"Now THAT was enough excitement for a lifetime." The gnome pauses for a moment "OK, maybe not a lifetime, but for the night." he's definitely an adrenaline junky.Fizker looks around, looking for an old friend. He summoned me here. I really hope he's here in the keep. As an opening arrives Fizker speaks up "Say, you wouldn't be able to take me to someone in charge, could you? I'm looking for an old friend who asked me to meet him here. I'm hoping he's safe here in the keep. Oh! I'm Fizker" he swings his backpack around his side, and gently puts his orb away.
If allowed, I'd like to make a perception check to try and spot my old monk friend: 10
“Hey! I know you!” Zale says to Kriv, “You used to hang out around the docks! Didn’t your family own that inn? What was it called again?”
Noticing Zeminny she says, “You can keep that there mask, I can’t use it for anythin’ else now that it’s dry. Keep the tail too if ya want. Never know when the disguise will be useful again.”
Zeminny says, “ Thank you very much. It was so much fun being a little dragon-goblin- kobold thing…did you see the look on that guards face when I sailed between his legs? That was priceless…wish I could have seen it from the outside,” he says with a laugh
“That’s right, The Silvered Sail Inn.” Kriv looks uncomfortable talking about his parents and quickly changes the subject. “What’s with the horde outside?”

You look around, trying to find your friend. But you get distracted, you see Escobert with his red hair. He has enormous ring of iron and brass keys, shiny keys, so shiny!
"The Gods have lead our hands and blessed our way tonight, but just to fight again and harder" then approaches the Castellan to introduce himself as well.
Those tall folks call me Escobert the Red! Thanks for helping Linan and Cuth! We can use people like you tonight. Please... follow me to the governor... he's pacing atop the parapet of the keep...
Those who follow Escobert to the parapet, please make a WIS save.
“That’s right, The Silvered Sail Inn.” Kriv looks uncomfortable talking about his parents and quickly changes the subject. “What’s with the horde outside?”
“Ah yes! I do hope yet folks are well! As for the horde…Honestly I don’t know. ” Zale replies, “But hey! It sure be nice to see a familiar face!” She stops herself from touching her scar before saying. “Why don’t you join our party! I’m sure everyone would be happy to have you! Come! I’m sure that fellow knows something!” With that she follows the others to se Escobert.
Pacing atop the parapet of the keep you see a human male of about sixty years. Escobert introduces him as Tarbaw Nighthill, governor of Greenest. The right side of Nighthill’s face and head are bandaged, his right arm hangs in a sling, and his light blue tunic is stained with his own blood. You also see the Blue Dragon circling the keep. ((Those who failed a DC 17 WIS save are Frightened)) Nighthill sees the look of fear on some of your faces.
Nighthill: Don't worry! The Dragon has only used it's Frightful Presence, but that becomes less effective as the night wears on and we overcame our fear. You will too!
(It's just for flavour, don't roll a new save every 6 seconds)
Escobert: Sir, these people. They think they can help. The brought in some of the villagers.
Nighthill takes a good look at all of you. He then turns and looks over Greenest.
Nighthill: I think the raiders don’t intend to attack the keep; they seem interested only in loot. The real danger is to the town and to those people who didn’t make it into the keep before it was cut off. A stealthy group can make it out of the keep and back in again without drawing the raiders’ attention.
Somehow Telurion manages to keep his calm in face of the dragon's presence - "Not all of us are skilled at stealth master Nighthill, but hopefully we can still be of assistance" - he replies.
Nighthill gives you a knowing look, Telurion - I see... He gestures to come over and look. I’d give anything to know what we’re up against, and why. For that, we need prisoners. A commander, even a lowranking one, is best. He points out what he means. You see someone in purple robes, accompanied by a dozen guards. I would caution against attacking such a formidable force, especially when any lower-level officer can answer my questions.

Kriv shakes her hand. "My name is Kriv. I was just traveling through actually. Right place, wrong time I guess."
“Hey! I know you!” Zale says to Kriv, “You used to hang out around the docks! Didn’t your family own that inn? What was it called again?”

Zale smiles, "Eye that was a glorious victory. If I were a bard, I'd make a song for it."

Calvin turns to Fizker, "I don't think that the night is over... just yet."
“The secret we should never let the gamemasters know is that they don't need any rules.” ― Gary Gygax
As no one seems to acknowledge his words or his outstretched hand, Telurion returns to silence, and heads out to introduce himself to the Castellan.

You make your introductions with Escobert.

"Gladly." Kriv follows. He is happy to be with a group again, but wary.
