Is there a barrel or some other object in the street thar would provide partial cover from the kolbold with the sling? If so I would like to move there.
(They do but only until they touch the illusion for the first time. You can see through it cause you are my ally, Hence your advantage. In short, I put you in a illusion box that grants you advantage on your next attacks and disadvantage for one attack against you. Make sense?)

Deekin breaks from what seems like an age-long stare into the void and springs into action! He spins up his sling and locks his eyes on the closest kobold and hurls a bullet toward it with a soft "crack". Attack: 11 Damage: 6
"I currently have 56 bullets at 5lbs, I am but a small creature and must watch my carry weight!"
Deekin's bullet drops the last of the dagger-wielding kobolds. The final remaining kobold, which you recognize as one of the two survivors from the first fight launches another bullet at Dawn, turning to run even as the bullet strikes Dawn in the temple and knocks him unconscious.
Attack: 22 Damage: 5
(One of these days a kobold will actually miss an attack...)
(When you go below 0 hp in 5e, you get knocked unconscious. At that point, you start doing death saving throws each time your turn comes up in combat. 3 failed saves you die, 3 successful saves you stabilize. Crit fail counts as 2 fails, crit success heals you to 1 hp. Or an ally can use a medicine check to stabilizing you like pops just did. Or another ally (such as a bard, for instance) could heal you. As it is, since you were stabilized you'll wake up on your own in 3 hours if you don't get healed)

Rockcrusher yells and throws his javelin, which strikes true and pierces the goblin and sticks into the street. 9 Fortunately no other looters are near enough to notice the yell.
(Yup)

(Sure, we can assume there'd be something on the street that'd give you half cover)
(Teechu Your character has advantage, not that it matters lol)
