(Probably the tying and gagging should involve two people. I'm assuming you have rope? And what are you using for a gag? Let's have a survival or sleight of hand check for the knot-tying on the guard)
The clerk nods slowly, and begins to open the moneybag. Seeing no violence headed his way, he quickly and expertly separates the gold, silver and copper, stacking them into neat piles and counting it all twice. He then records it in his ledger, turns it around so that it faces Tamryn, and says, "OK, like always, you have to sign that I recorded the correct amount."
Assuming you sign, he asks, "Do you want me to deposit it in the chest?"
Mina and Kyrsa find themselves in the north hallway (see map) alone for the moment, with doors to the east and west, and another directly north of them which leads out onto the balcony which surrounds this level of the tower.
"Will do. And you let us know if you two need help. We may end up heading up there after we finish up here."
(Yeah Akyan has rope. He can cut it if need be as well.)
The disguised drow pulls some rope out of his pack and gestures for Lyndaran to help him. "Don't let her yell. The spell will probably be broken as soon as I start this." Once Lyndaran is ready, he grabs the guards arms and starts tying them behind her.
(Can he take her rapier without breaking the spell? If he can, he does that first.)
Slight of Hand: 26 (nat 20)
He also tells Tamryn, "Should tie that one up whenever your done with him."
Tamryn signs the form, using the name Rotfang Tinwhistle. He shakes his head regarding putting the money in the chest. He then politely asks the clerk to sit tight while he ties him up, adding a gag and blindfold. He also readies a (non-lethal) attack, if the clerk begins to yell or fight.
The clerk looks at the signature, and then at Tamryn. "I thought as much. Nogrith wasn't bold or foolhardy enough to pull off something like this. Hm. Question: If the coin in the chest doesn't match my ledger, they'll torture me to find out what happened, and then kill me. You understand this? And the attack downstairs, that was part of your 'job' too?" He clutches the ledger to his chest and refuses to be bound willingly.
Tamryn sighs, "Again, the gold will be here. We are not taking it. But if you like, you can open the chest and I'll put the gold in. I am not going to allow you to reach into a chest when I do not know the contents. My friend, we are close to getting through this, do not risk your life for naught."
"Ah, I see. Well if you turn the chest handle a quarter-turn to the left, a slot will open in the top, wide enough for coins to be dropped in, but not wide enough for a hand to enter. You may do this, or I can if you do not trust me. Either way, once the coins are deposited safely within, I will submit to being your prisoner."
( if we did that las turn Lyndaran will do as the clerk says and turn the chest handle a quarter to the left. If he can he will look for traps before ( investigation 18 rolled on the game log) if not he will not lose time and just do it, wishing to end that as soon as possible to get advantage of whaterer distraction is happening outside. )
Mina looks to Kyrsa as they walk into the North short hallway. "You go through the left doorway, I'll go through the right. Hopefully we'll find this safe, sooner the better and it might make sense for Akyan and the others to join us when they are through."
To Akyan, We are working on finding the safe, at the moment the only people up here are in the SE corner office. Once you're done might make sense for you all to come up here and follow us behind the North double doors. Let us know when you're headed up as that might change.
As he drops coins in the slot the clerk remarks, "You are disguised as Nogrith. I assume the others are not who they appear to be, as well. Would you like me to go along with your deception, and blame Nogrith, or use instead the name you signed in the book? If you wish to change the signature, I know a very useful (for clerks) cantrip that will erase the writing and allow you to re-sign. Or do you wish me to act as if nothing at all happened, seeing as the money has been deposited?
"Oh, and one more thing. Poor Rita. You'll have to kill her."
The guard's eyes widen at this, and she attempts to retort angrily, but the sounds come out as muffled grunts.

Lyndaran almost let his arrow lose towards the door when the dwarf knocks it but he manages to keep his composture.
"Better hurry. We do not know how much time this will keep them busy..." he says in the half-orc raspy voice.

Ok, we'll keep to our objective, let us know if guards are coming back up!
Mina turns to Kyrsa, "Looks like we have our perfect opportunity, come on." and she heads to the double doors, going through them.

"Indeed," Kyrsa says, a little suspicious. What could be going on? If the other's haven't been discovered, then what is drawing the guards away?
Still wary, she follows Mina quickly to the doors, one hand on one of her short swords just in case.

(We are still nominally in initiative order, so Lyndaran , Jhaartael and Akyan can act, if they wish, before the clerk does anything).
(I am little bit confused sorry. Is the guard already gaged and tied up? or we do that on this turn? )

(I think that was last round? Not sure though.)
If it was last round, Akyan will put an ear to the door to try to listen for any guards who didn't go downstairs.
