Despite her bigger size, and the wounds that her claws made in her back as the werewolf tries to free herself, Gorm's grip holds and the werewolf is still grappled.
"Go! Find the weapons!" Gorm calls out as she struggles with the she-wolf. "I'll try to hold them here!" And Gorm does just that. Using her arms and legs to try and tie up the beasts own, Gorm continues grappling even as she attempts to drag them further away from the entrance and the other party members.
(I'm not sure, does maintaining a grapple use an action? I'm guessing so... So Gorm uses her turn to continue the grapple and to move the were as far from the others as possible with her movement.)
Reaching down and pulling Thandril to his feet, Logan rushes off in the direction of the promised weapons. Hurrying the wounded elf along, he says, "Help us find the weapons, and quickly!"
(Now away from the werewolf and with only his hands chained, I assume that Logan can run off with Thandril, at least a move, if not a move and a dash).

Gorm continues wrestling and struggling with the momma-wolf to try to prevent it from following Logan or getting close enough to Doc A to attack them...

Full with rage, the werewolf launches her claws and try to bite to the insolent human that it's holding her down.
Ok, let's see:
If she is pinned down she would be prone, so the attacks would be with disadvantage. If she is "only" grappled she would attack normally. I would roll all and we apply as needed.
Claw attack: Attack: 20 Damage: 7
Attack with disadvantage: 18
Bite attack: 24 Damage: 6
Attack with disadvantage: 11
On a bite hit, CON Save DC 12 please
On the other corridor the wolf jumps trying to bite Logan and throw him on his back.
The wolf gets past Logan’s guard and sinks it’s teeth into his arm, though his armor does mitigate the damage somewhat (a hit, but heavy armor master reduces the damage to 7).
He tries to resist being tripped: Athletics: 22

His sword arm busy with guiding Thandril, Logan moves defensively past the lunging wolf and further down the corridor, searching for the weapons cache. As he goes, he pushes his weakened ally ahead of him in order to protect him from the wolf.
(Athletics: 6 or 6 +5 for 11- The wolf breaks free... (Pin? I did not know that was an option... But besides the point now.))
Losing her grip on the werewolf Gorm is unprepared for the sudden savage attacks upon her and can't effectively defend herself. Still, her rage continues and the wolf doesn't do as much damage as it otherwise may have...
Dr. A. seeing that his friend is in real danger conjure up a traslucent scimitar, very similar to Gorm's weapons, behind the werewolf, and it slash her in the back, making it howl in pain from the deep cut. Dr. A. takes opportunity of the distraction and hurls a firebolt to the beast, hitting her in the shoulder. The predator stares at him with no good intentions.
Gorm knows that she must take advantage of the situation right now
(meaning it's her turn)
Meanwhile Thandril and Logan make it to the interior of the chamber, after Logan struggles with the wolf and they find it full of items, probably taken from farms, travelers and former victims of the pack. Barrels, crates, sacs, farming tools, even weapons and armors. They will need a moment to check if the weapons they are looking for are there. But the growling wolf at the entrance of the chamber and the other one coming down the corridor may not give htem the chance.
( Logan can spend his action to roll either perception or investigation with advantage thanks to Thandril's help)

Looking quickly around and tearing into containers as he keeps one eye on the threatening wolf, Logan searches rapidly for their missing weapons. He hopes Thandril will recognize them quickly, for he fears that Gorm may not last long against the alpha.

Unfortunately Gorm is at a bit of a loss. As much as it is her nature to cut and slash and wield her blades to take down her foes it had been made clear that no normal blade would be effective. Still, she couldn't just let the animal free to act unimpeded. With a growl of her own Gorm tries to leap on it's back once more and grapple it down to the ground and at least prevent it from hrting Dr. A or going after the others.

Struggling, Gorm jumps on the back of the werewolf. She barely manages to hold her position over the female's back, but her grip is strong. Foaming, growling and snaping her jaws, she tries to rip her with her claws.
I will give the werewolf disadvantage on her claw attack and cannot bite you, but she can do two claw attacks.

The other one who comes running start to change into the hybrid form of another werewolf. But Thandril exclaims.
"There!! there are the weapons... even mine!!" He throws himself to the pile and grabs one longsword with a dragon head handle and throws it to Logan.
Gorm launches herself against the big creature and the werewolf howls in anger feeling the firm grasp of the desert warrior.
It fights Gorm, refusing to be overwhelmed by a mere human.

Logan tries to help the elf on his feet, but being honest, the movement of the duo is more like Logan was carrying him aloft.

He points to one corridor that had some steps up and they strat to go that way when a wolf appears upstairs growling
