Eric waves his hands, murmuring a dwarfish pray, tiny sparks come from his hands, diffusing over the roots and spikes, like star-powder. Suddenly the roots and spikes are dissolved by a magic, heat-less fire and disappear.

He summons the thorn covered tentacle to attack Pharblex.

Next up is Pharblex: with a jump he gets a bit closer and cast Entangle on Eric, Kriv and Snapjaw: the must make STR save (DC 13) or become restrained). Snapjaw's save: 9 + 2 = 11 (fail and restrained). If Bully B still lives he uses his BA to Healing Word him for 6 hp.
Next up are the Bullywugs, but they'd like to know who's restrained before they make their attacks.
Now that her path has been cleared and the magic dispelled, Zale comes out of hiding and exits the hallway. She's not getting in melee just yet though. Reloading her crossbow, she fires another bolt at the bullywug closest to Kriv.
