Unfortunately, the tree's natural armor causes the mighty Warhammer to simply bounce off the thick bark. Keep in mind, you and Egan are within the Tree's melee range. Any attempt to leave could provoke an opportunity attack.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The awakened tree is resistant to piercing damage, so the total damage (including sneak attack) is halved from 8 to 4. However, it will take full damage from your Booming Blade effect as soon as it moves. Your use of the Rogue's Disengage bonus action saves you from AOO. This is very thick, muddy terrain around the tree, however, so I'm counting it as rough terrain and halving movement (if you've got something that spares you from rough terrain, let me know).
The awakened tree angrily rears back after being stabbed by Minty, but sensing him leaving its melee range, instead lashes out at Justin (And takes the 5 thunder damage in doing so).
13 Damage if it hits: 17
I've updated the map to show everyone's current position. I presume the tree did not hit Justin.

Hearing Egan get smacked by the tree, Lilgrea looks up and sees it hitting out at Justin.
She quickly steps to her left, positioning herself carefully before casting Burning Hands against the tree, taking care that none of her allies are in the cone of fire.
The tree needs to make a dexterity saving throw against a DC of 14. On a fail, it takes 18 fire damage, halved on success. If the tree is considered to be flammable, it is also ignited.

The tree attempts to Dex save against the Burning Hands spell.

That's a failure. The awakened tree takes the full damage of Lilgrea's spell. A creaking, groaning noise of pain emits from the creature as branches and leaves burn to a crisp.
I'm moving you to where you indicated on the map. Is there anything else you wanted to do? If not, I'll kick off Lan and Egan's turns.

Wow that was a darn heavy hit! Due to its vulnerability you probably singlehandedly reduced it into near death territory. Good idea and well rolled, well done!

Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.
Lan spins around upon hearing the commotion, stunned at the sight of a massive old tree swinging its branches at his new companions. He loads his crossbow, aims and fires.
17 Damage if it hits: 2
So Lan fires and hits, but the tree's piercing resistance halves the hit to 1.
Egan sees the tree is on the edge. As badly wounded as he is, he decides to take a chance and lob a Firebolt at the tree.
25 Damage if it hits: 8
The damage is doubled, and this tree is finished! (I was genuinely hoping this encounter would last longer! We didn't even get to Rizo!)
Egan strikes the tree dead in the center of the trunk, and the tree begins writhing in agony as more flames engulf it. With a final creaking groan, it slumps and stops moving, flames reducing it to a blackened shell of its former self.
Rizo, is there anything you would like to do? I think we can consider this the end of intiative.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rizo only wanted to heal Egan with Cure Wounds @lvl2 for 8 HP, unless we have a short rest with barbecue at this new bonfire on the middle of the road.
I guess we can go on to the next.

So the tree is dead? I think it's my turn, but I'm on vaction next week. I can post from mobile, but making maps is a bit harder...
There are two more threats. you could swap your turn with UncleDobbin if you feel that gives you more time and if they agree to that of course. That said, maps are nice but I think also not absolutely necessary.

Lilgrea will be deep in her thoughts, at the back of the group, slightly SW of Minty
Okay, I've placed everyone where they want to be on the battle map.
Initiative is Justin, Minty, the Awakened Tree, Lilgrea, Lan, Egan, and Rizo.
Egan is wounded and the tree is preparing to attack again.
Justin, you're up first in the order. What do you do?
Justin will move between the tree and Egan. He knows his Warhammer won't do much, but maybe Radiant dmg does.
Attack: 7 Damage: 7
That's bludgeoning dgm and if it hits 8 Radiant dmg.

Minty, you're next.
Minty jumps as the tree lashes out. He draws his rapier and mutters words he learned in his youth. He then jabs at the tree.
Attack: 23 Damage: 4
Sneak damage 4
Thunderous energy surrounds the Tree. (It takes 5 thunder damage if it moves).
Minty then disengages and moves to the East as far as he can (not sure what movement penalties the terrain imposes).

((I don't think the tree needs to take the thunder damage unless it moves away from where it is standing))
Actually, I think you're right. I was thinking it takes thunder damage for any action, but the spell is tied specifically to movement if I recall.
So, it does not take thunder damage.
Lilgrea, you're up.

That’s correct. This tree is in serious jeopardy!
That was nice and effective! Nothing more on my turn, Lilgrea will stay where she is, in case it needs another blast.

Egan heals 11 HP. He gives Rizo a nod of gratitude, then looks at the smoldering tree and mutters, “Crazy forest.”
Corvina, who had been circling above all this insanity, squawks overhead, “Crazy!”
I guess we move on to the next encounter. Who’s next in line to DM?
