Ok, so the creature uses uts reaction to move away from the bard.
<this is the complicated part.>
For real reasons, she has to move away from the bard 20ft by moving through the space between the bard and the cleric toward the center of the room.
Thus does allow AoOs from both the cleric and bard.
Further there may be additional concentration checks. Too many to make in fact without the presumption that at least one will fsil. Thst result means the wizard and the fighter are free to act and further, thst to Disarm the wizard, removing the light in that area, an attack roll is required and here supplied.
To remove further disruption to the flow of game play. The woman uses her speed on her turn to return to the spot she was in, provoking no further AoOs as she does not leave any other creature's adjacent to space, and her turn proceeds as noted earlier.
Roll to Disarm wizard 14 (contested by Str or Dex)
(To clarify, this just pushes the cleric and rogue's attacks to occur after the monsters, which this initiative system allows then to do. This does not use their reactions, as holding action does in standard initiative, they just choose to act later, when she is back in range and not on the opppsite side of the bsrd.)
This also means thr wizard and the fighter get to act. They are actually asked to act before th we woman moves back to her space and the death's kiss shows up, but this does have the potential to change the course of events that have otherwise been established. But, habe no concern for rhst. I'll update the map.
<If they defer, the woman moves back into the east hall, the death's kiss shows up, cleric lights their armor and Ven goes down. Their actions can forestall these destined outcomes.>

Kandalou can't reach her without dashing, so will use their charger feat to attack, gaining a bonus action attack with +5 to damage. They will also action surge for an additional attack action, provided 2 more attacks.

Kalak and Kandalou are up right now.

You mean monk, right? The cleric is in the corner, far from the woman.

Yeah, I meant monk.
So again, Kalak and Kadalou are up, plus the Monk and bard can take AoOs (assuming they still have their reactions, which I think they do).
