Thisis the branch that we haven't explored yet... Khessa proposes continuing the 'trip under the castle' that way (keeping Anator scouting ahead as usual)-
Oh, I see. Well, Khessa maintains her original proposal, the one for the path that leads east without forcing us to swim.
A wise decision.
Scouting ahead Anator finds 2 Bullywugs in a room that's flooded a foot deep with sticky, reeking mud, making the whole chamber difficult terrain. They don't give him much attention as they are... well... tending to the mud (maintaining the mud at just the consistency and depth the Bullywugs prefer).
The steps to the west descend steeply 10 feet to a new area. A lip of stones across the top of the steps keeps most of the mud from spilling down the steps, but enough slops over to make the steps slippery.
“Thank you, my brother,” Khessa pets Anator gratefully with her fingers “you are always a scout of the greatest worth”. And she makes him sit on her shoulder again, hidden by the cascade of her golden locks.
"Yes, Eric," the tall adventuress approves her beloved dwarf's conclusion "we know about them... while they don't know we're coming - plus they're busy working, instead of keeping watch. Let's just wipe them away".
And, if everyone is ready, the blonde arcane warrior proceeds, ready to blast the two enemies as soon as she sees them.
Zale does look pretty worn out right now, especially after booking it away from the giant frogs. "Aye, let's be gettin rid o them frogfolk and get the bloody heck out a here." She draws her rapier, preparing for yet another fight.
OCC: looks like we have explored everything already, or perhaps we missed the stairs in right-down corner, am I right?

Actually... this is meta-knowledge, but these are possible "paths"* that you haven't explored.
*3 of them are over/through/under water

Calvin nods, "Let's continue clearing the castle."

"Well, we should be able to catch them by surprise, and our fight will be fast, just pay attention to the slippery mud"

I'm giving you surprise round. You can use it for a ranged attack or to get closer for a melee attack the next round (if they're still standing).

[[ OOC: @DM: Thank you very much! ]]
Khessa unleashes her magical fire as soon as she sees the two startled Bullywugs, aiming to the farther of the two.
Khessa's Fire Bolt Attack: 7 Damage: 3 (fire) or half (1) if missed (thanks to Potent Cantrip)
Calvin takes a moment to summon fey spirits to take on the form of four crocodiles, before he, himself shifts into a crocodile.

Eric moves closer to the bullywugs.
He cast Sacred flame dealing 4 damages (Dex save DC 15 to avoid)
His initiative (if needed) would be 16
Where do you manifest the fey crocs? In the mud room?

Zale pulls out her pre-loaded crossbow and shoots one of the bullywugs.
To hit: 7 (I'm guessing that's a miss)
[Calvin can also roll attacks for his crocs if he manifests them close enough to the Bullywugs]
Kriv sends 2 Beams of Eldritch Blast to the Bullywugs: to hit 8 (miss) and 13 (also miss)
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
(Yeah, they were manifested close to the Bullywugs.)
Croc 1: 14 Damage: 6 piercing damage.
Croc 2: 19 Damage: 7 piercing damage.
Croc 3: 14 Damage: 4 piercing damage.
Croc 4: 13 Damage: 8 piercing damage.

Only the 4th croc lands a hit, but it's enough to kill the Bullywug.
The other Bullywug is down to 1hp. We're not going to RP this fight. You dispatch him easily enough.
So, you have the Mud Room to yourselves. What do you want to do?
