It's built for APL 9: "Ideally, the characters are 9th level when they first arrive at Ythryn...the characters could be as high as 12th level by the adventure’s conclusion"
The adventure is "...optimized for four to six characters"
I can control PC level with milestone, but not PC builds. You can change the character a little a lot or 100% if you want. Please don't feel stuck playing a PC you're not happy with.
