Thug 3 (-17) and Trotsky (-49) unchivalrously gang up on Kyrsa.
Kyrsa, nonplussed, strikes back, bringing Trotsky to the brink of oblivion. ( -57)
Jhaartael redeems his prior martial ineptitude by taking the kill shot on the crew leader, pinning her lifeless body to the wooden wall with his arrow.
Akyan pierces Thug 3's defenses (-26) (Sneak attack no longer applies), causing him to throw down his weapon and plead for mercy.
(You can finish him off at advantage, or spare him, ending combat).
Tamryn dashes inside and up the stairs. “Hello friends. I’ve had an interesting morning. When we’re done here, I’m afraid we’ll have to set the building on fire. I don’t suppose you know if the surrounding buildings have occupants?”
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Assuming Krysa has the remaining Thug under control, Jhaartael walks lightly to some of the containers, looking for bills of lading to identify buyers, valuables/coin, and any written spells - in that order.
Ignoring the Thug's plea for mercy, Akyan will finish him off. First by stabbing him through the neck with the rapier, then into his chest with a psychic blade.
Breathing heavy from the fight, Mina starts going through the thugs' pockets before heading inside with the rest. She stops short before heading in, curses under her breath and starts dragging the thugs back inside.

There are no more living opponents on the outside of the building.
In the warehouse office, Thug 3 finding no avenue of escape, once again cuts at Kyrsa, Attack: 22 Damage: 6
and Trotsky does likewise, Attack: 19 Damage: 6
(Wait... didn't Jhaartael kill Trotsky already? I'll take the damage from the thug, but... do I need to take the hit from dead Trotsky too? lol Just want to make sure.)
Kyrsa turns to the remaining thug, cracking her neck and rolling her shoulders, "Alright. Your turn." She delivers to swift jabs to the thug, twisting the blades as she pulls them from his body.
Tamryn stoops down and takes the ring. He'll ask if it has any particular meaning to the others. He'll also reiterate that they need to burn the building.

Ignore that last part. The editor was playing games with me, and it kept winning. The combat was over. Kyrsa did not take any further damage.
Tamryn stoops down and takes the ring. He'll ask if it has any particular meaning to the others. He'll also reiterate that they need to burn the building.
Jhaartael looks at Tamryn a moment, then in an almost bored tone expressed with languid eyes he offers, "I am not opposed to the idea, but before we start a conflagration, let us be sure we will not take half the city with it. We should also not be seen leaving a flaming building. If the neighboring edifices are sufficiently removed so as to not suffer from our incendiary actions, I suggest we douse the inside with oil, exit, wait a while from outside. I can easily enough then start a fire from outside, provided I have line of sight to the inside."
With these last words, he waves his hand before his face ending with his fingertips bunched together pointing up. An amber flame appears and dances thereupon for a moment. Then he folds his hand over in a sweeping gesture and the flames disappear.

Also, Jhaartael will reclaim what arrows he can (half spent = 2 arrows)
Tamryn nods to Jhaartael, "I completely agree. We have the opportunity to get inside house Dannihyr, but it will require I do some distasteful things. Arson is really the least of it. By the way, did you find anything good in the papers?"
He then bends down and, with his dagger, saws off Trotsky's thumb.
Akyan wipes his rapier on the thugs cloths to get the blood off it, then sheaths it. It had been a long time since he had used the weapon for anything other than a front, he'd have to get used to cleaning it again.
He raises an eyebrow at Tamryn, "What's that for?" He says gesturing to the thumb. "And what exactly do the Dannihyr's want you to do?"
Kyrsa looks to Tamryn, "Why exactly do we need to light this place on fire? I reckon we've already drawn enough attention to ourselves as is." She shakes her head, wiping the blood off her swords before sheathing them. "We really need to get better at this. Our mission was to quietly kill the leader of each of these marks, not every single person. Sure, they all saw us so it makes sense to finish them off, but still."
She crosses her arms and lets out a long breath before turning to Akyan, "How many other addresses were there? Forgive me for forgetting."
Then she addresses everyone, "And is anyone up for another attack? Or would we rather call it a day and head back to base?"

((Did Jhaartael find anything interesting?))
Similar to the previous warehouse, Jhaartael locates in the desk a lockbox containing 700 gp. He also finds a ledger with similar entries to the previous one, detailing items received, and items picked up, and names with each transaction. It is unclear if the names are buyers or merely couriers, transporting the goods to the actual buyers.
After she finishes dragging the bodies back into the warehouse, Mina makes her way upstairs. She glances over Jhaartael's shoulder as he flips through the ledger, pausing to peruse random pages. As her eyes catch a name on a page, her blood freezes in her veins, and her pulse pounds loudly in her hears. She slams her hand down on the page to keep the wizard from turning it, her gaze still fixed on one entry from the tenday prior: "8 slaves picked up and taken to station 10 (Docks) by Thamior."
Jhaartael listens to Krysa and Tamryn while he peruses his findings. Absentmindedly he says to no one in particular, "When one hunts the Hydra, one must carry a weapon that will keep a sharp edge for at least nine strikes."
He collects the valuables he finds.
He earnestly peruses the ledgers and does not notice Mina looking over his shoulder until she interjects.
While helping Jhaartael look through the papers, Tamryn explains Lady Dannihyr's demands and the events of his morning. At Mina's interruption, he pauses, giving her a chance to speak.
Mina freezes in that position for a moment while the rest look on, not trusting herself to speak. Finally, she lifts her hand up from the book, and traces her finger over to the name, Thamior.
She looks up, with her finger still on the name, she looks up and focuses in on Kyrsa. "That... that is my brother. He.." her voice catches in her throat as she tries to continue, "has apparently started up a new venture in slave trading." she spits out, her voice turning venomous as she does.

He flinches when Mina slams her hand down on the page Jhaartael was reading, "What in the blazes was that about?"

He earnestly peruses the ledgers and does not notice Mina looking over his shoulder until she interjects.
"Do you recognize a name?"
