(Would Jhaartael be traveling via back alleys, or along main roads? Trying to be stealthy will slow you down and distract you from your ability to spot your target, unless you are talking about hiding in a vantage point and just watching the crowds pass by. But if you are moving stealthily, part of your mind will be focused on that.)
((I rolled it for the eventuality that Jhaartael may have to move without drawing a lot of attention to himself... not so much that he is hiding... stealth in the city can take on the guide of 'blending in' - I can also roll a Performance check if that helps... just want to give you fodder to keep the excellent story rolling!))
Tamryn nods, agreeing with the plan. “Let’s hurry and finish cleaning up here, while Jhaartael and Lyndaran track down this dark dwarf. Then we can go to the next delivery point and see if it is vulnerable to infiltration. Staking it out may give us time for a short rest as well.”
Based on what you know of the approximate time Neero left the eastern gate and assuming he would take the most direct route to the Seven Serpents' headquarters, you study your map and determine a radius where you might be able to intercept the duergar. Jhaartael, his familiar and Lyndaran, all head out in that direction, hoods pulled up and cloaks drawn close to hopefully conceal their identities.
After moving through several blocks of side streets, the two elves emerge onto a busy thoroughfare crowded with throngs of people going about their daily tasks. Walking with the flow of the crowd, they scan faces quickly, seeking their quarry.
The ranger and the raven both spot the duergar nearly simultaneously, moving purposefully through a busy street market, weaving his way between vendors and customers. Two bored city guards stand nearby, chatting about something, one eating an apple he appropriated from a nearby cart. Men, women and children mill about in the street, and no one seems to take any particular notice of the two of you.
You add the gold you have found and the ledger to your packs, and try to arrange the bodies so that they are not immediately visible to any curious visitors. Then, one by one, you exit the warehouse, cloaked and hooded, and head in the direction of the third address you obtained from your raid on the slaver caravan. It comes as no surprise to you that it is yet another ordinary-appearing two-story building, a few blocks away from any busy street. The three addresses form the vertices of a triangle on the map, with the slave market in the center.
As you approach the location, you note a run-down neighborhood, with dirty-faced children playing in the dusty street and hollow-cheeked elders sitting in rocking chairs trying to warm themselves in the sunlight. A very seedy tavern is next to the Serpent station, its worn and cracked sign bearing the words, "Al's Alehouse". It appears to still be closed at this time of the morning.
Your target is virtually identical to the previous two locations, the only difference being the content of the graffiti on the exterior walls. A male half-orc in studded leather armor sits in a chair outside the side door, leaning back on two legs, smoking a pipe. The door behind him is partially open. The large wagon-doors around the corner are closed. As before, there are a couple of second-story windows on the opposite side from the large entrance.
Tamryn investigates the area, looking for a stealthy way into the warehouse. Is the tavern one-story? Is there an alley adjacent to the warehouse? Are there areas they could infiltrate the building unobserved. He does this as stealthily as possible. Finally, he tries to observe the half-orc as well. Does the orc seem nervous or relaxed? Does the orc appear to be looking out for likely trouble?
After they arrive to the third warehouse, Mina finds a place in the shadows to sit down and study the ledger book. Without looking up, she tells her friends, "I'm going to take a short rest here and see if I can find out more on Thamior. Let me know if you need me."
She says she'll be there if they need her, and she probably will be, but her focus is obviously not with them at the moment.
"What do you think?" asks Lyndaran to Jhaartael in a whisper "Do we stab him and pretend he is our friend who has feinted or do we wait until he leaves the street?"
Kyrsa looks to Akyan and Tamryn, "Do either of you need a short break? I don't think it is going to hurt anything if we want to wait here with Mina. If not, we can begin without her." She gives Mina a sympathetic look. The last thing they needed was one of their team members to be distracted in the field. If she doesn't have her head in the game, she is better off staying here.
The warehouse has a street along the front, with the wagon-sized doors, and along the back, with the second story windows. Two narrow alleys are on either side, one of which is where the side door with the half-orc guard is located. The orc seems relaxed as he smokes, but he is definitely keeping watch on the alleyway. You could approach the large doors or the windows without him seeing you, but not the side door.
The tavern is single-story, with a low-vaulted roof, and sits next to the warehouse with the narrow alley containing door and guard separating them. It would be possible to enter the tavern without being observed by the lookout.
Thamior's name first appears in the ledger about 6 months ago.
He seems to pick up a shipment of slaves from this station about every other tenday. (The book only details what happens at this station, he could be doing other things elsewhere).
He always heads to the City Docks with the slaves.
He does not appear to be involved with transporting any other sort of contraband. Only slaves.
If the pattern holds, he would be due to come to this warehouse again in about 5 days.
"What do you think?" asks Lyndaran to Jhaartael in a whisper "Do we stab him and pretend he is our friend who has feinted or do we wait until he leaves the street?"
( How close are we from the Serpent's HQ? )
"Hmmm... Dwarves tend to be rather robust... Do you think we could dispatch him so easily? How about another approach. I impair his mind from a distance and then I can attempt to hypnotize up close. If it works he is limp. You can disarm him and then I can maintain the hypnosis while we 'help our friend' to an alley - and then truss him up. That done we can decide what to do with him."
Akyan takes the ring from Mina then turns to Tamryn and Kyrsa. "We could do that, or I could just disguise myself as that Grignar fellow again. Not sure which is the worse idea." He doesn't sound super enthusiastic about this plan, but he thought he should suggest it anyway. "That barbarian at the last warehouse seemed like he would let us in if we had a ring."

"Take your time," she says to Mina.
"Mina, do you still have Grignar's ring? We may be able to use it here."
Without looking away from the book, Mina reaches into her pocket, retrieves the ring and lifts it up into the air for Akyan to grab it.

(wasn't sure if you all remembered this, from way back at the beginning:
If you completed Percy's stealth training session, you gained the following benefits:
Akyan takes the ring from Mina then turns to Tamryn and Kyrsa. "We could do that, or I could just disguise myself as that Grignar fellow again. Not sure which is the worse idea." He doesn't sound super enthusiastic about this plan, but he thought he should suggest it anyway. "That barbarian at the last warehouse seemed like he would let us in if we had a ring."
