging our party members to sleep will help in the long run. Johnathan says this clearly enough so the Kerwyn hears this as well. Another thing Ward, didn’t you just bonk me with your shield for fighting with the worm? I didn’t appreciate that and now you are doing the same thing. Should I bonk you now?
Johnathan turns to the worm. Wor… Mr Crawley. We are sorry that my friend tried to bag you. It won’t happen again, but please can you calm down. We are but humble mortals and the talk of hell has gotten us all very scared. We are honoured to have such a powerful warrior with us. When we have a moment I would love to hear more about this. But right now we are gonna sneak up to the goblins and reclaim this land from evil, but we require our Crawley protector to keep us safe. Do you think you can do that?
Johnathan wasn’t happy trying to calm the worm but it was the only way to shut it up. This worm problem was beginning to upset everyone.
Finally moving away from the worm and down into the catacombs Delphinium is able to relax at last. They may not be the last one down like they wanted but there is certainly a lot going on as Ward places Delphinium on Travin and Travin seems like they couldn't be happier. Its then they realize Kerwyn is flirting with Sharvais and the fairy lays on the pile of junk as Travin waddles after Hoggle, Ludo and Sir Didymus looking back at the pair and the fairy smiles. "Kerwyn, that's very bad way to flirt! Also bad timing! Even I know better! If you want to have Shavaris love you, you need to do something she likes! Also, next time pick better timing and not when the death worm is threatening us." Delphinium with their legs in the air behind them as they lay belly first on the junk starts kicking them like a mischievous school girl plotting to hook up two of their friends. The fairy has a big smile as they look to Shavaris and ask "Shavaris what are things you like?"
Sir Didymus calls out to Delphinium and the fairy says "Oh! Right. I'll catch up Sir Didymus! Right now my friend needs some advice on love so I'm going to help." the tiny fairy continues to look back at Kerwyn and Shavaris as they wonder where Johnathan went. The fairy wondering if they are just making sure the worm doesn't follow. Travin at this point requests a few things from the fairy. Delph smiles at the creature and says "I can hold on really tight! I'll keep an eye out for shiny things too!" The fairy uses their big hands to hold on tight. Their attention isn't on finding items though but rather Shavaris and Kerwyn as they repeat the question "So! Shavaris. What are things you like?"
Shavaris stares in disbelief at Delph. Has everyone gone mad?? "Kerwyn is obviously not in his right mind right now, can't you see that?" she looks back at Kerwyn and sees him flex again and shakes her head. "What do I like? I like getting out of the storm into shelter and everyone not going crazy over a worm! And if you don't stop this, Delph, you're going in my bag for a long time. That will definitely not be as comfortable as your apparent throne you've got there." she says rolling her eyes.
Still a bit taken aback by the turn of events, she eyes Ward and shakes her head, hopefully he understands that no, we do not need to put any of our group member to sleep. How would we keep moving? And seeing Johnathan and Ward start to argue, she was starting to have to keep a list on how to keep which ones apart. This was giving her a headache.
Kerwyn sees Shavaris holding her head. “Don’t tell me, you’ve got a headache? No no no, ole Kerwyn has the cure for you. Wait a minute hon.” He turns to the rest of the group, “I know exactly where to go, let me lead! I can find our way to that damn goblin central, just follow me!” He holds high his Glaive, thinking it is a symbol of his might and right to lead. He has no idea where to go. His hand goes up to his chest, feeling around. “Hey! Where’s my Auryn thingy?”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
"Oh! I know Kerwyn is enchanted. That kind of magic is quite alright. Fairies and fey love relationship things. Why do you think some fey enjoy charms and enchantments? Perhaps this magic on them is what starts you and Kerwyn's path to falling in love? I'm not an expert so I don't cast those spells myself but I always enjoy seeing how a love spell or two works!" Delphinium smiles in a mischievous way leaving no doubt that they enjoy these kind of things. However, after Shavaris threatens Delphinium with the bag again Delph seems to pout as they say "Awww, why does this upset you? Don't you want to find love?" They sit up and seem disappointed. They look towards the front where Didymus and Hoggle are seeming to think about fluttering to the front of the group and then Delph looks back at Shavaris as if hoping she changes her mind.
"Well, your problem then." Ward says tucking away the flask for the moment if the group is saying not to give it to them. "Kerwyn, stay with us I don't want you to be an idiot out of our sight. Hoggle are you alright? I noticed Travin tapped you do you need anything more?" Ward says turning to the Dwarf.

Between Ward and Johnathan, Mr. Crawley just looks confused. His mouth snaps shut at Ward's threat of being used as fishing bait, and then placates when Johnathan tires another tactic. The worm nestles down into its position on the wall and continues to get quiet and turns a rusty color before it stops moving. He looks...well. He looks dead.
When it started raining, it went straight form no-precipitation to all out deluge in seconds. Rain whipped over them as they filed into the catacombs beneath the Labyrinth.
Something stirred ahead in the darkness.
The ghostly shape of a young woman appeared in the blackened maw of the corridor ahead. She was standing in the center of the tunnel looking toward the band as they approached. She stood there even while they looked at her, then turned as calmly as though they weren't there and walked off into the darkness.
Shavaris sees Delph look to the front and think about ditching them again, "Don't even think about it. You're with us, so stay with us." As Kerwyn starts marching off in his own direction, she grabs the hand that is looking for the medallion and pulls him in the direction the group is going. She gives him an confused look, "Don't you remember? I have it. I'll give it back when you're yourself again." once he falls back in step with the rest of them, she lets go of his hand.
As they reached the darkness of the catacombs, Shavaris stops. She feels a chill go up her spine as she sees the young woman in front of them. She feels frozen in place, until the woman starts to turn away "Wait.. wait, please? I.. know you." Shavaris finally starts moving and doesn't chase, but follows the woman, calling to her.
The group seem disjointed as ever, even with the new members. Ralik followed the group with Running Bird beside him. "Strange as ever huh Brother Bird." he said to his large Ostrich friend. "Confused. Hungry." it responded in its squawks that only Ralik could understand. It gave a hungry glance at Kerwyn who looked weak to the bipedal avian. The Nomad put a hand on RB's large strong neck and gave it a good pat. He pulled over his pack and retrieved a ration while walking, then gave the some of it to his animal companion. "Here, I know it's no large meal, but Brother Kerwyn is friend." Running Bird eagerly but gingerly took the food from Ralik's hand.
He the woman figure in the distance almost right away, but what really struck him was that Shavaris seems to recognize the woman. Ralik came a bit closer to the Elf woman, just in case, but made sure to stay by this Ward person. Both Ralik and Running Bird were quite alert. This was a strange new place and they had little to no information on anything at this point. Ralik felt vulnerable and out of sorts. He was doing his best to keep composure butthere was an edge to the air he could not shake.
The Olive skinned desert nomad's eyes almost shined iridescent blue in the dark, and they drifted towards Ward every so often. Ralik had never seen a being like this and was absolutely intrigued. He did his best to not be distracted by both this strange being and the small but obviously powerful pixie. He had met a few of her kind in Kikori but wasn't expecting one all the way out.... where exactly.
Ralik let these thoughts leave his mind as he more focused on the task at had, which he also did not fully understand other than to get somewhere safe. He found his wrists resting on the hilts of his blade again as he walked, he did not mind, he was ready and so was Running Bird. Ralik kept a close eye on the slippery Shavaris, making sure she didn't act too rash and that if she were to run off he would follow.

As they progress Travin's attention is all over the place, his magnified eyes searching feverishly for anything and everything he can pick up in his field of view. He is so distracted that he doesn't see the woman at first notice and bumps into Ludo, causing a bit of a clatter, as the gallumphing creature slows in front of him he peers round and merely grunts a dismissive "hmmmmph, woman? Gotta go, gotta hurry! Yeh! Shiny sounds for Travin!" He points excitedly down into the darkness and jumps on the spot frustratedly.
Ward will start to say something, then realizing Travin is running he will pick up the worm and put it in a bag that’s still a decent size. ”I know your not dead, I don’t know what the hell you are turning into but I am not going to be ambushed on my way back by some ******* sparkly worm. Johnathan looks ahead to see the spirit appear before them again. He gives a concerned look to Shavaris. He knew this wasn’t something she looked forward to. Well it’s got a sick sense of timing, I’ll give the spirit that. Shavaris, are you gonna be ok? We should be careful, this place can pull tricks on the mind. Johnathan was ready to set up camp and talk up some sot of plan that doesn’t involve running head first like some wild barbarians. Then Travin happened. This little creature, covered in all this junk, reveals his face and pleads with everyone to follow ahead with his “adorable” eyes. Now Johnathan wasn’t a soft hearted warrior, he didn’t care much for the cute and nicer things in life. In fact he usually ends up hunting cute animals just to keep his strength up. For an ordinary man those cute eyes would melt anyones heart.
But Johnathan is different. The eyes just give him a headache. He knows this thing will not stop pestering them until they follow. It will just keep begging and begging AND begging until it gets its way. And Delphinium would almost definitely want to fly away with the fox hide that calls himself a knight. No one wants a plan, oh no. Let’s just get lost together. The power of love and friendship will save us all. Why go in quietly in a land where a mad man controls everything, let’s just ask him nicely to leave. GREAT PLAN. Johnathan gives a sigh, rolls up his bedroll that he was just starting to get comfortable in, and look towards Travin. Uhhhh. You really gonna ruin my day aren’t you. He gives a very tired and wary look toward this creature, which he was still unsure what exactly it was.Fine, fine. We will go follow the “shiny”, just stop with the look, it’s irritating. With that, Johnathan will reluctantly follow Travis, making an effort to at least be silent as they do so. He is not happy.
Shavaris's shoulders slump as the woman disappears. She swore she knew... anyways, she looks back to her friends and wonders if she would have left them to follow that woman? She hopes not, but honestly, she isn't sure - the pull was strong. She looks to Ralik and notices Johnathan take out his bedroll, "Ralik, maybe now we can start answering some of your questions? Man, I still can't believe you've lost time like you have, but I am glad you have rejoined us."
Just as she is about to get settled and have a chat with Ralik, Travin starts up about something shiny up ahead. She pauses and listens for herself. Definitely something mechanical sounding up ahead. Honestly it makes her a bit nervous. "Ok, ok you can stop throwing a tantrum, we'll go check it out. But Travin, why do you think its shiny? It doesn't sound good to me. Do you mind hanging a bit so I can sneak ahead and see what it is?"
With Travin actually agreeing to stay behind with the rest of the Guard, she notices Ralik starting to join her and she looks over at him with a look that clearly says I don't think so, you stay too. She clings to the walls and heads towards the mechanical sound that she noticed when they arrived.
After a few moments, Shavaris returns, running..."We.. we need to run! I saw, no.. there is a huge mechanical thing coming this way and it fills the tunnel! We must find another way!!" As she catches up to the group, she has gone completely white, her eyes are huge and for those that look, can see tears running down her face. She looks completely bewildered, a state none of them have seen before.
She turns to Hoggle, "It's maybe 200 feet away? Do you know what it is? Where can we go, we need to leave, NOW!"
“Everyone, back outside then. The storm will be safer than that in an enclosed space. Delph stay low or get in one of our pouches if you need because of the wind.” Ward says, moving the group backwards and staying at the front in between the group and the hallway preparing to cast a spell
Memories of Ludo’s strange earth moving power. Ralik approaches the large creature and pleads
“Brother Ludo. Please use your voice. Move the earth to stop this enemy from hurting our friends.”
He looks to Travin who is moving the slowest, runs out to him and attempts to grab any loose item off of him and then run out to the entrance to lure him and possible lighten his load enough to move faster.
