Jhaartael murmurs in response, "Apparently Tamryn has only contracted us to burn down the headquarters."
He pulls out a potion of healing and drains it in a long drought. (4)
"I am afraid I require rest to regain the strength to cast my more useful spells for infiltration. Perhaps someone else can be the tip of the spear this time? I can still hypnotize or charm in a pinch, but think I will be of better use providing cover as a skirmisher. Mina, I shall follow your lead in this."

I can still hypnotize or charm in a pinch, but think I will be of better use providing cover as a skirmisher. Mina, I shall follow your lead in this."
As his raven returns to him, Jhaartael ponders silently as the familiar confers its intel.
"It appears the Duergar may not have taken our advice... we may find difficulty at the next location. Do we risk a short rest?"
"Besides, burning the place will literally send up smoke signals for the rest of the serpents." Akyan replies to Lindaran.
"I myself could continue, but like i said before, I'd prefer to do when it's not so bright outside. If any of us need a rest, I think it would be best to take one."
Akyan pauses when Jhaartael mentions the Duergar, "Figures, that whole thing went down a bit easy. At least he didn't see our faces.... Come to think of it, that one was looking at me with an odd expression. Do you think he could have seen through my disguise?"
Kyrsa's gut clenches when Jhaarteal explains that the duergar did not leave the city. She'd known that there was a risk letting those ruffians go...but she couldn't change that now. She sighs, "If he didn't leave, then there is a likely chance he's gone to HQ to report what happened. Which means we need to move now. Perhaps we should leave that last mark and head strait to HQ instead." She shakes her head, "I don't know Akyan, but if he did that doesn't bode well either. Someone else will have to take point...but at least I don't think we'll need to try fooling them into letting us in. We'll just have to do it the hard way."
She pauses, thinking for a moment, "How about this. Mina, Akyan, Tamryn and I will go to HQ and scout out the area while you two." She nods to Jhaarteal and Lyndaran, "Go back to the safehouse let Team 2 know what is going on. Hopefully they can send reinforcements to help us out with this one...if we need it." She looks to Akyan, "How long will this telepathic link hold, and how far can you stretch that link? It would be ideal if we can keep in direct contact with Jhaarteal so that he can tell Spar exactly what is going on. If that won't work..." She looks back to Jhaarteal, "Would your familiar be able to fly back and forth to give hourly reports?"
(OOC: I'm not sure how far HQ is from the safehouse, so that might interfere with this plan if the distance is to great.)
"Kyrsa, while I appreciate your confidence in the teams, I am not sure that we are up to an assault on 50-60 Serpents in their HQ. I think that such an attack will likely require some planning and time."
Kyrsa rubs her temples, "Oh, I suppose it didn't occur to me just how many people could be at HQ. I was expecting more then what we encountered at these last two locations, yes, but... yes, that would be foolish." She shakes her head, "Though I still think it would be a good idea to scout out the area. We don't know if the duergar has made it there yet. Did your raven say which direction he went? Perhaps we can catch him before he gets there."
She pauses, "Perhaps a couple of us could attempt to track him down, while the rest of us go to our next mark. ...Tamryn, do you have to burn HQ within a set time? Or is that up to you?"
Lyndaran nods when his companions point the drawbacks to burn the warehouse. He has no particular interest on it though, he just thought they had to, but it seems that their contractor was talking about the headquarters of the rival band. Perhaps they didn't even meant to actually burn the things, it could be metaphorically. Lyndaran felt the birth of a headache and just adds to the pondering of the situation.
"I am out of energy to cast more spells, but otherwise I am ready to scout either location. I could try to track that duergar down and take him down if we catch him before he reaches their HQ. Could your raven help me?"he asks to Jhaarteal
"Lady Dannihyr has given me three days. I think planning will be necessary before we go after the HQ. I don't know if Spar will assent to the plan or if he'll decide it's too dangerous. I believe that Annika and I successfully gave our tails the slip, so if we simply disappear I don't believe Lady Dannihyr will be too upset."
"That said, if we want to hit the third site, we must strike now. It won't take long for them to notice the pattern that drove us to these particular warehouses and it will be empty if we try to strike tonight. Ideally, we have enough information to harm their business now, so taking the third site should be unnecessary. But if we think it is necessary, there should be no delay."
Mina stays quiet as the rest discuss what they want to do next. She stands there having an internal struggle trying to figure out what went wrong with her brother? How he could possibly get mixed up in all this? Was he coerced? There was no information to gleam from the ledger beyond the fact he was indeed involved in someway. She tried to calm herself as she knew anger would cloud her decisions.
Looking down, she realizes how bad that thug did attack her, so she finally speaks up, "I'm about bloodied after the attacks from the thugs outside while you all were playing cards with the ones inside. Kyrsa, you don't look too good either. If we're going to put ourselves in anymore danger, a short rest would be a good idea."
((did my raven get a bead on where the duergar went?))
Neero split off from the group shortly before they exited on the far eastern side of the city, and he headed west. The raven chose to follow the majority of the group and so did not see more than this.
(OOC: I'm not sure how far HQ is from the safehouse, so that might interfere with this plan if the distance is to great.)
The city gate in question is about 40 minutes at a normal pace to the east of you. Seabreeze Lane is about 40 minutes in the opposite direction. The last warehouse target is about 15 minutes in the same direction as HQ (opposite the gate). All at a normal walking pace.
"Jhaartael, the Raven and myself can go looking for the duergar and take him out if possible while you take a breather near the third site and scout it. We can reconvine in an hour in such location and take down the third place if we see it is doable. If not we head back to the safehouse and talk to the others about taking down the HQ and plan about it." Lyndaran looks to the others "This sounds ok with you? We should move like we have a porpoise"
(Would Jhaartael be traveling via back alleys, or along main roads? Trying to be stealthy will slow you down and distract you from your ability to spot your target, unless you are talking about hiding in a vantage point and just watching the crowds pass by. But if you are moving stealthily, part of your mind will be focused on that.)

( LOL Purpose... I meant purpose... but that is funnier XDD
I do think that we should go and look for him walking... casual... going stealthy will do hinder our efforts now and we do want to intercept him before he could alert someone )
"That sounds like a good plan," Kyrsa replies. Turning to the others she says, "If you all are up for it. I could keep going without a short break." He offers a chuckle, "Warfare teaches you how to press on even when you normally shouldn't. But I won't complain if the rest of you would like to take a break before scouting out the next target. Either way, we should head that direction and find somewhere out of sight to rest in."

Since you left the first warehouse I'm going to say 30 minutes.
