Kriv drops the bug parts outside the forge and takes a look at spear/shovel thing. “It’s not pretty. It looks like it’ll still hurt if you sharpen it.” He turns to the Lizardfolk and speak in Draconic. Sharpen the edge. You can use it to slash. He demonstrates swiping with the makeshift weapon before handing it back.

Patiently, but without hiding his excitement for attending an actual forge after quite a long time, Eric starts working at the forge, showing them how to realize their blades properly.
He uses his Artisan Blessing to create a proper spear of the finest quality possible
"You see, my friends" says by showing it to them : " fire is the greatest gift of the Gods, through it and thanks to it you can bend the strongest of the mineral at will, creating tools for peace and weapons for battle! With time and practice, a skilled blacksmith is able to catch the sparkles of the divine fire, a fragment of the eternity!" he says with enthusiasm.
The Lizardfolk listen attentively to your advice but show no sign of comprehending what they’re told. Eric thinks that they be able to create decxent weapons. If everyone has their own task and a Dwarven supervisor (so they work without having to know what they are doing).
Not much of a blacksmith herself, Khessa just waits for action time... trying to pay attention to what Kriv and Eric are teaching; she is always curious enough to get intetested in someone who is explaining something she does not know...
While Calvin searches the room (and finds nothing) Snapjaw enters the room.
Good! You're here! Follow me. (Draconic)
Snapjaw guides you up the stairs to room that was once stocked with armor, weapons, and hundreds of arrows when the castle was abandoned. The metal rusted to dust, the arrows warped into uselessness, and the leather was chewed away by rats and other vermin (Calvin finds his animals). Snapjaw explains that this chamber is the unofficial headquarters of the Lizardfolk in the castle. Neither the Bullywugs nor the Cultists ever come up here.
The room is the warmest in the castle, thanks to heat rising from the forge. Snapjaw explains that we're waiting for a few more important Lizardfolk to discuss their situation and what they should do. The debate will be between accepting their fate as lowly servants of the Cult of the Dragon, attacking the Bullywugs in a glorious yet suicidal assault, or biding their time until they can attack with a chance of winning.
Khessa, despite not understanding the Draconic, understands the meaning of Snapjaw's gestures and follows him. Assuming that someone later explains the three options of the debate to her, she will be a little perplexed... she expected that the Lizardfolk were practically quite ready to strike and that the assault would take place that same night...
The blonde arcane warrior, however, tries not to let anxiety or disappointment show and she smiles confidently, certain that the final decision will be to fight for freedom when it is possible to win. Hopefully, building this capability won't take too long.
But the tall adventuress thinks in the meantime: 'Anyway, if we don't attack this evening, I want to have a chat with the other cultists... at least to become familiar with this place without making anyone suspicious!'
When the other Lizardfolk arrive, they first look at your group with concern. But Snapjaw's reassuring gestures seem to calm them down.
As if he can read Khessa's thoughts, Snapjaw speaks: Warriors, the time for waiting is over! With these powerful allies, we can take care of the Bullywugs tonight!
One of the other Lizardfolk immediately responds to this: And who are they? And why would they help us?
Knowing absolutely nothing about blacksmithing, Zale stays silent until SnapJaw arrives. She takes the time to translate his words to those who don't understand draconic.
When the other Lizardfolk arrive, Zale smiles at the wryly. "Well, I be Zale Stormsent, and my friends and I have a bone to pick with them cultists. Helpin ye out with them Bullywugs do be what we both want, so we might as well work together ye know?"
The humans killed and stole from many. They will do it to you when they no longer need you. It’s clear they already favor the Bullythings. Kriv summons the Fist. Besides, when will you have another chance like this?
Much more relieved, when Snapjaw arrives and Zale translates his exhortations to the other Lizardfolk, Khessa now has a decidedly warmer and more convinced smile. Not speaking Draconic, she leaves the task of reassuring any remaining doubtful Lizardfolk to Zale and Kriv, who are usually skilled with words, and moves next to Eric, anticipating the moment of dealing a new blow to the Cult.
Eric hugs Khessa with one arm when she gets closer and then introduces himself again to the Lizardfolks and adds "We shares the same enemies, this makes us natural allies!"
The unnamed Lizardfolk replies: Good points... Do you have a plan? It won't be easy. Borngray's personal Lizardfolk guard won't join us. And now that Half-Dragon is here too and she brought a Human Wizard with a bald, tattooed head.
Snapjaw: What? Rezmir is here?
The other Lizardfolk nods. An uncomfortable silence descends on the room.
Assuming translations happen, Khessa replies: "So what? My friends and I did already 'take care' of an half-dragon before... We can do it again, I guess".
"They believe us to be cultists..." she turns to her fellow adventurers "We could try to have an urgent private meeting with Rezmir, pretending to bring important news... Not implausible, since we just arrived... Maybe news about a sobotage plan by the Zhentarim... Then, as we are alone, we attack her all together and kill her".
Snapjaw: I doubt it will be that easy... But is seems to be our best chance.
Other Lizardfolk: Agreed. You will take them to Rezmir. We will take care of the Bullywugs at Barican, so they can't sound the alarm. They tend to sleep on watch. There's no turning back after his...
The other Lizardfolk give you all a respectful nod and leave "to take care of the Bullywugs".
Khessa follows Snapjaw, reasoning in the meantime with her companions: "The wizard who came with Rezmir is most likely Azbara Jos... If the two are together, maybe we should take down him first... Wizards go down relatively easily while, if left up, can do much harm. Plus, if we corner Azbara then Eric casts Silence, the wizard will be unable to cast spells with verbal components - and only very few spells do not need verbal components. We should be able to finish him quickly then go all against Rezmir".
Eric nods "Yes, that's could work, ant the moment of the fight we should have greater manpower and better warriors that they do, so at first we should get rid of their enchanters"
Snapjaw guides you over the Outer Ward to a tower. He opens the door to what seems to be a chapel. Over the years, this chapel has been consecrated to several different deities, depending on who ruled the castle. Now it is a shrine to Tiamat, adorned with a handsome wooden statue of the dragon queen crafted by Lizardfolk. The workmanship is surprisingly good, though most of Tiamat’s visages bear a stronger resemblance to Lizardfolk than to Dragons.
Right now there are 4 Cultists that seemed to have retired here for quiet reflection on how the world will suffer when the Queen of Dragons rises. It seems to bother Snapjaw a bit.

Whilst Kriv and Eric are busy with teaching, Calvin becomes bored and starts looking around to see if he can find any animals.

I'm afraid that's gone: Eric used Artisan's Blessing which took an hour.
