You have to move a bit to get the last Kobold that went into the darkend lower area. You can aim from the ledge, but you need to make a Perception check.
By the way, meanwhile Khessa is secretly worrying about the fate of his gnome friend...
'Why hasn't Nixi shown up yet? Is she letting us manage on our own so as not to lose her invisibility? Or... or did something happen to her? That trampled trap... it could have been her! On the other hand, I don't want to try calling her out loud! If she is in trouble, the fact that she is still invisible at least keeps her from unwelcome attention...'
Eric your eyes spot the Kobold hiding in the shadows. But you feel like your missing something. Looking around you see 3 large shapes. You're not quite sure what they are. Suddenly bead that emits bright light hit the ground near them. And now you see it, young Guard Drakes. Almost fully grown.
It seems that were either sleeping or resting and are now in the proces of getting up. The bright light let's the notice the last Kobold and they jump on it! Looks like they're hungry because nothing is left of the Kobold.

Like magic, Nixi can move and act normally for one turn (I rolled a 10 in the game log)
Khessa whispers: "I suggest getting the cage locked again. We can kill them from range, from outside"
And with that she tries to get the cage's door closed again. Locking it with keys, if them are still in the lock, else... well, else, trying to tie the upper part of the cage's door to the cage with a rope.
Eric steps back slowly walking backward, his shield pointed toward the creatures. trying not to catch their attention he helps Khessa to lock the cage again.
Khessa resumes distance from the cage (the maximum distance that still allows her to see the targets), then, given enough time, roasts these cute creatures one by one with repeated Fire Bolts.
Zale will start looking around the cave more, she looks over the kobold bodies, and down the halls. She's a bit disappointed, she'd hoped they'd be able to turn the guard dog's against the owner, but this was probably for the best.

They're though creatures with a lot of HP so it will take quite some time.

Well, you find nothing... it makes sense since the bright light is now in the lower area.
There's time enough to stop Khessa if you want. But the Drakes are hostile for sure now.
"Khessa" Eric says "I think is pointless to kill those creature, they are just captive creature, not evil by they own will. Moreover, they will start roaring and the noise could draw unwanted attention upon us... I suggest to keep going. I would feed those creatures with kobold bodies. That will keep them a bay and silent for a while" Eric drags little creatures body and start trowing them from the cliff into the dragon pit...
Nixi's head clears, and she slowly materializes. "Wow, sorry about that," she says. "There must have been some kind of poison on that trap I stumbled into, I was unable to focus my mind at all. Seems to have worn off, though, thank the gods."
Khessa replies to the dwarf cleric: "I fear that some cultist could unleash these beasts upon us, given the chance... this is why I'd rather dispose of them. But I admit" she conceeds, stopping "that I thought them quicker to kill. They are tough. So taking the time to kill them might also bring a risk - that of being discovered. I still deem the risk of someone using them against us greater; but if you all are of the opposite opinion, so be it. I'm with you whatever you prefer".

Guess can't see the kobold, with this roll. Moving near the cage and throwing my lighted pebble inside, then, so that we can see what there is inside.
Kriv advances, holding the dead kobold over his shoulder, ready to throw it at any sign of aggression.
Nixi stares at a stalactite, utterly transfixed by its shiny conical shape. "Whoa," she whispers, "That's so... cave-y."

The key is still in the lock, so Khessa can close and lock the door with ease. As the door slams shut, one of the Drakes jump up against the cage.

Nixi I've rolled for you Confusion actions for the rest of the minute. Only no actions or regular actions, so nothing funny sadly.
However, by the time Khasse is done with the Drakes your invisibility would have faded.
