The man doesn't talk much. He just shakes his head or nods when the Cultists ask him about his trip and stuff. It's obvious to you that he's a Wizard. When he shakes his head one more time you see the edges of tattoos peeking out from under the cap. Paying more attention to it you notice that he has a shaves tatooed head.
Kriv: In your dream the horse continues to harass you. Suddenly it form shatters into hundreds of bats flying in your face. You wake up with Anator flapping in you face.
The Cultist is taken aback for a moment before recovers. What the?! With presence of mind he plunges the dagger into your chest: to hit 10 (adv) + 3 = 13 (since you're not wearing armour that hits) for 3 + 1 = 4 dmg.
Zeminny, I assume this wakes you up. Roll initiative. Kriv you too.
Cultist init: 15 + 1 = 16
These 3 are the only ones in the first round. Nixi, Khessa and Eric burst in just in time for round 2 (roll initiative). BTW Khessa and Eric, your not wearing armour.
(Where is Zale's room compared to Kriv's? Can she hear any of this?)
Zale has a small room next to Eric. Unless Khessa and Eric wake you up, you don't notice anything for now.
Oh, well, if her door is just next to our room, Khessa, just after finished waking up Eric, will try to knock at the wall between the two rooms and call: "Zale! Wake up and come with us!"
Then all as before posted; if when we exit, in silence, Zale is there, we keep her with us while we run down to Kriv; if she did not hear us... then Khessa would not do other attempts, because it would cost time and could give away what we are doing (if someone else hears).

Yes, given the situation, it is understandable! Khessa's Initiative: 9

Ok, let's see... Zale roll a Perception check DC 8. Should be easy enough, unless you sleep very soundly. Zale rolls high enough she can join Eric, Nixi and Khessa (and roll initiative).
Perception: 4 (Oh, my gosh...wow looks like she's still sleeping lol)
(Lol! Probably Khessa and Eric were a bit too loud with whatever they were doing in their room during most of the night, so Zale pressed her pillow on her head, to sleep... and dhe can't hear well now 😉)
"Oh, I haven't slept so peacefully in such a long time and you know how much I would love making another round" says the dwarf, caressing Khessa's blond hairs "but I guess jobs goes before the pleasures" the dwarf dresses his garments and equipment, and covers their steps with the Silence spell.
There's just one problem with this...
For the duration, no sound can be created within or pass through a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. Any creature or object entirely inside the sphere is immune to thunder damage, and creatures are deafened while entirely inside it. Casting a spell that includes a verbal component is impossible there.
The silence spell is centered on a point in space, not on a creature or an object. So I assume you're casting it when you're about to burst in or at Kriv's door when you see it or something like that?
K so, Zale still sleeps. Calvin isn't in the loop and doing Calvin things. Zeminny is in the same room as Kriv and woke up but hasn't rolled initiative yet.

I think easiest option is Eric uses Silence Spell when rushing into the Kriv's room, just at the moment in which he enters the door
Kriv, you just woke up from a nightmare. A strange bird is flapping in your face and a Cultist is stabbing you in the chest. What would you like to do?
Without knowing what exactly is happening, Kriv does his best to throw a punch at the attacker. He follows up by grabbing the attacker and bear hugging them.

On his turn Eric unleash his flaming hammer as bonus action and casts Silence into the room as regular action.
Once he enters the hammer hits the closer Cultist 13 eventually dealing 10 damages.
(Maybe! On top of that Zale might have also just been drunk from when she went drinking with Kriv lol.)
I rolled a 7 for Zeminny in the game log.
