"I apologize also. It is not like me to blow up like that."

"We are off topic," Rieka says, and gestures to the bartender for her order. "I'm happy to leave when you are. I'm already sick of this place."

This earns her a glare from the bartender, who brings her her ale and says nothing. 

"Thanks." Rieka calms down a little as she drinks. 

"I have already asked and will ask again. What is the quest that you speak of?"

Rieka sighs and hands Malikily her letter which details the quest to get rid of darkness in the city. 

"I'm in, but I'll have you know that if things get messy out there, or if we're outnumbered, I will do whatever I need to to save myself, and I suggest the rest of you do the same."

"Forgive me if I don't follow that advice." Rieka takes her letter back from Malikily. "Waterbearer, how will you be of use to us? You don't strike me as much of a warrior."

Returning from staring off into space, Xo finally answers Rieka, a bit confused. "I mean, I suppose not exactly; I believe most of you are not as wealthy as I, but that does not matter. What matters is our ability to work as a team." He takes a moment to breathe, and then looks away, like if he regretted saying something really cringe.

“The bar in question is the Blushing Wyrm, a bar that the Rightful Queen sect here in New Mibeji runs. They stole my tressym some time ago, since before my inaugural address in Las Aminour.”

"I'll be of use, don't worry."

”I am a goblin and have very good friends. I am a wizard rouge so I am a good theif too.”

"Calm down folks. I am sure there is a logical explanation to the story that Mr. Firehand here is telling us. Please give me a moment ladies and gentleman." Thalanil frantically goes over his books, and his memory for anything related to The Rightful Queen gang, and also to verify Aaron's story about Las Aminour.

Malikily stands up and addresses the party, "Where do we go from here?"

“I sense that there are dark vibrations in Las Aminour. We must leave for there immediately. I will institute you as the official royal guard in order to flush out the Rightful Queen movement.”

"Feels good to be recognized." Malikily says drily.

"Ooh, official royal guard. I've always wanted to be part of an official something." Sheerow thinks for a second. "We've been to La Aminour once before, right Akayan? I wonder how things have changed now that this rebellion is in place; I don't think it was as strong when we were there."

(Oh man I missed a lot!)

Akyan shifts uneasily, “Yes, I’ve been there before. This movement has definitely gotten stronger than it was before. When I left Los Aminoir, I though it was something of a joke. Just a bunch of amateurs... But if they’ve grown... Gah! What a mess!” 

“We must leave at once, then. I will teleport us into Las Aminour, and then making clones of us so that we may save the tressym. Are we in agreeance?”

"I beg your pardon sir? Did you say 'clone us'?" Says Thalanil incredulously.

(I guess The Rightful Queen or Las Aminour does not ring any bells for Thalanil?)

Sheerow nods her head. "Definitely. Let's kick butt and take names as the new royal guard! Off to La Aminour we go!!" In an anxious and excited flurry of wings, she's up and ready to go.
