If the lone attacker is halted, Auric will ready his attack (to trigger if he gets free and continues his attack). If he is still moving towards them threateningly, Auric purses his draconic lips and emits a stream of concentrated flame at the squatter!

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Almost foaming at the mouth in restrained wild berserking rage, the man shows no signs of backing down. His eyes show full intent to unleash his fury upon those who have surrounded and now humiliate him by not engaging in combat.
Sighing heavily, Auric knows this can only end one way. With others so close to the foe, he opts for more precise targeting and pulls out the wand of magic missiles.
Sending the magical darts at the paralyzed foe seems hardly fair, but it was better than being bisected by his axe…
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC: I'll be offline for about a week, so feel free to bot Hansel if required, although I don't imagine I'll miss too much. Not sure of the current order of things, but here's a roll for Hansel's Readied attack, if required.)
The Ugly Stick: Attack: 15 if advantage: 23 Damage: 5 with the intent to do non-lethal damage.

Magical darts strike true, piercing the flesh of the berserked warrior. The dragonborn was met with a wild stare filled with rage, yet respect for finding a fellow warrior in battle.
Auric's actions were further supported by his recently recruited companion. From their position further back, Stacey releases an arrow.
Xeno's hammer comes down upon the foe, followed up by a hearty slap of Hansel's ugly stick. Mind boggled, bombarded and bamboozled, the berserker blacks out.
Mr. Dark and the man go crashing down together in a heap. He grunts and pushes the heavy and very limp body off of him, and then pushes himself up, brushing dust off his black leathers. "Do you suppose he's the mayor of this fine town? Maybe this is just how they greet people here. You don't know."
With that he pulls out some rope and begins binding the man's legs and arms in a hog tie. Once that's done, he claps his hands clean of dirt and says, "I'm going to look around, then we should get some camp setup." He begins, once again, slinking about the place looking for any other signs of settlement. He'll be careful of possible traps...he knows he'd set some if he was squatting alone in the wilderness.

What's the difference between a Wizard and a Sorcerer? Class.
Conyberry was a small farming village which consisted of around a dozen houses standing close to the eastern side of Neverwinter Wood, sheltering within the forest edge like many such villages in the area. The neighboring homesteads and farms extended east and south, separated by a small cart track leading to Triboard.
Triboard trail, the one you came in on, runs right through this abandoned town, which was sacked by barbarians years ago and now lies in ruins. A dirt road extending south of the town leads to a supposedly abandoned shrine dedicated to Savras.
Many years ago, the shrine’s priest-seers foresaw a barbarian attack on Conyberry, giving the townsfolk time to escape. Not all the townsfolk chose to flee, but those who did went to the shrine and brought much of the town’s gold with them. The barbarians eventually tracked the townsfolk to the shrine, besieged it, and slaughtered everyone inside.
Over the years, many other creatures have occupied the shrine. Most recently, a gang of wererats laired here until they were driven out by orcs displaced by Cryovain the white dragon. Recently, ogres wandered by the shrine, saw the orcs, and decided to join them.
Seeing the ruins of this village are quite a bit more extensive than he'd first noticed, Mr. Dark turns to the group. "Perhaps we best search around before we settle in for the night. I have trouble imagining we're alone here."
He takes a turn towards the nearest sortof-intact structure and heads that way, expecting the others to follow.

Unless the group was looking for anything specific, there really wasn’t anything here. Just ruins, and their choice of which one to settle in. It was very much an abandoned village which had the ocassional squatter passing through whether that be to travel along the Triboar trail, or to check out the Shrine of Savras just down the road.
