OOC: She fired her ice shot from absorb elements. You dont have to make any save Cyrnair.
After Ky fores her arrows, she crosses 5 feet of difficult terrain before making it 25 feet up the stair well. She still doesn't have partial cover or anything, but she is most of the way up the stairs.
With Ky's passive perception, you can see a mass of shimmering humanoid figures, multiple humans, and 2 guard drakes with riders. There is still clawing at the front door, and behind the drakes you can see, there are a bunch of human bandit looking figures.
You also can see in the corner of your eye, an eyestalk watching the battle from the grate. (Anyone with Passive of 15+ can see that as well from the ground floor.)
Caradoc sprints up the stairs past Baryeras and Cyrnair. When the two arrows sail past him to thud into his old traveling companion, he stares at the elf ranger with naked rage and bitterness in his eyes.
"One of these days, you and I are going to have a serious disagreement."
Jaw set, he finds himself a hiding place and readies an arrow shot at the first creature through the hole.

2 of the dragonborn use their turn running into the room and getting out of the way so more can come in. The 2 mounted Dragonborn stay on their Drakes, holding their turn until the drakes can move I to the room. Carodoc manages to stick on of the dragonborn that comes in on foot with an arrow.
As they move out of the way, 10 human bandits dressed in a similar fashion to the ones that you killed earlier rush into the room. They also manage to squeeze into the room, but at this point it is something of a clogged pipe. There is no where else For anyone to squeeze in. In the background, you can see 14 shimmering humanoid figures cursing and trying to squeeze their way in, but they have no way to do so.
As Gelin releases the colorful spray of detracting power, the colors seem to bounce of the shimmering skinned humanoids, causing many of them to fall into a stupor.
Of the 14 that were pushing their way in, only 4 remain jostling forward.
Of the 4 Dragonborn that pushed there way in, only 1 seems effected by Gelin's Power.
Of the 10 bandits, 9 appear to be enraptured.
Because of the burst of magical energy directly from Gelin, those unaffected become keenly aware of who has put them into this situation.
Ennis, then Bareyaras, and then Flint and Cyrnair.
Watching the horde of enemies approaching through the hole in the wall, Ennis considers his rapidly diminishing array of options.
"Well, shrahk," he says bluntly as he adjusts his glasses with a less-calm-than-he-would-prefer-so-it's-somewhat-shaky hand.
Coming to a snap decision, he quickly reaches for the bundle of rope attached to the side of his pack as he moves over next to Gelin.
"Master Dwarf, I suggest we climb."
Action: Cast Rope Trick, causing the rope to spring upwards as it unwinds off the side of his pack. He'll set the boundary of the extradimensional space at 10 feet above the ground.
Movement: Crossing the 10ft to get to Gelin, then using the remainder to climb (I believe at half speed, unless DM says otherwise) up the rope into the extradimensional space.
(OOC: I mulled this over for quite a while. As much as I would love to have him stay and fight and end his chapter in the story, he would try to get away to give a report. Staying to the bitter end to fight and die is not in his personality.)
Being completely surrounded by a Paladin, Ranger, and rogue, Baryearas is going to use his action to disengage from all of you to not provoke an AoO and get 30 feet away from all of you, heading towards the hole. "Out of my way you fools! I must report this to Visarai!" He manages to squeeze into the crowd of dazed troops, and only gets to the entrance because of the choked entrance, but he is also nestled in between multiple allies at this point.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Flint steps out from his hiding spot beneath the stairs. In an effort to avoid the mass of enemies at the base of the stairs, the cleric leaps to pull himself up to the second story landing.
The goliath's height allows for him to easily reach up to the landing - his head is a full foot above the floor at this spot, but when attempts to pull himself up Flint suffers from a sudden muscle cramp causing him to drop back down. Knowing he can't stay here as the hoard of approaching enemies descent upon them, he growls to himself and runs of towards the corner, near where Ennis is on his way to his extra-dimensional hiding place. "Heal yourself, paladin!" he yells as he rushes off.
Not sure what my movement would be after the failed attempt.
Realizing from this new position he will need to make a much greater jump, he focuses on the magics within his father's ring. He then says a quick prayer, hoping to have better luck at being able to make the jump up into the portal.
Flint tries to get up to the top set of the stairwell and cannot make it up. Landing, he manages to right himself, not falling prone.
When he gets to the portal to make a quick jump into Ennis's Rope Trick, he slips on some ice. With that, Flint is able to grab the rope and use the rest of his movement to JUST pull himself into the portal.
Flint arrives into the extra-dimensional space with a smile to Ennis. "Well, this is certainly a cozy place to hide." He turns to peer out the window to watch the fight below.
"I prefer to use it as a hidden resting place than as an escape route since it only has the one entrance, but desperate times call for desperate measures."
He adjusts his glasses again as he waits for Gelin to hopefully ascend.
The paladin flies to the rope and cover it with his body and wings.
With a prayer to Lathander his sword start to glow with a golden light and he looks down to the dragonborn and the others that are still moving freely.
”Your Master has been defeated. Visarai emissary is running away. You are defeated. Surrender now and I will spare your lives. Don’t “ The edge of the sword burst into golden flames “ And you will meet your Master destiny. “

If he is at full HP. If not he will not use Sacred Weapon and use Laying on Hands on himself to heal 21 HP to be at full again.
Edit: Hmm I think that I get a little bit lost. Cyrnair will move towards the point when he will cover the ones that are still in the room. I thought that the rope was behind the ones upstairs so he is impeding anyone to climb and somehow hiding the rope from sight... If the rope is in another part he will fly to the stairs and hope that draw all the attention to him and no one looks at the rope.
Cyrnairs intimidation is successful against the human bandit, but the dragonborn and the shimmering folk seem to be further enraged by Cyrnairs statement and godly display. The humans not stunned look like they want to flee, and the 1 guy that isn't afraid turns and runs on his turn.
Ky fires 2 arrows, one imbued with blue energy of the planes. The second arrow slams into the opened mouth of the Dragonborn already injured and falls to the ground dead.
Carodoc is up, with 2 dragonborn, 4 shimmering people, and 1 human not stunned.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Caradoc opens his mouth to cry out for Baryeras to wait, to stay, to save himself. But if his old companion wouldn't listen to Cyrnair... the rogue sighs, tears of frustration welling up in his eyes as he darts behind Ky and across to the far end of the stairs, using her height and activity to disguise his movement.
He finds another shooting position and releases an arrow at the closest enemy to Gelin.

I honestly have always felt like the Halfling lucky feat is a bit broken, but the rules are the rules and I have not seen anything that says it does not apply to advantage/disadvantage.
Carodoc's arrow finds a sweet spot in one of the Dragonborns sides, and does a great deal of damage. It roars in pain.
Knowing that many of their troops are stunned by the Bard, 2 of them will use their movement to get into the middle of the room across the ice. Because it is difficult terrain, that is as far as they can go. They will then both breath their ice breath at Gelin.
Damage: 11, Gelin CON save: 8 Concentration check: 18

The other one will go to Cyrnair and breath on him, and it will hit Ky as well.
Damage: 4 Cyrnair Con Save: 5 Ky drops to 0 no matter what.
The 4 shimmering folk rush 2 to Gelin, and 2 to Cyrnair. Because of the Difficult Terrain, Gelin cannot be hit at this time.
The single bandit that is not paralyzed turns and runs away in fear.
The human bandits that were paralyzed, but heard Cyrnair's words and angelic presence and flee in terror.
With that blow of Ice, the concentration to hold the Hypnotic pattern spell fades. The shimmering people all snap to, and begin to move as well. 4 go running towards the stairs, and will try to get up and around Cyrnair, but that is their turn.
The last 6 will charge towards Gelin, but with the Ice as it is, they are 1/2 movement and are near the dragonborn.
