Tetrevess dines at the communal mess hall in the Tower of Cloaks. She sits alone at a wooden bench apart from the other Cloaks who speak in mutters and whispers. The food is edible but nothing special. There's fish and some winter vegetables: turnips and squash. Thus despite plentiful asparagus and green beans seen in the market earlier, even some exotic foods could be found from as far away as Al Qadim or even Chult albeit at a hefty price.
Wordlessly, a cloaked figure seats herself on the far end of the communal bench, the table empty save her and Tetrevess. She places her tray and takes her fork in her yellow-green hand. Though she wears her hood up, the voice that speaks at last is familiar to Tetrevess. "So, we meet again." says the Githyanki quietly, looking at her own plate. As she takes the first bite and chews, she waits for Tetrevess to reply. "I won't apologize, but for what it's worth, I'm glad you're on our side now. Nothing personal. The Edict is absolute, and frankly in this city, one should mind the company one keeps."
*I know I said she has bronze skin, but every image I find of her looks thus pale. I'd like to find another one moving forward, but I think the clothes are pretty good approximations of her wardrobe, so I went with this for now. I doubt it will come up any time soon as she does have to leave town via teleportation soon, a pre-arranged illegal activity affording little flexibility, but maybe at some later point we'll see her again.
Angus asks, "Samogri, is it possible that this Leviathan's Gaze and the mysterious magical sword are one and the same?"
To Morwena, "This Zerix character, he wouldn't be the same tailor through whose shop we exited on arrival? That chap caused me a lot of trouble..."
After pondering their options, he recommends, "Sam, due to the high visibility of your recent escape, I'm sure every guard, watchman and even many ordinary citizens are specifically on the lookout for you. Certainly, you should not venture out without being well disguised, in my opinion. It might be best if you remain here for the time being, while we try to gather some information to best plan our heist. I would suggest that I and Gravity, if I can find her, visit the thieves' guild, as was suggested, and that our friend Chadderlay visit the Cloaks and attempt to discover what has become of Tetrevess, and see what intelligence he can gather there. If you insist on going out, Sam, come with me... I think going to the Cloaks' headquarters would be doubly risky for you.
"Also, due to my participation in the escape, I may be in need of a disguise as well."

“No leviathans gaze is a glave and can only be wield and uses by a lizardfolk or the primal tryannus the weapon was crafted during the days of thunder as you humans call it however the weapon can be move by others this sword is something else, nothing that I can gather from my time in the past” sam has a thought and mutter under his breath “surely not ruinblade” he regain his self and looks at morwen “is it safe for me to stay here”
Morwena answers Angus, "No, but I told him to give you a garment from Zerix's shop so you would know where to go without him speaking your destination for prying ears to overhear. They're both sympathizers to out cause, at meadt while it aligns so."
Morwena directs Sam's question to Ussa, who replies "This place looks the part of an abandoned apartment and for all practical purposes, it is just that. So, mind your coming and going, that you're not being spied upon, as best ye can, and you're welcome to stay here as long as you like. This building has belonged to my family for four generations. If the Elemental Evil visited upon this city wasn't enough to smother it, this Thayan Occupation will not be the force that drives Mulmaster over the edge and into the Moonsea."
Ussa continues: "I can set up a meeting with the Shadow Breeze tomorrow, if you like." Walk through the West Market before midday and buy a single frostrose from the first florist you see. You'll be pick-pocketed soon after. Do not be alarmed, you'll know it's our contact because you'll feel him take your money. Follow him wherever he takes you and there seek his help. <Sam can definitely go about town with his disguise intact, just dont cast arcane spells and youll be fine. It actually might help. >
<ooc: we can skip that roleplay if it's not somwthing you want to do. Its Theive's Cant. If you are interested, I csn share the cypher and it could be good roleplay, but its maybe something Angus would have picked up from Tabaqui. He certainly wouldnt be fluent and it could be fodder for a comedy of errors, but its just how much RP you want to run. Ultimately this is a challenge and pass for intel. It's promising at a real tabke eapecially in AL where this bit is pulled from, but this is really me trying to gauge how much our table and its individual players like to RP. I wont take 'not this time' to mean 'never ever', but its an opportunity and it csn be taken or hand waved as you like. Also not limited to Angus, just he knew a rogue, so... opportunity.>
Edit: also, the meeting is in the morning. You still have all night. You don't need to long rest, but it might result in a level of exhaustion later on, that's a choice you'll have to make. It's just starting to get dark now, though it's been rainy and overcast all day.
The woman stands before Gravity, a hint of annoyance in her words, she asks "friends of yours?" looking in the direction of tbe wolf-choked alley. "We don't have time for this. Your friends are waiting, those dogs won't heel for long and I have a plane to catch."
<edit: to clarify my statement, I'm not implying heavier than air flying vehicles here. I'm just twisting words around. Here it's meant as an arcane euphemism for planar travel, defined more generally to encompass all teleportation by portals, which is what she will be doing. In modern Mulmaster, a city with elemental rifts throughout, the expression is common parlance. >

Meet them in the morning I’m also tapped on all spell slots
Angus is weary as well, having spent the evening before first at the tavern, then fighting at the warehouse, then before the Blade, and lastly the chaos at the Meatgrinder. It will be good to recover strength and start again in the morning.
(I like a bit of RP here and there but don't necessarily want to hold everybody up watching me try to fumble my way through the meet, so we can just skip ahead).
The woman stands before Gravity, a hint of annoyance in her words, she asks "friends of yours?" looking in the direction of the wolf-choked alley. "We don't have time for this. Your friends are waiting, those dogs won't heel for long and I have a plane to catch."
.....
Cryptic Gravity
"Ma'am, if you're referring to the wolfbrothers as my friends, you might be mistaken. Actually, one of my friends is in the custody of the Blades when another is stuck inside the meatgrinder."Gravity rubs the tip of her nose while letting out an ugly unladylike snort.
"Eh, can I book three additional seats for my own packmates or is it too late? At least two will do since I fear these wolfbrothers have already tasted my blood. It will be difficult to lose a tail now."She moves near the shattered glass of the window and attempts to peep through it with uncanny curiosity, scratching the scalp of head when the faux hawk starts to recede. She no longer looks like a half-canid creature.
The night is filled with the sounds of people scheming. This area is pretty safe, but distant noise can be heard, including a terrible scream of pain and terror carried across the harbor.
You awake to a clear day, the rain having ceased overnight.
"Name's Zehira. We saw you palling around with those troublemakers and my colleague insisted we bring you along. They're all fine, astonishingly, but we won't be if we don't get across town in a hurry. Now keep your head down and look alive. It'll be getting dark soon enough, and these rains play hell with the steetlights." Zehira says to Gravity leafing hwr to the northwestern part of the city
<@InkedBee: most of the party id now aware if the ticking clock. Its ok if you don't want to meta through, but I'm pushing the main body (3 PCs) into the morning. You can take some time to play through the evening, and it's up to you if you want to join them or not. If you allow it, Zehira will take you to Ussa's and you'll be 4 PCs together with Tetrevess off with the Cloaks until hes resdy to join you all, fitting enough since his player is mostly busy for just a little while longer.>

(Sure, it sounds like a better idea. Let Zehira lead Gravity towards the other party members.)
Chadderlay will stay with the main group at Ussa's for the long rest. He now feels a little closer to the Angus and Sam's characters as they all managed to escape from the Meatgrinder together (more or less) and also now that he has made contact with Aunt Morwena. Overall, these recent events may have soured his relationship with the Embassy somewhat, and he now has other concerns, those revealed by Morwena, to keep him busy.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
*As the hours slip by, Morwena tells Chadderly of the Red Wizards' Rebellion, of D'arlon Ma and of rhe Zulkirs from distant lands. Questioned why the Harpers would be working with Red Wizards in the first place, she notes "Remi has a reputation for forging unlikely collaborations. I guess she's of the 'if you can't best them, join them' persuasion."
Zehira arrives, with a very soggy Gravity in tow. She introduces herself to the others and Grsvity to Ussa and Remi.
Taking a moment to address the situation with Angus, she tells him this of Tyreus: "we have several vacancies among our ranks, including a Zulkir of Illusion. I had hopes, when I first found him, that Tyreus would be that Zulkir. I agreed to help him follow his grandmother's footsteps and locate the artifact she had sought. It was in the course of our journey together that we learned of something else..."
