well, Tetrevess can’t succeed at that Dc- he fails both, but casts absorb elements which halves the damage and he’s still alive, if badly acid scorched!.
I'm not tracking your hp, but just pointing out that absorb elements is a reaction so you csn use it for one of the attacks, but not both. Sorry if you already acccounted for that.
A grove of frost-covered trees fills this fifty-foot-high cavern, the floor of which is a mixture of earth and ice. By some magic or miracle, the trees are alive, their canopies thick with frosty leaves, their branches bearing purple pears that hang like ornaments. A low wall, broken in several places, threads its way through the grove, which is surrounded by six exits.
A voice calls out from a tree in the southern part if the Grove. "You there. Yes, you! Well met! Please take a moment to rest and refresh yourself. Please, help yourself ro appear, there are plenty to go around."
From the tree emerges a dryad. "Greetings, I am Hathowyn. I've been long here for, well, I'm not sure how long, exactly, but a very, very long time. I so rarely get visitors, well not very friendly ones that is. " awkward silence fills the air as her words hang, the palpable irony in suggesting a bugbear's fsce, is friendly is a bit much for the sloghtly embarrassed
<we've got three bugbears, one is the chief, theyre your hirelings, so if either or both of you want to roleplay one, go for it. Otherwise, just slide on down and havy your PCs act (at your discretion, of course>

"You have resistance to the triggering damage type until the start of your next turn."
Amri's attacks land squarelyagainst the unfathomable horror, the final one pinning him, but again he teleports just behind tetrevess and bites the wizard with his maniacal mandible 25 for 20 piercing +13 acid damage (LA).
Sam stands up in defiance and will grab his bead from the necklace and you hear in draconian “dewch i'm cynorthwyo” which for those who speak draconian (and Welsh) “come to aid me” as same will cast planner ally

Rob already pointed this out- it does last until next turn, so thankfully works on both acid strikes.
(Wasn't me but happy to take the credit ;)
(Think I missed a couple of saves there)
Draco-Amri CON Save vs Tetrevess' first thunderwave 8
DEX Save vs falling Llymic 14
(I don't think the second thunder step would have affected Amri, correct?)
(Oh, forgot advantage on the first save, will roll one more: CON Save 22 )
(OK, Draco-Amri is at 69/161 hp currently)
The golem is definitely looking weakened, but there is no recourse but to continue to attack the invader.
Pinion attack Attack: 23 Piercing Damage: 12 .
First Rend Attack: 15 Piercing Damage: 23 + 9 necrotic damage
Second Rend Attack: 27 Piercing Damage: 17 + 6 necrotic damage
Death save 1
TIL: "You have resistance to the triggering damage type until the start of your next turn."
But what if it's multiple types? I would say it's all included. Just not clear from the text
Thunder steps damage is from the point of departure, where Tetrebess was hiding behind cover, all alone.

Sam is up
Already done
Someone gave Sam a potion if healing. You're up.
<Anyone interacting with the Dryad and the purple pear orchard? You can just bypass it.>
Tetrevess gets brutally bitten by the beast, and is still alive, but one attack from unconsciousness. (18 hp)
Akame follows along, staying back behind the "front line". As they go, he keeps his eyes open for any ambushes, or just anything of interest.

"Once a magic bead's spell is cast, that bead can't be used again until the next dawn."
I think we just used this fighting the shadow dragon 100ft or less from where you're standing right now.

Would have the stand recharged it as it acted as a long rest
