Both need WIS save DC 17 or be paralyzed, repeat the save each round. If saves are failed, concentration is interrupted as per the rules on concentration in the PHB.

The sword is in Tetrevesss’s Handy Haversack (which he got from Heward himself, if that makes a difference) Here’s the strength check to hold on to the pack..
How can the knight see tetrevesss to see what’s going on? He’s still in the cloudkill gas cloud right- until the necromancer dismisses it? Also doesn’t the knight need to make a save for the cloudkill..
I think if he’s still in the cloud he has to save again. (I know I’m Grasping at straws, as tetrevesss couldn’t really grasp onto his handy haversack!)

I believe TKC failed the save and took the damage in post 1252. Fair point about him being blinded by it though.
