Well, I messed up "radius" and "diameter". I'm not going to change it, but since it's to your advantage, I don't think it's a big deal. One of these days I will understand the difference. Anyhow...
Kriv: You are the first to move into the area and only as you step on it you notice that the ground is covered with hard spikes and thorns. You take 4 piercing dmg. The area is difficult terrain. You are still able to reach the square I placed you the map, but you'll take 5 dmgfor the first 5 ft and 4 dmg for the 2nd 5 ft. Let me know if this affects you placement. You current placement is just outside the lightning area.
Eric: You also don't notice the Spike Growth and take 3 dmg. If you move to where you are on the map you'll take an additional 4 dmg for the first 5 ft and 6 dmg for the 2nd 5 ft.
Khessa: you do notice the Spike Growth and can opt not to enter it. If you do enter the area you'll take the following dmg (depending how far you go): 4 dmg, 6 dmg and 8 dmg.
Khessa, noticing the threat, stops before entering, also grabbing Eric before he can fall into the trap and warning him, if possible. [[ OOC: The two were walking side by side, I think? She should be able to stop him... Not Kriv, sadly, because he was the first to enter and what's more he's invisible ]]
“If you can, dispel the magic of this trap, Eric” the blonde arcane warrior suggests. "Otherwise, let's fight from range! Finding ourselves all injured before facing eleven opponents wouldn't be ideal".
[[I'll allow it, but you'll need to make an Athletics check and you won't be able to use your reaction for anything else (since you're hing in init order I don't think it will matter)]]
"Thank, you my love! it seems that this dwarf is more reckless than he used to be, I should have known that those filthy creatures are accustomed to these tricks, and yes I hope my magic is strong enough to dispel their own"
OCC: Eric could cast Dispel magic on his turn (keep in mind Eric has two 3°-level slots and one 2° and one 1° level slots left so he has no much spell power left)
Also, do we know that is the Spike Grow spell actually?

K den. So Kriv takes the dmg and uses the fist. I believe the dex save is 13. You can choose a point behind the blue line. Each creature within 5 feet of that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d10 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Zale's a bit blocked behind Khessa and Eric at the moment, so she will hold her action until one of them moves out of her way. Then she will pull out her crossbow and fire at the bullywug that is currently in front of Khessa, and below the one closest to Kriv.
Given the large number of enemies, Khessa, while waiting for her beloved dwarf to remove the spell that makes the terrain dangerous, prepares for the fight, chanting a short formula, following which her figure becomes indistinct.
[[ OOC: Attacks against Khessa now are made with Disadvantage ]]
Eric waves his hands, murmuring a dwarfish pray, tiny sparks come from his hands, diffusing over the roots and spikes, like star-powder. Suddenly the roots and spikes are dissolved by a magic, heat-less fire and disappear.
I think it would look something like this:
If you are all happy with your placement: I need Kriv, Eric and Khessa to make a Perception check before anything happens.
Inits: Snapjaw - 5 , Bullywugs - 3 (2+1) , Pharblex - 5 (4+1) (Damn... those are crappy rolls...)
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
Khessa's Perception: 19
Perception: 9
(Sorry for being slow. My wifi was down for the last week :'D Also the placement looks good to me. )
Zale initiative: 25
Eric's perception is 5 :/

(That works for me.)
Calvin would know (if he saw it).
