Laladak managed to escape the grapple already. So you can make a different action.
Please roll initiative first, on the off chance You roll a "3"
Oreus attempts to grapple the rags, the pile of rags welcomes the grapple and will not contest it letting Oreus grapple it (it takes two to grapple and now you are grappled also)
On it's turn the pile of rags will wrap itself around Oreus forming a skintight layer around him, covering Oreus from head to toe, but leaving enough space for him to breathe through his mouth and nose.
(Ooc: Never try to grapple a creature wants to grapple, bad things might happen)
Laladak scores a hit on the pile of rags, but it appears that Oreus takes some of the damage.
(Oreus you can attempt to escape the grapple: A creature grappled by the monster can use its action to try to escape. To do so, it must succeed on a Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check against the escape DC 13.)
Summoning all of his mental strength, and praying to any god that will listen, Alben believes in himself and his spells, and casts firebolt at the pile of rags.

The pile of rags, disappointed that it's prey got away will attack Oreus.
Slam Attack: 13 Damage: 9 dropping Oreus to 0 HP. It hovers over Oreus' unconscious body uncertainly.
Back to the party.
Oreus roll your Death Save.
Roll a d20. If the roll is 10 or higher, you succeed. Otherwise, you fail. A success or failure has no effect by itself. On your third success, you become stable (see below). On your third failure, you die. The successes and failures don't need to be consecutive; keep track of both until you collect three of a kind. The number of both is reset to zero when you regain any hit points or become stable.
Rolling 1 or 20. When you make a death saving throw and roll a 1 on the d20, it counts as two failures. If you roll a 20 on the d20, you regain 1 hit point.
Alben throws a firebolt, but it goes wild missing everything
Oreus, you're up
