The goblin captain is put down in a flurry of limbs and blood. Mav you stand above two unconscious goblin captains, one bleeding profusely from a deadly arrow wound, one with a broken nose and nasty neck bruise.
Kor, like I said last post, you missed.
The one eyed she-wolf eyes her two fallen companions, and one barely standing companion, and then your party. Although 1 is unconscious, and two are badly wounded, 2 stand fresh as daisies. She slowly backs away from Klarg, and tries to stealthy stalk towards the furnace.
Val your up!
Kor(22), Wolf(22), Val(13), Klarg(12), North Cap(8), Ab(7), Berrus(7), LeftCap(6), Mav(3)
Noticing the she-wolf start to stalk back toward the furnace, Valathar swings wildly with his scimitar. "You're not getting away, I made a promise." he thinks as he lunges forward, attempting to land a blow on his adversary.
Attack: 9 Damage: 2
Valathar then strides the few short steps to block the furnace.
I think you misread my post, I was suggesting AB use Help on his turn coming up so that I can use advantage on my next turn (since I missed that last shot).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, I meant you missed your shot at the beggining of the turn, I was just recapping for clarity’s sake.
Since Val moved away from Klarg volintarily during his turn, Klarg gets a swing at disadvantage as a reaction due to attack of opprutunity.
Reaction Swing: 13
Val you successfully side stepped Klarg’s swing, but miss the wolf with your own. Onto Klarg’s real turn.
Klarg decides to ignore Val for now, since he looks to be on his last legs, and instead goes after Ab.
Klarg swings!
Hit: 13
Damage: 7
The swinging club hits you right in the torso. You’ll definitely be feeling that one in the morning, but nothing vital is broken or bleeding profusely, and now it’s your turn!
Kor(22), Wolf(22), Val(13), Klarg(12), North Cap(8), Ab(7), Berrus(7), LeftCap(6), Mav(3)
Lol, well you should be getting your chance to swing on him before I do; AB is up next, then you, then it starts over with me. Let's see what you've got!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: Don't forget that AB knows none of you. Sure, he was let out of his cage by you, but right now, he doesn't really feel any connection to you. If you need him to save somebody, you're going to have to start talking. All he's thinking about is his own neck.
AB switches to his short sword and swings mightily at Klarg.
Mav relieved to be finished with the goblins rushes to help his friends with Klarg. Whacks him with the staff and lands a roundhouse using the momentum from the staff

"Damnit, what is that armor made out of!?" Kor yells as he fires his short bow.
Attack: 18 Damage: 14
As yet another of his arrows deflect harmlessly off of Klarg's armor, Kor let's out a string of expletives in elvish, then says, "You, prisoner!," yelling at the rotund man he freed earlier, "distract that hairy bastard for a second so that the half-orc can get a clean hit on him!"
OOC: I mean use help action for Mav. Val missed on a 15, so Klarg's AC has got to be 16 or higher.
The wolf gives a long hard stare at Val, and gives a small sigh like exhale of breathe. If the effects of "Speak to Animals" hasn't worn off, you can understand the quiet sentence she mutters before she pounces on you. "I guess you leave no choice then, I will not be awaiting my execution from them once again."
Hit: 20
Damage: 7
Next it's Val's turn then Klarg.
Also Mav, from your nat 1 and the other bad attack roll, I'll give Klarg advantage on hitting you this turn since you have sloppy form ;)
Falling to the ground, she-wolf at his throat, Valathar's chest wound opens wider, spilling blood across the hard floor. The last thing that Valathar remembers before the darkness is the sweet scent of blood mixed with ash, and the heavy wet breath of the wolfs neck at his throat.
Assuming the wolf was attacking me, I'm down. Was at 2HP.
Edit: You groan out, a good sign indicating you are still alive enough to give out a groan. You are at 1 death save, Berrus is at one Death Save, 1 death fail. The she-wolf is still on-top of you, trying to not put too much weight on its injured left side, and staring at the large 30 foot drop of the furnace. It can unfortunately not use the rope the way humaniods can.
Klarg smiles and turns to the monk is presenting his back to the mighty Bubear. With a wordless shout, he swings his mace downwards towards the Half-Orc's exposed back.
Hit: 15
Damage: 14
(Thats enough to drop you to 0 HP, however Half-Orcs do have relentless endurance, which is a racial trait that basically lets you come back with 1 HP once every long rest, you can narrate what you decide to do when your turn rolls around)
I know it isn't QUITE my turn yet, but since Klarg is theoretically standing right between AB and Mav, can AB attack with advantage because of flanking when he does attack? Please?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Taking advantage of Klarg's distraction, AB ignores the searing pain in his ribs and aims at the bugbear's back with his short sword. "Die, you murdering goblin!" he screams.
Short Sword Attack with advantage: 13; Damage: 4 Piercing damage
Ab, your shortsword pierces the Bugbears tough hide, and is solidly implanted in his back, nearly to the hilt, but to your horror, the monsterous humanoid turns back and gives you a bloody grin. His body is visually sagging, he’s coughing up blood at a wonderful rate, and his body is more red then brown from the blood soaking his fur but he’s still barely up and running! Berrus, Mav, and Kor, your turns are up! No more flanking advantage for the rest of combat.

Laissez les bons temps rouler
My bad, DM, I was confused.
Nice, Berrus! I was legit worried for a minute. I'll try to murder this a-hole on my next turn.
And I got it if Kor flubs it again lol
