Alben uses detect magic to see if there is any magic on the gems. He then uses the detect magic to investigate the room, perception:3
If we leave in the next 10 minutes, he will also look around the rooms the party passes for any magic that may have been missed the first time, perception:5
Alben tries to find out what the gems are. He sees that the first two (top and middle) are Tourmalines and are probably worth about 100gp each. The third gem (the clear one) he isn't sure about. He then casts detect magic and the third gems lights up, along with the water in the pool. The clear gem radiates Enchantment and Transmutation auras while the water is from the school of illusions.
Note on identifying Magic Items. From the DMG: The identify spell is the fastest way to reveal an item’s properties. Alternatively, a character can focus on one magic item during a short rest, while being in physical contact with the item. At the end of the rest, the character learns the item’s properties, as well as how to use them. Potions are an exception; a little taste is enough to tell the taster what the potion does.
Alben will keep the detect magic going on your way out of Jzadirune. Shadow please mark your path on the below map on how you are existing. Don't forget to pick up the armor in the secret armory (marked on the below map with a suit of armor) so I can see if he finds anything.

since we all got the same xp, are we able to level up? I think not yet, unless I wrote do wrong , I mean, I wrote I am at 842/900 do, right?

You didn't engage the thing in the invisibly sphere so you don't get any XP for that. 842 is your correct XP.

I'm not sure what you mean? The water is illusionary. Do you want to search the bottom?
Yes
Oreus searches the pool floor more by touch than by sight as the illusionary water is distracting. He finds nothing except more spider webs.

Are you staying in a group, going to the different places together?
You need either a (not both) Investigation or Nature check DC 17 (or Jeweler’s Tools) to determine what the gems are and what they are worth.
