As you peer in the chest you notice a sealed letter, a dagger as black as night with what looks like permenent blood stains on it and a leather bound book.
Ezio walks up to the chest, noticing Kvothe starting to come to. Looking inside the chest, he notices the book first and his breathe catches. He begins to reach in to grab it book, but thinks better of it. He, instead, looks closely for more runes in the box or on the book itself. Seeing none he reaches in and grabs the book, turning it over in his hands to get a closer look at the outside before walking away from the others and opening it to a random page.
The book is a simple design, nothing on the outside of it, the leather looks to be boar or maybe deer, he isn't quite sure. As he opens up the book it takes him a second because it is written in Infernal. The page Ezio opens to has strange symbols and formulas, he realizes its a spell. Erupting Earth. There are 27 pages with writing on them and a whole lot of empty pages. Ezio smiles and books the book away. "This is his spellbook. Had I the time and resources, I'm sure it has quite a few spells in it that would be of use to us. Alas, it'll have to wait until we return to Camp Vengeance." He addresses the others. "I will identify this dagger if someone wants to open that letter. If he was part of a necromancer correspondence group based in Chult, it would be good to know before we ran into any of his pen pals." He says with a grin. He then picks up the dagger and casts identify as a ritual.
When he finishes the ritual, he tosses the dagger away in disgust. "It's just an ordinary dagger, he probably used it for ritual sacrifices. Those permanent bloodstains must be from extraordinary use, disgusting."
Yellow's ears perk at the word "Chult," but she remains where she is, not looking at the group around the chest, resting and playing with her dagger. "Idiots," she comments under her breath only loud enough for Panwan to hear.
Kvothe sits up groggily and touches his face. Realising that the crossbow bolt has missed he thinks to himself “that was close”. He turns to Drita and says “thanks sweetheart, you’re an angel”. He looks over to Ezio and grunts “well pointy-ears, you came awfully close to getting haunted for the rest of your life”,
I am hoping you are well this evening? I have finally finished creating that Wight I was trying to create for so long and I plan on unleashing it on Camp Vengeance soon. Let me know when you get that demon summoned and we will have a joint attack.

Blarb the Destroyer
Panwan scowls and drops the letter on the ground before standing up and looking around the mountaintop to see what everyone is doing. "Rest time is over. Ezio, What are your plans for your mighty adventurers?"
We dont know this Blarb or where he might be, we should stick to our mission and continue. Since we seemed to stop the necro hopefully he hasn’t written back and we can finish cleansing the pool and get back before blarb decides to attack without the necro.

In response to Kvothe's jab after being revived, Ezio shrugs, "If your ghost would be anything like you are in life, I'm sure it would be of little inconvenience. It would likely moan a couple of syllables then slink off to some dark corner and sit quietly." He says with a grin.
In response to Lethandaar's request to take the necromancer's dagger, "Take the dagger, I have to use for the vile thing. I do wonder what a priest of Tyr would do with a ritual sacrifice dagger, is your god getting a bit bloodthirsty?" He teases.
As the other's are discussing the dagger, Ezio says, "I agree with Taggart, we should carry on with the mission. The Order was attacked by undead or dinosaurs nearly every night I was there, they'll be vigilant for another attack at all times, warning them of this attack would be like warning a man it's going to rain while he's swimming in a lake. It is also possible Blarb the Unfortunately Named is or was guarding the undead lair we are going to. If he's there, we'll deal with him and the Order will be spared the trouble, if he's departed to attack the Order, we'll have an easier time accomplishing our mission."

Drita runs over to Kvothe and uses Healing Hands to heal 3 hp.
”oh my goodsness! Are you okay Kvothe? What happened there. Oh look the chests open!”
And she peers inside still holding Kvothe to make sure he’s stable.

Oh no Kvothe!
I'll cast cure wounds at 2nd level and once at 1st level: 19
After seeing Ezio pull out the dagger and dismiss it Lethandaar will begin to look at it greedily.
Ezio, may I have that dagger? If it's just a regular dagger I don't think anyone would necessarily mind me taking it...
After seeing Kvothe getting back up: Good! You're healed and much better! That could've been me... Thanks for taking the hit.
Krav looks over from his sword practice, shaking his head, but doesn't say anything.
And that's all I have to say about that.
"No problem!"
Drita blushes a little but quickly gets up and starts walking away, continuing to read the letter.

Panwan takes the letter from Drita and reads:
Dear Necro,
I am hoping you are well this evening? I have finally finished creating that Wight I was trying to create for so long and I plan on unleashing it on Camp Vengeance soon. Let me know when you get that demon summoned and we will have a joint attack.

Kaslo picks up the letter, crumples it up, and throws it in the fire.
"Unless we have other business to attend, I say we get out of this hellish place"
Lethandaar looks to Kvothe slightly confused by what was said...
Your welcome...?
After hearing Panwan read the letter you can see a look of concern flash across Lethandaar's face.
We need to get back to camp and warn them! If there's going to be an attack on camp we need to go back and help them while we can!
What good will our missions be if our camp and order is destroyed when we return...?
Krav stops his practicing and sheathes his greatsword.
"Instead of warning them, why not go defeat this Blarg, instead?"
And that's all I have to say about that.
“Sounds good to me” says Kvothe.
